We had a fantastic experience here. Had to come in for a recall on our Accord. The service was top notch. They even helped us out in replacing a part which is typical but the part that stood out was thwy charged less than expected, which almost never happens at a dealership. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have been long time customers of Continental Honda and have never had a bad experience. The staff does not work on commission so there is never any pressure. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Honda is a solid company and they aim to make vehicles and products that stand the test of time consistently. I’ve owned 4 Honda cars and have only stellar reviews to give. Service or purchase, you’ll be happy and well taken care of at Continental Honda.

Terrible service.They gave us a lot of headaches. We ordered a car a month in advance and on the agreed day of arrival the car was not there. They didnt even call to inform us about it ... nothing. We still waited half a day for their manager, but they did not fix the situation and did not offer another car and also did not give a discount so that we would wait for our car for another 5 days.

Ill preface by saying I bought a new Honda here at a strange time for everybody, but with that said, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I was offered nothing for my trade even though I had receipts of work I had done just a week prior totaling over $1000. (Okay, Ill sell the piece of junk myself. I got 5 times for it what they offered me with very little effort, maybe 3 hours total work) Then the salesperson who I worked with promised he would help me get my old car back home, only to be told sorry youre on your own right after taking delivery of my new car. What a slap in the face. Then my order of names got mixed up on the DMV paperwork, which is not totally inexcusable given I have two first names, but if they copy the info from prior documents that I filled in correctly, I find that really sloppy. The error was corrected with minimal hassle, so I will give them that.Im a return customer to Continental, and I dont wander in looking to legally steal a car. I understand they are a business, so I basically pay what they ask, but in return I expect a great experience, and that has never been the case. Whenever I have an issue after I buy something, they are usually dismissive unless I can get legally involved.They get 3 stars because this is probably par for the industry, and I have dealt with more dishonest.

Everything she said was done with precision and perfection. I have had many bad experiences over the past few decades dealing with big box dealerships and their service departments. I was on a search for an affordable vehicle in the Anchorage area. I live in Fairbanks. After searching on Facebook and Craigslist I finally saw a reasonable priced vehicle at Continental Honda. It was a one owner 2004 Acura TSX with low miles. I booked a flight and managed to make it down there to test drive the vehicle. Unfortunately for a one owner car this Acura was in rough shape. Broken front bumper, rusted dings at least 1 inch in depth near the trunk area, all four alloy rims were scuffed badly. I could tell it needed a front wheel alignment since it was hard to keep the steering wheel centered. The inside was dirty. The engine bay was full of leaves. This vehicle was not priced correctly so I tried negotiating with the manager by offering $500 less than priced but the manager was not having it. No buyer should buy a vehicle in these conditions for asking price. The dealer did not even make an effort to tighten up the car. The only positive from this experience was Albert one of the salesmen who works there that motivated me to come see the vehicle. Good job. I walked away from this vehicle and Im glad I did.

My car had problems starting up so I decided to bring my vehicle in for service for Ive had 2 of my other vehicles done service here before and theyve always done a great job the service advisor Brandon Hansen was able to get the mechanic to look at my vehicle same day my vehicle was towed in and called to let me know at the end of day what the problem was and the very next day my car was fixed and ready. Next day I needed a ride to pick up my car and they provided shuttle for me. I mentioned that I was in a hurry to pick up my vehicle and the driver Michael Van Horne arrived sooner than I had expected and he was very nice and understanding which made my trip to Continental Honda even better. I was stressed about my car before bringing it here but now that everything is well taken care of and my vehicle all fixed Im so relieved 😌 all thanks to these guys!! I would say my overall experience with Continental Honda has been satisfactory and their service exceeds expectations. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service done in the future and I highly recommend anybody who needs service done for their vehicles to go to Continental Honda Auto Group you will not be disappointed I guarantee it for I know Im very happy and so are my vehicles 😃

This is a great dealership. I had an issue with a grinding nose and the mechanics here diagnosed it and fixed it promptly. I was even given a ticket for a complementary car wash. Great service and reasonable prices.

I’ve only been here once for service and unfortunately there was an issue that occured. The way they handled the issue was above and beyond what many companies would ever be willing to do and they were very kind through the whole process and deserving of 5 stars because of this. I will give them another shot and hopefully things go smoother, if they don’t I feel confident they will fairly reconcile any issue that may arise.

Service here is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Time estimates for work are generally accurate, and they will call if the situation changes or calls for additional work.The free shuttle is helpful for those who cant wait around for their car to be finished. For those who can, there is a waiting room with coffee, water, and usually granola bars or pastries, and a smaller, kid-friendly space with a few toys. The bathroom has a changing table.There are two restaurants in easy walking distance, and the dealership is convenient to the Chester Creek trail as well.

Had to contact Honda to get them to schedule me an appointment for a recall. Recalls are generally fit in to the day as to save lost labor. Being from out of town, this really irked me. I was ready to sell my Honda. Luckily, Honda made it right, and the service rep was INCREDIBLY helpful after a short phone call to Honda. Before that, she couldnt have cared less. I would only bring my car here for recalls, and only because I have to. That being said, I would buy a Honda from them. Their sales team is great! Very helpful...hence the 3 stars and not 1.

This review is for the service department as I have not visited their sales or parts department. My advisor, Breanna, was fantastic to deal with. She has a personality and actually makes small talk which makes you feel as if you’re talking to a person, not a robot. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t rush me when I had several questions. No one tried to sell me service that I didn’t want, only asked what parts of the recommended service that I wished to use. I was truly shocked at how cheap the service was for my 2013 Pilot’s differential and transfer case oil change, not to mention the military discount that no one else in town can match. When I picked up the Pilot, it was washed and vacuumed for free! BMW used to charge me $150 for that service. There’s a reason this is my fourth Honda, their customer service is top notch. Great job folks!

Excellent customer service! For what I needed it for - an oil change and a look over to see what was wrong with my car, great. I wouldnt do many repairs here though, got charged $26 in labor to put my rear windshield wiper back on - a 5 minute job! I really loved how there was an agent dedicated to giving me updates on my vehicle and what they might want to do with it. Parts are super pricey though if you need any work done. I was able to acquire an $800 part for $75 on my own, for example.

Horrible Experience at HONDA! I brought my own oil/filter and still cost me $40 to drop it but there oils change is $59.99 total. Complete rip off and wouldn’t ever recommend services there. I wasn’t a believer until now but LITHIA all the way, wish I would have stuck with a KIA! Also one star is a minimum for rating or it would be a 0 STAR!

Ive only had my 2016 Honda accord for a little over half a year, but I have to say, everything from my experience with the salesperson (I worked with Jason) he was awesome to work with, gave me his personal number and worked with me for a little over a month, great guy. To my experience with the service department (needed a software update for something in the transmission, and got an oil change on the same day) I was quoted a 3 hour job, no big deal, showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and drove off the lot in a little over an hour. Best experience.

I bought my 1996 Prelude in Seattle and had it shipped to Alaska. I had two cars to trade-in in Washington otherwise Id have bought in Alaska. For the next 16 years Continental Honda took care, I mean great care of my car. From my first 1986 (?) Honda Accord (bought when Honda was on Dowling) I had two instances where I was not pleased with the customer service, not the work, but the people at the counter. Both times local Honda management bend over backwards to correct my concerns... the second time to the point where I felt bad because they Immediately had 3 managers looking into my issue! They earned my respect and my returned business.I moved out in 2011. I live in Bend Oregon, a great place but not so great for my car. Let me tell you, not all dealerships are the same. Ive been gone for 4 years but I hope you can still count on your local dealership in Anchorage.Thanks Continental Honda for all the years of great service.

Our car salesman Justin was terrific, its the Sales manager Dale and the financing part that was terrible. We wanted $100 more dollars off the manager Dale would not budge, he would rather lose the customers over $100. And we specifically said we were not going to trade In our current car and did not want to put any money down and they called me to try to get me to trade my car in. They need more finance people and a different manager whos not willing to lose customers over $100. We also waited 4 hours just to find out we had to wait till the next day to see if we get approved. I dont understand why they couldnt tell us in the very beginning that we could come back the next day.

Dont get your keys here if you need extra. They sold me two for 160.00 and then wanted another 160.00 to activate. I found a locksmith.....Able Locksmith that did it for half the price. I am leary of any work based on this experience at the dealership. I pay cash for new cars and this isnt going to happen again at this dealership!!!!

Customer service is a little bad at this dealer ship. They called told me that my car is ready to pick up today. I called if their shuttle service is available until 430pm and it was not so i said i will grab a taxi but the service personnel could not bother to tell me they close at 6 not 9pm like on their website. Then the sales people tell me they cant give me my keys when i offer to pay cash for my bill and all they say is sorry. If they knew i was coming they could have asked me for the payment in advance to i could pickup the keys from sales.

Ive gone to Honda Continental probably 5 times now almost always for an oil change and twice for my tires and for the most part they did a good job. When they did good they did good but when they didnt, they really dropped the ball in my book.I went to get a screw taken out of my right front tire and get the tire patched. They patched it and I went on my way. While going in for another oil change I had let them know I wanted the Left front tire looked at because it had been running low. They called me back and told me I needed a new Right front tire because the patch was too close to the side wall. I responded confused because that tire wasnt having any problems but the other one was. They said the Left one was fine but to replace the Right one. I told them no because we werent even on the same page so I would just come pick it up and keep an eye on it myself.I unfortunately decided I would order the tire hoping they knew what they were talking about and waited 2 weeks and turns out it was in but no one called me. Then when I called to ask about it they told me to bring it in. Well turns out I didnt need it after all because the Left tire did in fact have a small hole in it, even though they said it was fine.I thought being the dealership I had bought the car from only a year prior it would be a good place to get service done at. It isnt. Even when I bought the car the gentleman I worked with on paper work messed up my paper work and was going to make me pay for something I asked and had signed paper work stating I didnt want it.So from the very beginning theyve given inconsistent and untrustworthy service which is extremely unfortunate because I would love to take my car to the dealership. On top of bad service when I told someone what had happened they told me a manager would follow up and that was probably 4 weeks ago now. So when they made the mistake they didnt even have the integrity to make it right or even at the least follow up.Unfortunate.

I purchased my 3rd Honda from this dealership (an HR-V) and can definitely tell that their standard of customer care has gone down. Rita was my sales lady and was nice enough, though she didnt have to do much as I already knew what I wanted and had been waiting for them to get more in. I was disappointed in the fact that I purchased a new car from them and still waited over 3 hours for them to get it ready and that didnt even come with floor mats. I had to drive a week before I could get the all season mats I had purchased installed and they didnt even vacuum out the drivers side. They just placed the new mats right on top of the dirt. 10 years ago they would have washed your car for you and now they cant even vacuum when installing floor mats that you pay $200 for? If there was another local dealership that sold this car there is no way I would come here again.

I have had a good but lengthy experience with Continental Honda. They installed a set of new tires on my Honda Accord about a month ago, but a few days after the installation, I noticed that there was a vibration in the steering wheel when I was on the highway. I call Continental and they happily scheduled an appointment for me to get it looked at. I left my car with them for a few hours, and I got a call saying it was ready. The diagnosis was that the tires were unbalanced, but it has since been fixed. A few days later I was on the highway and I found that the vibration indeed persisted. I then called the general service manager and she scheduled an appointment with me to test drive the car with their lead mechanic. Once we got on the highway he acknowledged that there was a serious vibration and that it should be looked into further. I left the car with them again for a few hours and was called back saying that different balancing weights had been used and a mechanic test drove the car and verified that it has been fixed.Here is the embarrassing part. I picked the car up and immediately test drove it on the highway myself and determined that the vibration was still developing around 60 mph. I got home and post a scathing google review of my experience. Not two hours later, I got a call from the service manager requesting that I test drive the car with him this time. I agreed, but decided to take it out on the highway before I got to the shop. To my horror the vibration had vanished (I am sure it was fixed the whole time). So I had to put my foot in my mouth on this one.In summary, Continental Hondas customer service is top notch. From this experience it is obvious that they really care that the customer leaves happy with their work. For all of these extra appointments, they never charged me any additional costs and they had been consistently kind throughout the process. All of the mechanics that I had encountered were very personable and they ultimately got the job done and fix my steering wheel vibration.Any business can have good customer service when everything goes right, but the real test is when something goes wrong, and Continental was put to the test and passed with flying colors.

My parents paid cash for a new Honda CR-V and unfortunately before they even took possession of the vehicle my father suffered a massive stroke. Because my mother doesnt drive I asked that they cancel the transaction or buy it back. The manager offered to buy back the vehicle for $6000 less than the purchase price even though the car had never left the lot Disgraceful and immoral 😓 As if we dont have enough to deal with.

I bought my first vehicle here at continental honda. Aaron was my no pressure sales representative and did a great job explaining and helping me get the best deal. I bought the car used with no warranty. I had some problems with a weak battery and brought it in. They replaced the battery at no cost to me quickly while I was at lunch. They had no obligation to do so and was really impressed by the customer service I recieved. I highly recommend this dealership if you want honesty and genuine care.

My experience there was a nightmare. I found out after that was totally taken advantage of. The car I bought was marked up $3500 over NADA retail. I was told it was because of the fees involved which I already paid on top of price. Than I find out the internet price showed the car $1500 less. They also tell me there is a 100 tax when u live in Anchorage as part of a DMV fee mind u I just transferred plates. On top of all this It took 3 hours for financing which I paid 23% interest. I recommend nobody ever visit this place because its a complete rip off. I now owe $20000 On a car thats worth $8500. The Continental Way is the wrong way trust me

He alsofixed some dings in windshield, and gave me a free tank of gas(come in for 1 time full tank). Every time I come for service with appointment it takes them forever minimum wait is 2 hours at least then you ask them to wash your vehicle that’s maybe another 30mins. I asked the lady how long is going to take she tells me 45 mins yeah right from 10:30am to 1:00pm then return to get my car wash done. This service department is horrible. I come back because I have to service my vehicle here for the warranty. If it wasn’t for that I will never buy a car from them. I was told from a previous person that bought a car there he told me about the service department is horrible.. I should of listen to that person. Also when you do online service appointment that doesn’t even work either because they never find it when you get to the service department. They told me not to use it because that doesn’t even work. Service SUCKS!!!

I took my Honda Element in for just a simple oil change. They called me to let me know that my brake pads needed to be replaced, especially the front because they were completely worn away and were metal to metal. The shock came when they wanted $650 to change front and rear. I declined. I bought the pads for $65 at Auto Zone, watched a YouTube video and did it myself. I was so annoyed to see my used brake pads had plenty of wear left and were not at all as the dealer described them. Their commission based service advisors are motivated to lie to their customers to make sales. Ill never take my car there again.

Disappointed completely. We were given the impression that they would be able to accommodate us with a car we were interested in as far as payments and price. We were even given a paper to sign stating that they could get us the numbers we wanted. After 3.5 hours of waiting, I finally came up to the counter to ask for my keys as they had them the whole time while they did the numbers for the car we wanted to buy. Turns out, not only did they not inform us that it wasnt going to work out, they waited 3.5hrs to tell us. Instead of telling us that we couldnt get the car, they decided to look up alternative cars even though we specifically said that we didnt want anything else. I have two little boys with me that have been waiting for hours! They had us there until 8pm!Such a waste of my time.

Breanna Osenga is a rockstar. Went above and beyond her duties to help me and my pregnant wife get our minivan fixed before the little one comes. I don’t know who the mechanic was but he’s a rockstar as well.

Weve had our hondas serviced here for about 13 years. overall, the dealership is very good and weve been happy at the level of consistent service and recommendations over the years. one honda is pushing 200,000 and the other 100,000.

Terrible. The service manager I spoke to was very rude. I have a 2008 Honda Accord V6. It has been consuming oil at an alarming rate. Last week the check engine light came on. As I began to investigate the problem I found several TSBs had been issued regarding the problem. Even a TSB saying vehicles with multimodel VCM2 would experience misfire due to engine misfire of a fouled plug and a warranty extension had been issued to cover repairs for Model 2008-2013 Accord V6. When I explained the oil problem the service manager accused the place where I get my oil changed of not adding enough oil. When I mentioned I had researched this problem and my findings he became even more abrasive and accusatory. I feel so defeated but I guess when youre the only Honda dealership in town you can afford to treat customers like trash.By the way, as a warning to anyone with this model of car, take it in before the extended warranty expires. I purchased my car used in 02/2016 and the extended warranty expired on 02/23/2016 so Im out of luck in getting anything covered. Fortunately I was able to chat online with a Honda representative and he filed a complaint against this dealership and even gave me a case number to follow-up on. It wont help my current situation but hopefully it will help prevent this abuse from happening to another customer.

Car dealers are notorious for expensive parts and service. When I went in for an oil change last, they didnt latch my hood. I was on Ak#1 by JBER-richardson, and noticed my hood shaking. Had It flown up driving we could have had a serious accident.
