Context:Went to test drive and have inspected a vehicle. Car was on it’s second day of listing @ $13,000Pros:Decent selection.Jenny was nice to work with.The car I had inspected was in pretty good condition (needed $600 or so of servicing to get it back on maintenance schedule), + cracked evaporative case & worn tires. Nothing mechanically wrong though.Cons:Showed up that morning about five minutes before opening. I went in and parked since the car lot gate was open. Knocked on the door, no answer. Their detailer rolls up to drop off a car. Then the gal comes to open up. She starts talking to the detailer and doesn’t acknowledge me. Hey, I get it. We have busy days. But at least a “hi, give me a few minutes”. No...I awkwardly have to follow the two inside and I take a seat. Really felt like she preferred I wasn’t there.After inspection I go to make an offer and worked with Nick. I was a cash buyer ready to pay that day and offered $11,200 considering it’d need new tires and some maintenance. He countered $12,500/$12,700 after fees and wouldn’t budge from that mark. I said okay, for that price (over the market value) can you at least put better tires on it? He flips through his papers knowing he’s not going to. Lastly...I can’t stand stuff like this. He turns his computer screen to me showing me that he was in the car for $11,700 🙄 and proceeds to tell me he needs to make something so he can keep the lights on. I’m sure these guys are decent people but leave out the slimy sales tactics please.

We have never had such a relaxed car buying experience. We saw a car we liked on the lot, came in, immediately got the history on it and other facts. No one was pushy about trying to sell to us. We were able to easily come to a decision to buy on our own. We did a trade in as well and they did not try to cheat us. We would definitely do more business with them if we are ever in the market to sell/buy again. This company is also very family friendly. Our kids were getting pretty restless waiting for all the paperwork to go through and everyone was patient and not disturbed by their antics, which is always a huge plus when you have young children. Hay if your in the area and your shopping for a vehicle stop in look around talk to the staff ask questions lots of questions if you find your dream ride look it over top to bottom under the hood in the fender wells, check the oil level and color check the coolant, brake fluid color and level, and battery connections. If you dont know how YouTube it and dont right! If anything is out of place or off walk away! If your already sold anyways use it as a talking down point check your KBB & NADA listed pricing ne dealer buys for more then the lowest listed price and they sell at the top side but will take the middle and maybe even a little under of you have good points about common problems with your particular vehicle. Quality Auto Sales was a no pressure establishment. We knew what we were looking for and went there first but we still wanted to check around town. We really loved what they had but let them know we wanted to keep looking and they were more than happy for us to find what we needed no matter where we went. I brought a car from them. I have had it for two years, and nothing wrong with the car. I did get annoyed when I found out they sold the car a little over its Blue book price. I was proud of the deal either way. The car only had 30K miles on it. I took the car to the mechanic and was told the car was in great shape. Which I had been told by the lady I brought the car from. It was my first time buying a car and I was with my father. They asked me if I wanted to test drive the car and I said no.It was a great experience for me. I am glad the blonde lady was so kind to me, and patience when AK USA would not give the cash away. We called the credit union & the car was mine. =)2020 update: Car still working :) May go back and get another car from them. Been looking on their website.
