I have worked with Bryan Jeffery Motors for about two months now. I love working here the environment is great. I love getting to help the customers with a pressure free purchase or just even looking at vehicles we have.

Very terrible attitudes, that feel insulted and treat you badly if you don’t buy their car. I’m just looking around and if you don’t buy that same day they’ll be nasty with you. Edit: It was Bryan Jeffrey we worked with. I am not in the “System” because I did not feel comfortable to sign on the dotted line. Do not go here. He’ll treat you like garbage.

I can not say enough good things about Bryan Jefferies Motors. Bryan and his staff worked with me for days to get me into the vehicle I was searching for! The morning after my purchase my truck was having battery issues. This was no fault of Brian’s or his staff. I called Bryan and he sent one of his guys to me to jump it AND made sure my batteries were good. I have dealt with used car lots before in the last and I’ve never had an experience NEARLY as good as my experience with Brian and his team! 5 stars isn’t enough.

So I deal with many different Used car dealerships being in the line of business I am and when I needed a new commuter car, this was the dealership I chose. Integrity is not a word often used when speaking about used car dealers, but I know first hand how much work Bryan will do to make sure his cars are safe and a good value to his customer. Buying a used car is always a little scary, choosing a dealership should not be. For a small dealership with a personalized experience you should at least check out what BJM has to offer.

A fantastic car buying experience. Bryan Jeffery Motors goes beyond the call of duty to ensure you are buying a safe and reliable car. Bryan and Jeremy were so informative and helpful. We bought a car a few days ago where not only were the taillight bulbs replaced before we left the lot but they have also taken care of an oil change and other minor details that have needed to be done. 100% wonderful customer service with quick responses. Out of many options, so thankful to have gotten my car at Bryan Jeffery Motors.

I have bought 2 cars from them. My first was GREAT! A wonderful old car with near perfect engine and electronic condition. The only things wrong with it, after they replaced some parts, was that the factory (nearly 20yo) radio was going out, and something might have been wrong with the rear suspension which may have caused a small handling issue. However that was never confirmed because a month later, tragedy struck. I was in a horrible unavoidable accident that totaled the vehicle and miraculously did not kill me.Given my amazing experience with Brian Jefferys, it was a no brainer. I went to them for another vehicle in the same price range as the first. This vehicle is the reason I give them only 3 stars. There are a few things that you should NEVER have to do shortly after buying a car, no matter how old it is or whether it is new or not, when you are buying from a certified dealer. I have had to do quite a few of those things. I had to replace the battery, because they ignored that it was on the very low side of maybe being okay. $76.99. I had to flush the brake line because there was water in it. $99.99. The drivers window motor needs to be replaced. The drivers rear door solenoid for the lock needs to be replaced. I had to replace the accessories outlet (thankfully only $5). And the trunk does not unlock with the key, the only way to open it is with the lever by the seat. But Worst of all, I have been driving around with a check engine light. Some sort of O2 sensor code that flips on when the gas reaches half empty. It was brought to the shop twice by them. The first time the sensor was replaced, the second time the shop kept it for days, cleared the code and drove it around (supposedly) but did not reach half a tank and said nothing is wrong. The next day, when the tank got half, the light came back on. Brian Jeffries suggested I take it to another shop on my own dime because they won’t fix the problem. Since I can’t afford that... well there I am. Not great, and quite disappointing considering these many major and minor issues.Edit: The issue I drove it off the lot with that they “couldn’t fix” ended up being an emissions issue. Thank goodness we don’t live in a state with emissions tests,It would have failed. The vehicle always had electronic issues from day 1, it would consistently drain the battery over and over, turned out the alternator couldn’t charge it well enough, it finally went out completely 18 months after purchase. The starter went out 2 months after I got it. After I fixed it up, it did end up being a plovers reliable nice vehicle but Bryan Jeffries cut corners before selling it.

I moved to Alaska for work. The guys here worked with me over the phone to get pre approved. These guys got me approved and worked very hard to try and find a vehicle that fit my needs. Ended up buying a different vehicle But not because these guys didn’t try hard enough. If you are from the lower 48 moving to Alaska give these guys a try.

I stopped in to look at a few vehicles I had seen posted online. Bryan and Micah were very helpful and didnt pressure me into making a purchase, and they offered some suggestions of things to look for while looking for a car. Though I ended up finding exactly what I wanted elsewhere, I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely be back the next time Im shopping for a vehicle!

Being honest doesn’t mean assuming others not!

I was interested in a vehicle they had for sale and talked to Bryan about it. Very knowledgeable and straightforward guy, and even though I didnt end up purchasing from him he gave me some advice. Can tell hes honest and cares about his customers beyond just getting vehicles sold.

Bryan is super nice and helpful. When I wanted to buy a car from someone on Craigslist I asked the man to meet me at Bryan’s shop and Bryan took time to look over the car I wanted to buy and give me his opinion on if it was a good deal or not. He’s very polite, helpful, and honest and I appreciate the time he took for me.

I highly recommend Jeffery Motors. I had to leave state on super short notice and had no idea what to do with my truck. I spoke to Bryan who ended up consigning my truck on his lot and even came and picked it up from a friend who was holding the keys for me after I left. Read this review if you want buying or selling a vehicle to be an awesome experience. I was convinced that buying/selling used vehicles was just meant to be a stressful experience. If youre like me I just assume used car sales people and car lots are just inherently dishonest or ripoff artists. I needed to sell a car for my grandparents. Bryan sold me a beautiful 2008 Kia Sorento for a fair price. He was upfront, honest and reliable, and the vehicle he sold me was in excellent shape (got a wonderful PPI from an outside mechanic that only noticed two minor issues--and we used these as the basis for negotiation). His dealership is small, and he only offers cars in good condition purchased from private parties--not at all like the other used dealers I looked at who offered beefed-up/hidden lemons bought at auctions. I recommend Bryan!
