This place needs new management. We all had about a 15 minute wait at the checkout at 5:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. The poor lady at the register was like, “I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve only been here three days.”So many empty shelves, the products were lumped together in such a haphazard way that it was like Easter egg hunt. Workers standing around not really doing anything.I will not be coming back.

Awesome Service Department. Very professional and quick service bought my motor there last year. Happy all the way around. Great sales and service.

I had Bass Pros mechanic, Pat Ryan, repair my 1997 Mercury 200 hp two-stroke EFI engine. Fantastic work. So glad to be able to find a mechanic who can work on older motors and make them as good as new. I highly recommend Bass Pros boat service department.
