Very happy with my purchase. I’ve been eyeing the bed for some time now and your sale price was excellent. The mirror was a have to have even though i was not planning to purchase. It’s very unique! My only complaint is no free delivery to the valley.

After looking at six different stores for the perfect chairs for my office, I went in to Williams and Kay and started the “sitting test“. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about quality furnishings and were able to answer all my questions. I found the perfect chairs for my office and worked with John to pick a complimentary textile for my style and office decor. The chairs were priced reasonably for the quality and personalization. I only wish I had come here first and saved some time on my weekend. I’ll be back!

We have been looking for a dinning room table for a while. As everyone knows there are a limited number of furniture stores in Anchorage. When my wife and I came into the store the sales people let as look for awhile and Gabby came to help us out. We did not find exactly what we were looking for, but she showed us that we could design the table and chairs to the exact design we were looking for. Gabby has a great sense for design and really helped us come up with the perfect table at a very good price. We had a very positive shopping experience and Gabby was fantastic.

I ordered a custom dining table & 10 chairs. It took 10 weeks to arrive which was as expected. Unfortunately the table was not as ordered - had a standard edge not a live edge. Two arm chairs were ordered & not included. The finish of 4 of 10 chairs was not as ordered. Very disappointing after waiting & paying a significant amount. Fortunately W&K is making good in the order so only another 10 weeks. Ugh!

Went to EVERY furniture retailer in area bought from here because we needed DURABILITY! We decided to purchase from them because they carried the Flex Steel frame. Less than a month we had to return the couch for repairs. The $3000 couch was not worth $300 - VERY Disappointing. We lived with what I consider very cheap workmanship for 3 years due to the COST! Never purchasing from here again

Great experience! Joel was fab and a pleasure to work with. Will be returning to buy additional furniture in the near future for sure. Only complaint would be the attitude of the lady that works behind the main desk where the printers are. Two of the salesmen asked her a few questions while I was standing there to pay and when the salesman walked away she made bad comments about each of them behind their back. Maybe she was just having a bad day but when you do that in front of a customer, just “not professional”. Love your store and salesmen! Keep doing what your doing!

I have always enjoyed browsing around Williams and Kay because of the quality furniture. Although I didnt find what I was looking for on the floor, the sales person was very helpful and we found a curio cabinet to order. My experience in the process was very comfortable and fun. Im looking forward to seeing my new cabinet complete the look in my home.

We purchased a Natuzzi sofa and chair in 2017. In 2018, we purchased the matching love seat. When the love seat arrived, it didnt match. The delivery crew was wonderful. They quickly reloaded the love seat and took it back. The manager called the next business day, apologized and reordered the love seat. We are anxiously awaiting. The store handled the error very professionally. We would buy from them again.

We had the most superb service from Michelle Scannell at W &K. She was knowledgeable about the products available, and thorough in explaining the features of each. Michelle was patient in helping us make our decision. Also, W&K stands by their promise of allowing for exchanges, which we did with one of our 3 pieces. Uplifting and adventurous! Looking at furniture should always be like hunting in a jungle, you dont know whats around the next turn or bend. Likewise the consultants should add to the gaze of excitement by joining the adventure instead of the usual sour puss face that gives facts and figures without seizing. To me thats not what its all about! The thrill one should experience is the affirmation and confirmation of the consultant being on the hunt with you. An ideal situation!

Service has been great and not great at times, and is completely dependent on sales rep. ; definitely be quick to ask a manager if something doesnt sound right. Tim has been very helpful and knows the right questions to ask so you get the right product.

They did not have the lamps I wanted in stock so they had to be ordered. The sales man said it could take 6 months 😢. The sales man was nice and the furniture is good quality. I like that. The three star are because I have to wait for my lamps and the floor model was broken so I could not have that one

The salesman that helped me was less than helpful. I think I was profiled as a non buyer. They are higher end than Sadler and LA Z Boy but their products are very good quality. On a repeat visit I was assisted by someone else who was new to the company. Although he didnt know all the answers to my questions he made the effort to get answers. He did some research for me and promptly emailed me with some configurations and quotes on a sectional I was considering. I ended up buying at another store that was less expensive.

Awful customer service!!! We bought expensive Natuzzi chairs and sofa set. The chairs arrived as promised but the sofa kept getting pushed back on delivery 3x with no phone calls to let us know (spent two separate days waiting). Had to keep calling them to get updates. Lastly, Joel said we’ll get it on the 26th but never did. The sofa finally arrived in stock at their store but Joel never scheduled the delivery so now we have to wait another 6 more days for the delivery. People I spoke with on the phone are so arrogant, rude, and not even in the slightest apologetic. Such horrible customer service! Will never buy from this store again and nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

I placed a custom order over $4400.00 and after 8 weeks, the sofa was not what I ordered. They brought a two cushion model and I ordered the three cushion model. Accent pillows were also missing. Now I have to wait 8 additional weeks for a replacement. Very dissapointed!

Williams and Kay is a customer service challenged company. Top of the line furniture - managed and serviced by incompetent and uncaring people. We have had a miserable experience after purchasing a 4000 dollar sectional. It was delivered and every piece, 4 in total,- were damaged or had black marks on the cushions. This was the case even though we also had stain guard applied. Which may or may not have been applied given the condition of the cushions, The only thing that makes any sense is that there was zero quality control prior to loading the truck and delivering the sectional. But our adventure had only just begun. After I contacted Williams and Kay they told me it would be a week until they could come to wasilla and verify the condition of the sectional. I asked that the general manager contact me so someone could explain how this whole situation was even possible. I was told that he would not be back until the following week. I said that is fine, I can wait. Needless to say over the next 6 weeks I waited and tried to contact him another 5 times with no response. It took me driving to the Williams and Kay store to finally have him speak to me. Where I was told he will refund our money or they would replace the sectional, which was the original plan. Bottom line is he never said I am sorry, never said yes we will refund your delivery charge (which was originally promised), and did not care about us as a customer. 6 weeks later, hours waisted, no complete sectional, and an indifferent uncaring manager. He couldnt even provide and accurate email and phone number for the owner. Truly amazing how a lack of competition facilitates terrible customer service. I believe they have some great furniture at premium prices - but I would never trust them to care about anything other than making a profit. Buyer beware.

Just spent 1/2 hour writing a review and it didnt save, so I am summarizing this time around:Visited almost every store from Anchorage to the Valley. I would rate their furniture up with mid-range stuff from Scanhome or Treeforms, yet the prices seemed to be a little better. They even had some really nice sofas on sale for under $1300.The service was ideal. Not at all pushy, but still involved and informative. Thank you Tom Condon for being so easy to work with.In the end we purchased a top grain leather sectional from Natuzzi for under $4k that is rock solid and looks identical to something from Treeforms (but was thousands less)Since service was mentioned in previous reviews, I would like to state that I am a mid-twenties, tattooed male that came into the store wearing a hoodie and was treated better than I had been at any other establishment...guess it all depends on the sales associate.
