Clean, well lit store with lots of options in a variety of price ranges. We dont have a lot of cash for furniture and we managed to find a great couch that was well within our price range and even got a nice end table to go with it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely is going to be our main go-to for all future furniture purchases.

The staff there were nice and I enjoy the chair that I bought but just know youre probably getting damaged goods. Make sure to look on the sides and back of the furniture because you cant expect them to be open about it, not that thatd their prerogative. And then if you get movers to deliver it make sure you have the damage reported or something otherwise youre just at their mercy. I didnt know any of this and so was frustrated once I did get the piece. That could easily be on my but I dont go to a store ready to spend a few hundred dollars and expect to be sold something defective. So a 3 it is.

Purchased a bed set including, mattress, bed platform, and dresser. No issues with the mattress and dresser they are wonderful decent quality. However the bed platform broke down in four months had to purchase a new one in order to replace. There were issues upon delivery. Called trying to get assistance for correction however my calls were never returned. gave up continued using the bed platform. However the slats would fall down because the bedframe fell apart within that short span of time. Literally got injuries from this thing. Be careful because their pets platforms are not always the best. Purchased a new one at Walmart that has been used for several weeks now without issue. Be careful.

Absolutely will never go again. The manager is a piece of work. Sheshould be replaced because of her all around attitude. Was reported to higher ups. Delivered wrong furniture, and told me I had to keep it. That it was as is, even though I did not order it. They did correct the mistake, with some more painstaking service, but FINALLY I got some furniture.

Went for a king matress, they had new bed in a box for $700.09. I went to go and pay for it... it wouldnt accept my Direct Express debit card. I shook my head and said hum maybe Ill go to the atm 2mro and take out the money and maybe Ill be back 2mro. Got in my car and went straight to Matress Ranch where I purchased a nice one for $499.99.

We were under the impression that they were installing our bed frames like they did the last time but only dropped it off, accepted an over $100 tip and left everything for us to assemble. Definitely doing elsewhere.

Just bought a futon frame here, which exactly what I was looking for. I was glad I didnt settle for anything until I looked at all the stops in town. The whole process of getting the frame dismantled a little to fit the vehicle to having it wrapped as well as the pieces was a quick one. The costomer service was nice to and helped things move along smoothly.

Worst customer service ever! Purchase some couches a damn month ago and still havent receive them! Every time I call they always changing the date saying it will be here this day and it never is! Never buying from this place again! Would rate 0 stars if I could

This place is on Arctic, around the corner from the main Baileys. Its not the nice, open store youre used to, but the deals are amazing! If you are looking at a particular piece but have to have it at a discount, check back here occasionally and you may find it here at up to 50% or more off the original price.Delivery is done by two vendors. Ive always used Pressed on Time - their rates are great and do a fantastic job (you can even pay with a CC).

There is a reason this store has better reviews. Kenny was very friendly and informative. I had to lay on almost every bed before making a decision but he hung in there with me. I liked that he didnt push for me to get a more expensive bed. Instead, he wanted to find what was right for me and I appreciate that service. I put my bed on their 25% down 30 day layaway and Ill be back to pick it up in a week or so (:

Furniture is insanely expensive in Alaska so I frequent this place to check out their stock. Very friendly staff, especially one older gent who often chats me up, and pretty good prices considering the market. I wont likely ever buy furniture anywhere else. This is a place that gets new stock weekly and you have to stop in if you are looking for something specific style wise, but you cant beat their prices.

I picked out and paid for mattress that needed to be ordered from other store but changed my mind after making my old mattress work with platform instead of box spring. They clearly stated NO refunds but I had not even received my mattress. I called the store and a woman was very kind in giving me a credit! I appreciate their willingness to honor my indecisiveness. This is basically a this doesnt sell too good or has something broken so we are selling it cheaper type of store. It has good discounts usually although sometimes you can get almost same or even better deals in main store when they have sales. Most of furniture is OK quality, even if build quality is sometimes cheap.

I purchased a leather love seat with a center console and electric foot rests. The couch is less than 6 months old and has been back in the repair shop twice (arm rest fell off) and repaired once at my home. (replaced motor for one of the foot rests) As of this writing, the couch still has many problems. However, I get charged for pick-up and delivery every time it has to go to the shop for repairs and as Im a disabled vet living on a fixed income, I cant afford to have it going back and forth for repairs. I would NEVER recommend Baileys to anyone and Ill NEVER purchase anything from them again.

I had been looking for a small, quality file cabinet. The one I found, at this wonderful store, is mahogany, 2 drawer - wide and deep. Ive had it 3 years and love looking at it in my den; awesome piece of furniture.

We got an awesome deal on a sectional in mint condition. The sectional was exactly what we were looking for and couldnt find at any other store.Staff was very helpful and friendly through it all.They replaced one of the sections that wouldnt recline, loaded it into the vehicle for us, and even followed up with giving us some cupholders they had for it that were missing.

Probably the best furniture store in town. Prices are good and the quality is great. The salespeople are there to help but not pressure you or hover.

This experience gets no stars unfortunately. The store lost my contract and just let my order sit after Ive already paid. No one helped me pick out anything at first at the other Baileys store off international, I had to approach a salesperson myself. Terrible experience next time I wont even bother coming in.
