This place is amazing! Tons of beds to choose from, and they even have a diagnostic bed setup that recommends a list of beds for you based on you and your partner’s height, weight, and location of pain.Kristy helped me interpret the results and we found the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. AND we saved $1000 with the Memorial Day sale and a discount for buying an exchanged mattress. Not to mention, Kristy casually introduced me to a fantastic pillow that I’m definitely going to have to go back for ;)

The best service. We went in to the store not knowing where to begin at looking at a new bed. We were greeted immediately and she walked us through everything. We live in a rural community so we have to wait for our new bed to be shipped to us. I have never been so sad as last night having to sleep on our old bed after now knowing what’s to come. We are extremely happy with the service!!!

We went in just browsing after calling around to a few stores in town. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. We took the mattress test and were able to narrow down our search to just a few based on our body types. We went and did some research and came back. Christy was just as helpful and got us set up with mattress and accessories we wanted.

Christine was knowledgeable, professional, and didnt prod me into a more expensive mattress. I had a price range and she showed me options--- insisted I actually lie on the bed to test it in the positions I sleep. With a pillow. She answered my questions clearly, explaining sometimes in different ways so I understood better. Who knew buying a bed was more than just a mattress. She made it easy. I had already been to other places. So, I could compare. Finally the store is clean, nicely lighted. No dust bunnies or bits of paper scattered about on the floor. And it smelled clean. Not cloroxy clean or flowery or warehouse-y. Just fresh. Masks were worn by all. Sanitized pens were provided. And, we kept a nice social distaI highly recommend Ultimate Mattress Store. We had a great experience here after spending the day mattress shopping around Anchorage. Mark explained the different mattress types and was patient while we tried about out different ones and left without buying anything. We came back the next day and purchased our favorite. My husband and I have discussed for more than a year that we need get a new mattress but pass on it because we HATED the run around and worse, throwing our money away on something that wasn’t all it was cracked up to be!! With a plan to visit three “popular” mattress stores to try and find one that would work for us, off we went. Neither of us wanted to deal with the sales tactics that you usually get bombarded with so we were both nervous. Our first stop was The Ultimate Mattress Store. They were also our ONLY stop! Why?? Because no pressure, great people, great products, fantastic service, (Greeted us upon entering & said look around and if/when we have questions they will be glad to help. That’s exactly what all 3 of the people did! No pressure EVER!) knowledgeable staff, clean store, clearly marked prices. We could go on & on - but then it would ruin your experience with them!! We purchased our new mattress, mattress cover, 2 sets of sheets, 2 pillows, 2 pillow covers. We suggest you go there and do the same!!!!!

Pretty easy and straightforward process. You get on the little bed that does its “scientific” study of your pressure points and weight distribution, etc. and it comes up with a list of recommended beds for you and your sleeping partner. The sales lady Kristy was very nice, informative, and gave a low-pressure sales pitch. She even was hospitable to my friend who wasn’t picking a bed and chatted with her while my husband and I tried out several beds. She helped us pick a great bed at a pretty reasonable price point, with a 1-year comfort exchange. We’re thrilled to have a new high-quality bed!

Before I came here I had a plan to just look and go to other place around town looking for a mattress. Mark was awesome. He had me lay down on a bed and it took measurements on how my body connects to the mattress. Then Mark knew exactly what kind of mattress my body would need. So I tried several that were recommended to me. However they just didn’t seem comfortable to me. So Mark had me lay down on several in the store. He was was never pushy at all. But so knowledgeable in mattresses. I purchased a mattress with a reclining frame. I was so happy. I don’t have them yet due to construction, but they will deliver them and set them up. Plus if I don’t like the mattress during any time in 1 year I can take it back and pick something else out. This is the best mattress store I have ever been to. I highly recommend anyone to go here. Youd think buying a mattress would take a few hours testing out each individual one, right? The machine they have helps you narrow down your choices to 6 mattresses best fit to your body. Mark made the process quick, easy and overall was wonderful helping me pick out a mattress.

While the bed and adjustable base are awesome, the customer service is less than stellar. The information given was, if I buy the mattress pad that completely envelopes the mattress, then the mattress can be returned at anytime within the first 100 days. Actually, the mattress may only be exchanged...Buyer Beware. We we were also convinced to purchase two (2) mattress pads which were the same except one was 6 sided and the other 5. When attempting to return the 5 sided mattress pad, we were informed it was nonreturnable, explaining that two mattress pads were better than one. Again, buyer beware. I do not recommend the Ultimate Mattress Store due to the unethical business practices their staff uses.

Buying a mattress is never an easy or comfortable task, however, after shopping at four different stores we ended the day at the ultimate mattress store. Kristy H was our sales associate and took us through the process of educating us and letting us try our three preferred mattresses based on multiple factors. Little did I know so much goes into educating someone on the quality of each mattress but I learned a lot and appreciate the low pressure sales effort. Ultimately we chose our mattress and decided to order. I highly recommend kristy and the ultimate mattress store, overall it was a great experience.

Kristy Harrington was definitely one of the main reasons I purchased from the Ultimate Mattress Store! She recommended that I try out the bed and take as long as I wanted (I slept in the bed for 40 minutes!). Provided information when I needed it and moved me on from one mattress to another mattress based on my input until we found just the right bed. Never complained when I stayed a little past closing time on a couple visits for questions.If you have the money and time to lay on these pricey memory foam mattresses - Id highly recommend!

Update: 6/18/20We received a call 2 days ago that due to the inconvenience of our matress proector delay they were able to uprage our mattress protector the next model and had one available for pick up today. We are very thankful they were willing to do this and so far still love our mattress.Staff in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, we love out tempurpedic bed so far. Our only complaint is that we purchased a 130$ matress protector because we were told it is needed for warrenty reasons, we were told it was out of stock but to be deliver in a week so we just had to be super careful that week not to stain the bed and they would call us when it came in. We waited 2 weeks and no call so when I called them they told us someone accidently completed our order and so they gave our mattress cover to someone else and now we need to wait for the shipment to come next week. 10 days later no call, I called today and they said shipment might come maybe next week. I understand with COVID shipping can be delayed but they admitted to accidently completing our order and with 2 kids and 2 dogs its super stressful to worry to not get a single stain on a 5k mattress for a month or the warrenty is no good... hopefully they call next week

Went into the store expecting to spend $1500-$2000. Ended up leaving happy with an impulsively purchased $6000 Serta bed set. I decided to finance the purchase with 2 years at 0% interest. The sales rep., Mark, advised me there would be a hard pull on my credit which I was totally fine with. At no point in time was I advised that I was signing up for a credit card.After speaking with Mark, he told me that a hard pull is the same thing as a credit card. Not true! Had I known that the financing is actually a credit card, I would have just paid up front for the bed to begin with (which I ended up doing). Now I have to eat a hard pull on my credit report and worry about some unknown bank canceling this credit card application. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Mark C. was very knowledgeable and got me dialed into the mattress I ended up buying. Looking forward to better sleep upon replacing my 23 year old mattress. At the time it was top of the line. Mattress technology has changed much over the decades and was impressed to see and feel the difference.

Complete scam artists, spent almost 3K on a Serta. Within 3 months it sank to the bottom. Attempted to warranty the mattress through Serta. Only to discover my mattress was delivered without a LAW tag meaning there is no warranty on said mattress. According to Serta, my new mattress sold by the Ultimate Mattress Store was actually a floor model. I was then conned into paying for a replacement mattress until they could pick up the defective mattress (Covid restrictions), at which time I was promised a refund. Still havent been refunded and Id be willing to bet they are selling my defective mattress as new to some other sap. Id rather deal with a used car salesman!

Loretta at Ultimate Mattress listened as I described the things I do and dont like in a mattress and then she delivered. It was like Goldilocks And The Three Bears. The third mattress was just right! I found a mattress that suits me and she was very cool about the whole process. I arrived within 30 minutes of closing but I never felt any pressure. Thank you, Loretta! =)

Was an awesome experience shopping at the ultimate mattress store. Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the various mattresses and mattress bases that we looked at. With so many brands and types to choose from now days, it can be a little overwhelming to decide which one is right for you, after looking at a few other stores. We ended up at the ultimate mattress store.Didnt take long to narrow it down to a couple that we were interested in. After spending a little time on each and testing the adjustable base a few times, we made our dissision, mattress set ordered and on the way! Definitely a 5 star place.

We had a wonder experience at the ultimate mattress store. Mark was great at helping us figure out what we really needed in a mattress. We got everything we wanted and couldnt have asked for better service.

I laid on the first mattress I come upon. Did not like our old memory foam. We are getting an air bed. I have never laid on a more comfortable bed. We were in and out in 25 minutes. Im anxious to see if it is what I think it is. The sales lady said we have 21 days to make up our mind. Cant beat that.

Sales person very good and helpful. When we were checking out; I asked if the sheets were on sale for 48% as well and he said yes. As he rung them up; he told my husband that the listed price $299.00 WAS the sale price. Somewhere he got a price of $369.00 as the sale price and took off a percentage from there. We feel that there is deception because the sales associates are able to make a commission on what they sale. So the prices did not make any sense. If a sheet says 299.00 then that should be the price and the discount taken from there.

After shopping for a bed for a week, the store salesperson did better than the others we experienced elsewhere. They had a better selection of beds for the price range we were looking for (up to ~4,500). Delivery was nice because of the two hour window. The delivery person had a cut he didnt know of, and got blood on the mattress, but they scheduled a stain cleaning for 3 business days out at no charge. I would do it over again if I had to. Pretty good overall.
