It was a great experience through and through. Lala was amazing! She had all the information and made us feel so comfortable! I’m so happy with our choice to get a sleep number bed and most grateful to Lala for making it so wonderful!!

I’ve had my sleep number for almost a year now - original price was 5-6k. Setup was a little pain with delivery due to some broken parts by the install team but it went in our downstairs with minimal wall damage so I was happy. First few months seemed okay nothing impressive, after almost a full year I can say worst bed and investment I’ve ever made. Comparing to a 399 Costco mattress in my sons room it’s more comfortable. Air chambers are set responsive and like everyone else my number is 45. What I don’t like is the bed chambers fill with air and it doesn’t evenly spread leaving legs elevated causing severe knee pain for side sleeping at any softer settings. If I elevate above 45 my back feels like I went camping lol. Second issue the air chambers and sleeping with a partner you will feel everything. Every movement ripples across the bed, third negative responsive air pressure this feature doesn’t always function correctly and after a few days you can notice a pressure difference, forth issue bed seem, as there are two separate chambers fir each side if the bed there is a void area between the two sections, issue number 5 I have with the bed, dog sleeping in bed if responsive air pressure is left on it will cause adjustments lol, 6th I would say is the pump noise from responsive air pressure does wake me up on occasion or if my wife moves to much I do go to another bed. Based on my experience I could not recommend sleep number granted we didn’t go top of the line we ended up with a middle model with power adjustable base - also really think about the base at the store we thought it was a great idea but have since only used it a few times. Prior to buying in-vision sleeping on a air mattress bam that’s exactly what you get. Once I pay this one off it will move to the guest room and I can finally go buy a mattress that will allow me to sleep comfortably. I know your asking why didn’t I return, answer if there is a stain, damage or anything you will be charged sales rep told me as we didn’t get the plastic liner we would have to pay 25% that is ridiculous! So I keep it for now and god willing will clear the payments soon.

The Anchorage Sleep Number Store was great! Our sales agent, Lala, was super accommodating, and took her time trying to make us feel as comfortable as possible. She made sure she was saying our names correctly, verifying information, and even answered questions that were way out in left field that would have otherwise embarrassed other associates. Super helpful, I would recommend taking a trip to this store to see what they have to offer.

It was very nice to be able to actually see and experience in person the many different sleep number beds before laying down $7,000. Which I did do. I would have had much more reservations, if I was unable to experience them in person.

They took our time with us. They were not pushy. They let us try everything we were interested in but did not push expensive options we did not need on us.

Extremely customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the different mattresses, the bases and thoroughly explained the delivery process and how the warranty works. Lala was exceptional and she is definitely someone that I would recommend talking to if you want the breakdown of their products without feeling the pressure to purchase. We were very impressed with her customer service and ended up getting a new bed. We are so excited to sleep in our new bed!

Rechelle was so patient and showed us every bed we wanted to see. We left to chat about it and then when we came back she showed us the beds AGAIN. She answered all of our questions but did not pressure us in any way. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by for yourself and check them out!

I could not be more upset with a company as I am with yours. Lots of promises and nothing done not even a call back.We ordered a bed promised a date and two weeks later no bed.. talked to 5 different representatives and still no resolution. Put on hold to talk to the management team for over 1 hour. Ended up leaving a message. The amount of money and time waiting for the delivery of the bed has exceeded anyone’s frustration and/or anger level. I hope to hear from you ASAP.Thank you in advance

The staff at this location are wonderful. Kris helped me find a great mattress and I cant wait for it to arrive. The store is very clean and the team is very knowledgable. 100% recommend this store.

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen!! And they are good car sales persons also! We informed them we were leaving Alaska in about a year prior to purchasing our bed. Because of the length of the warrant, they stated, sales person, they should take down our bed and prep and package for shipping. In addition, they stated we could have another Sleep Number outfit at our destination reassemble our bed and the warranty would stay in tact. It is moving time and these people are no where to be found; in fact, they do not know what we are talking about when it comes to prep and packages the bed for shipping. Hell, we would have never purchased the bed in here in Alaska; we would have purchased it at our destination location vendors.Beware of the sales pitch and the wonderful assistance and service from these monkeys. I would not purchase a dame thing from them in the future>

What a wonderful experience!! Lala was excellent at showing and explaining the differences in mattresses. There was no pressure at any time, we actually had a lot of fun. I would suggest to anyone looking at buying a new bed to look at Sleep Number. Yes, its more expensive than your department store bed, but the bed you get, is fantastic. It is well worth the price in my opinion.

Very good service for me agent at your store on C St. in Anchorage. He set me up very quickly help me get the right bed. I just hope it comes on time on 13 June and then we’ll see how it works for me. I know I have 100 nights free and if it doesn’t work for me I can return it. That’s what I was told so I hope that’s true.

Blake met us at the door. He stayed with us the entire visit. He listened to our issues, made recommendations and graciously accepted the fact that we were not ready to purchase right that minute. Overall the customer service was great, but the actual bed was not worth it AT ALL. I would highly recommend another store. The custom fits to your body is a plain lie. The bed itself is flimsy and looks like a $500 you could get off of eBay. The idea behind the custom fit thing is to just fill the bed with air and then decrease the amount of air. Lying on the bed it feels like a crappy air mattress. Please dont be fooled by the commercials as I have. Take care :)
