Crazy happy with the service I received from this place. I called Big 6 for an air conditioning issue and they got me in so quick and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The price was very fair and they even texted me multiple times while they had my car to keep me updated on what they were doing. I live out of town and called Big 6 to help me with an SUV I purchased in an auction. They were amazing and got me up and going safely so I could drive my new rig home. Every step of the way they were helpful and professional. I highly recommend them and will use them again anytime I am in the Anchorage area.

Went with Big 6 for the first time and they were impressive. Fair pricing, quality service, and prompt as well. Offered information about the condition of my vehicle beyond just the repair, and actually turned down changing the oil because I had plenty of clean oil left. Most other mechanics in town would of taken the job just for profit. These guys rock! Would recommend.

I love these guys. They take good care of you. They are honestly, hard working men who are passionate about the work they do. The work hard to try to accommodate their customers. If for some reason they are unable to (because they really do get busy), they give you the very next available time slot. They know and understand that people need their vehicles in a timely manner, and they work to get it back to you. What I also love about them is that they are reasonable people. The owner has a family and takes into consideration that we have families too. This is the only place I take my car for any type of repairs. They dont try to break the bank, and the repairs will be done right. A+++++

Great little shop and very reasonable hourly rates. My biggest problem with getting repairs is finding a place I trust that isnt going to try selling my services I dont need. Too many times in Anchorage have I had a shop try telling me that I needed something repaired asap, yet took it for a second opinion to find what they told me was completely false. Thus is the issue with the dealership shops who pay their employees monthly bonuses based on revenue generated, the employees will always look out for their bottom line and not your best interest. Hence why I love this shop, they have always gave me perfect and honest advice while charging much less then the bigger shops. If you dont like getting ripped off, have them check out your car or truck the next time you need work done.

They have done a great job on the cars I have brought to them. I was able to get my car in for a seasonal tire change over the same day I called(Monday, April 30). It was done when they said it would be and the customer service was SPOT ON!! I recommend this shop for automotive work.

My Toyota had a dash light come on, OReilly read it and I called Toyota on cost. It was pretty expensive so I called Big 6 for a 2nd estimate. They were less costly, more attentive to my questions and helpful. We had a flat and they took care of that as well. Our Ford Ranger needed brakes and a serpentine belt and that too was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them for their pricing and service.

Took my truck for recall work to Lithia. They hit me with a list of things just over 4k worth of work. Steve and staff cutt out what stuff was not necessary and got it done super fast. Honest business you can trust your vehicle with. Will definately be back. Hopefully later than sooner !
