Worst Company to deal with. Be real careful when dealing with this company as their return policies eliminates all possibilities of using the manufacturing warranty. They have no regard for client satisfaction or customer service, and their response is Does it sound like I care That was Hung from customer service. I recommend that you send complaints to the Better Business Bureau and Amazon. Companies like this should not be supported and should not be in business.

I ordered a heater for my hot tub. I was sent out a defective heater that look like you been sitting on a shelf for 10 years. The ends that plug onto the board were all gunked up and corroded. When I contacted the company and asked him to send me a new heater. They told me I had to take this heater out of the tub and send it back for repairs. So not only does this company sent you old product they also want to only fix it and not sent you a new product. I only had this heater for one week. This will be the last time I use this company. If you feel like getting used junkie parts you can order from this company. They also goes by spa guts.

As you can see I am in my golden years I called this company I have no idea what a spa consists of while I was asking for advice about the pump that I needed the person I was dealing with told me that the pump was out of stock he then told me that there was a pump that he had would fit my spa so i said ok i I will buy it it cost me over $300.oo I live on social security I could not really afford the pump he sounded honest ,anyway the pump he sent did not fit my spa so I have to pay the shipping cost to send it back to them plus there is a restocking fee of 25 percent of cost I would have continue to have dealt with this company had they been more honest.

Ordered some parts and the technician wasnt able to use them. They advised me to sell the parts on my own, find a different technician, or return the parts and they will decide how much they would refund (with a minimum of 20% restocking fee). That is really all you need to know about this company. They will make a profit no matter what. Customer satisfaction doesnt matter as long as you are profitable, I guess. My family was so excited to use this spa, but SpaGuts effectively made the process many times more difficult and frustrating due to their terrible customer service and shady business practices of undisclosed policies.I would tell everyone to read the fine print when dealing with this company, but SpaGuts has no fine print anywhere! You wont find out what their policy is until you have a problem and they pull the rug out from under you. Avoid SpaGuts at all costs. There are too many good companies out there to waste your time, money, and frustration with SpaGuts.Dont let their cherry picked reviews posted on their website fool you. I went ahead and decided to give them a try, but I learned my lesson. Please dont let them make a fool of you too.Buyer beware.
