Very disappointed with their customer service and response to our concerns. Provided a damaged cover for the spa, took three months to replace it. The replacement required new locks to be fitted to the spa which was unacceptable. Gave us a lame excuse that its common for covers to have difference lock placement which I find totally unbelievable.Their alternative was to use duct tape to hold it down. Are these people amateurs? No offer of compensation nor do they seem to care about taking care of problems.

So good, I bought a Spa from them...

We purchased our Dover Sundance spa from them last year. They had had a special going on that had expired but they extended it for us. We got a very competitive deal on our spa. The sales lady, Betty, was very well informed, patient and took her time explaining all the different spas to us. We never felt pressured to purchase anything. This was our first spa, so I had a lot of questions at set up. I called several times, and another lady (forgot her name), spent nearly 20 min on the phone with me, walking me through the set up process. That was extremely helpful. My in-laws are in the market for a spa, and we referred them here.

We picked up our spa here. Good selection and great service from initial enquirer to after delivery. Michelle and Betty helped us. Met Robert when I went in to get powder. Very helpful.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Went in today to get a bottle of $20 spa cleaner. Their cash register wasnt working properly. The employee handed it to me and said merry Christmas and gave it to me for free. I bought my spa there as well.

Sundance Spas used to be called Coastal Hot Springs the same lady Betty, still runs it super helpful, much better than Coastal. I believe Coastal got two big at their new location and just do not care about customer service anymore stick with Sundance different product but same great service.

SO HELPFUL SPENT TIME WITH ME MAKING SURE I UNDERSTOOD HOW TO DO THE CHEMICALS PROPERALLY, ROBERT IS AWESOME.
