My service was performed professionally by Ceasar, his care and concern for myself and my vehicle was outstanding. He let me know over the phone the day before what to expect and when I arrived, that is what me and my car received. I was informed about any issue, I was ask critical questions before and given detailed information about the why and if factors. Very knowledgeable about my procedure. I knew my car was in good hands. I recommend Jiffy Lube next time your vehicle needs service.

Honestly this is the best Jiffy Lube I have been to. They staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They were also upfront and very helpful. This is not the closest location to me but I will come back here because their customer service is on point.

My car is making a weird noise now. When I drive, its not smooth like it used to be. I think they started to drain my old transmission fluid and then stopped when I said I wasnt going to be able to pay for it yet. Im going to get it changed on pay day, but I think Ill be going elsewhere.

Did not ask what type oil I wanted and up charged me be very careful. I even asked if they stock conventional oil and charged me for blend .

I needed an oil change. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even took the time to show me what they did.

They performed a filter and oil change, rotated my tires and gave me a promotional offer on a battery spray so the posts wont rust since it is a newly bought vehicle at no additional cost to me. It is nice when you pay for services and they offer you a promotional spiff. Thank you!

Been here for about an hour and a half for just an oil change. Only 2 other card being worked on from 3 techs. This was not done in a jiffy at all. 1 Star for being nice and 2 stars for the service. Id look elsewhere If you just need an oil change.

The manager was really helpful in showing me the problem with my brakes and getting me back on the road safely. He even tightened up my hanging skid guard for me!

Our car recently broke down just in front of this Jiffy Lube location. It is the one that we use regularly. I was able to get into the parking lot. The staff was very helpful in helping move the car closer since it was just myself to try to push the car. They checked the car for the problem and assessed that they could not repair, but they went out of their way to help and make sure that I was able to get a tow and that everything was ok. They provided outstanding customer service and were very professional and helpful.

I went to Jiffy Lube to have my fluids level checked before for taking a trip to Las Vegas Nevada. I was told them my oil level was too high. They actually removed oil from my system. Jiffy Lube was the one that had done the oil change previously 400 miles ago. After arriving in Las Vegas after driving 240 miles there was a knocking in my engine. Bringing the car to a service station I was informed that the vehicle was missing 3 qt of oil in a 5 qt system. There may be perminent damage to my motor. Very unhappy with Jiffy Lube. I am considering legal action for damages.

Ive been a to this location more than several times, and they are always super helpful, friendly and work in a timely manner! Every time I choose to go to another one, I end up regretting it and come back here. Great service and prices!

I really have not had a bad experience with any Jiffy Lube I go to, however this one takes the cake as the the worst one.The customer area is small and very dirty, the restroom is worse. Employee were trying to be helpful, however not efficient. One employees hand were filthy with oil stains up to his elbows. It is apperent that employee safety is not a priority.To make matters worse, when my vehicle was completed, i specifically asked if the panel underneath was replaced securely, they said yes.As you can see, not only was it not secured, there were no bolts to secure it.After calling them, they said Just bring it over and we will fix it. Cant drive it like this. If you have done it right the first time, no need to repair it.Im sure management does not care, turning cars as fast as you can, sanitation, employee safety and customer service are not important.

I go here because the service is quick and I know the price before I go in. But whatever rags they use to wipe the windows are old and dirty and leave a film on the windows that I have to clean when I get home. Minor inconvenience it wont make me stop going but it might bother someone else.

The attendants were super helpful and showed me how to check the level of oil in my car, recommended services without being pushy and made sure I left completely happy. Plus there was a 10% educator discount. In and out in 30 min or less. So fast it surprised me. Will be stopping by again.

Terrible service. Manager or staff name Tony is very unprofessional/unfriendly and inpatient, he is the one will make company lose customers and businesses. He turned me away the service immediately, not even listening to my explanations, I had same oil change in Jeff lube before. I Have done many times in same company, he kept told me you should go somewhere else, we don’t carry this type of oil... i called other locationJeff lube, they told me tony is wrong, he didn’t know what he is doing. This was the best Jiffy Lube I have ever taken my car to for an oil change as well as a tune up. It was not busy at all and the entire process only took 40 minutes. When we went to pay the gentleman gave us an unexpected and awesome fifteen dollar cash discount! This really helped us out and my car is running great! I highly recommend and will be back again when I need to be sparked up, lol. Get a special on the ole fluff and buff. Highly recommend and cant wait to do it again. High Five fellas!

I normally go to a different Jiffy Lube, but I came here after receiving a Groupon deal. I received such excellent service, and had so much more feedback than at my local Jiffy Lube. Now, I drive far, so I have to get oil changes every month. The man helping me at this location showed me the color of my power steering fluid and several other things that my other Jiffy Lube had never shown me after years of visiting monthly! I feel so much more informed here. Transparency is the key to trust at these places, and Im a happy camper. Its worth going out of my way to come here.

Ok so I took my car in for an oil change , and then my car started to act up, my check engine light came on ,it started shaking. Basically Jiffy Lube came to my house on a holiday and told me go ahead and bring the vehicle in which I was able to do and they gave me a breakdown pretty much offered me a good deal to get my vehicle fixed. I plan on taking my car as soon as I have the money to Jiffy Lube and having them fix the issues. All I can say is they have gone out of their way to help me make sure I can get my car back on the road again and I really appreciate the staff for taking the time to come to my home and like I said it was a holiday!

Ive called 3 times and been hung up on this was in a 30 minute span. Ive asked for a quote on an oil change and if they do inspections for Lyft. It would go silent and then they hang up. Terrible service and a good way to lose business.

I came to this place with my 1994 chevy astro for a check up, the guy told me yes we can help you as soon as we can, I waited two hours in that place, that has a tiny guest room that was crowded, i waited outside all that time for them to tell me after 2 hours that they were not going to be able to help because of my van is too old to be ran with their computer system. Really they couldnt tell me that before wasting my time there for more than 2 hrs?? All the guys there have 0 knowledge of good customer service. Will never go back to that location and for sure I dont recommend it.

When I dont have the time to change my own oil, I bring my vehicles here. I bought a new/used vehicle and brought it here for a fluid change. They inspected the car and had the records from the previous owner. Great service and the usual pressure to upsell. To those upset by this, just stand firm, get your oil changed and leave. They hear no often, they arent going to get angry because you said no, just bummed out...

If i could give a half star, i would have...laziest and most complacent customer service Ive ever had. I called in today to ask if they had a specific oil filter for my car and I was going to go there for the oil change regardless of the cost. They gave me an estimate and they said they can check for me once I bring the car in because they need to put the car in the system first. I drove from Pepboys in Westminster to that place since Pepboys didnt have it and once i got there 4 guys were just sitting around doing nothing. I told them I called in not too long ago and 1 guy just got on the phone to call in another place and ask they have the oil filter call my car. They did not even have to put my cars information into their system as what they told me. Not even 30 seconds later, they said they dont have it. VERY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!!Im not surprised Pep Boys is so busy when I got there and this place had no customers.

I went in there like at 10:30am i asked if they were able to fix some issues my car had (didnt pass smog) i was told that the mechanic was able to fix it, but he will have to inspect it first, i asked for the wait time and was told it was 2-3 hrs, so i decided to leave my keys with them. I leave them my name and phone number, and was told i would receive a call. Around 4pm is when I called since I had not received a single call, ask the update of my car, and the reason why it was taking longer turns out they CANT fix my car after telling me they could. They claim that the mechanic that inspected it said it had a problem with the transmission, and there was nothing they could do. They said they werent going to charge me since they couldnt fix it. I return to pick up my car and notice it is exactly where I parked it, there was no sign that they actually moved it to the shop, the smog paper I left was not even moved. So Im pretty sure they didnt even bother looking at my car since I didnt received a slip or form stating the transmission problem. The front desk person didnt even acknowledged me when I got there, he couldnt even look at me because he knows that I know that I know what they told me was bullsh*t. He had someone else hand me my keys, very unprofessional. Anywho please do not waste your time with these people, theyre not trustworthy.

Dishonest dont go here unless you want to get ripped off. Very bad experience will not return. I tell everyone i know dont go to a jiffylube.
