I recently brought my 350z in for an oil change. Normally Ill do all the maintenance and some repairs on my own but its been hectic lately so I decided to being it in. Oscar and Quan were very friendly and easy to talk to. Quan did a great job with the oil change. I was so happy with the service that I recommended my cousin to go there for his maintenance for his vehicles.

My sons car (Toyota Camry) was involved in an accident and required extensive repairs. We are from Arizona and chose and dealt with RPM remotely. Eimad (RPM owner of 34 years) and his great technicians were lifesavers. I am more than pleased with their services. They fixed multiple issues in record time, within budget and know how to manage insurance assessments. We loved their auto repair service and great communications throughout the process. They took a bad situation and made it turn out well! You cannot go wrong with their service.

Like my name says, I am an uber driver so keeping my car on the road is how I pay my bills!That being said, the team at RPM took a BIG job (replacing the water pump & a tune-up) and got me back on the road within a few hours. I was surprised how fast the parts got there from the warehouse!PS This shop is SO clean you can eat off the floor. It looks like a hospital. If they keep the floor that clean imagine how well they treat the inside of your engine??!!10/10 would recommend!

They take care of us. Oil, tires, brakes.... we have a lot of water damage dealing with salt water aquariums all day long, and their body shop is amazing at preventing rust on our trucks!Do you have a fleet? Send them to RPM, it’s a great tax write off and they perform the best services in the industry. We switched from the dealership because RPM is SO much better!!

The worst service. This place was recommended by AAA they are swindlers. I needed a fuel pump and relay switch a cheap job. They claim I needed an oil pump, seals gasket, timing belt. I still have an oil leak and my car still turns off while I am driving sometimes just wont start. I paid 689.00 for the job 2weeks ago. I am walking today because it is doing the same thing. Turning off while I am driving or not starting. The mechanic Ahmed and owner swears it was not their fault actually tried to have me pay 2000 more dollars for a oil leak he says its no way possible to know unless the car is started. Garbage oil leaks regardless started or not anyone knows that. Crooks Swindlers. Stay away

They did a great job fixing my radiator fans, were able to get it done quickly and never had any problem with the radiator after that. Would definitely go back for any other issues and regular maintenance.

This is definitely my go to place to get work done on my car. Everyone there is super friendly and trustworthy. I dont ever have to wory about being talked in circles or overcharged. I cant recommend this place enough.

Love this place the owner have personal issues, but after you get under his skin he is cool. Yes he is a little pricey on parts and labor but he does it well. That is why I like to send my car to him.

Great service. I had been quoted over $1,000 by Mercedes dealer for the noise fix. These guys figured out what it was for $50.00. It still had some noise and I had to take it back the next day, but they looked at it again and did some more adjustment for no additional charge. It has been fine since. Also, they are within walking distance of the Anaheim train station, so I just left my car, took the train to work, and picked it up when I took the train back. They give a 20% discount to Metrolink riders.

This place ripped me off so much. They charged $90 to open the hood of my car and take a look. It literally took them 2 seconds to tell me what they thought was wrong with my car and charged me $90 dollars. I had to end up fixing it there because I needed my car right away and they ripped me off and charged me over $500 for 30 minutes work. To top it all off my car had the same problem again in just 3 weeks and they said the warranty didnt cover it. Terrible!!! Do not go here ever in your life! Better to just Flinstones it and push yourself around!

We were on vacation with car trouble. Emad either badly misdiagnosed our problem or was trying to take advantage of us. He said we had to replace the transmission and clutch for $2800 and warned that we would likely break down on the way home if we didnt let him do this work. We got a bad feeling and found another great mechanic nearby who was honest and explained things thoroughly. It cost us $91 at the other mechanic for a good diagnosis: the problem was a shifting error related to a recall for our vehicle, and nothing was wrong with the transmission or clutch. We drove it carefully home to Oregon and had the dealer fix the problem for free. No problems since. Imagine if we had spent that money and not fixed the problem! Glad we listened to our gut.

I tried to have my honda civic diagnosed here,, it has a fuel problem and is not getting enough fuel to the motor,, instead of looking at the car, the so called mechanic said they dont work on cars with aftermarket parts,, wth kind of mechanic dosnt work on cars with after market parts? Especially a business with rpm in the title,, whooaaa i dont know if i would trust these guys. It dosnt sound like they know a whole lot about working on cars..
