No stars we were the first customer when they opened the door at 11am 2 and. Half hours later we left with no phone upgrade which we were there on June 28th for about the same amount of time On the previous visit I paid for a case and protector which I wasnt given a receipt for and he couldnt find any proof of that We may just change companies all together We were Sprint customers for years up until the merger with T mobile. We are not Happy at all with this Kevin Miller

I couldn’t be happier with the service! Enzo Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also super patient! My two-year-old was not exactly happy to be there and he was extremely patient and helpful Even with my daughter being so fussy. I couldn’t thank him enough for his polite hospitality. I will be referring my friends and family to him, that store (very clean, everything in stock) and T-Mobile 🙂

Went in here to migrate my Sprint account to T-Mobile. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The office was clean, the staff had masks on, and plenty of antibacterial bottles were available for customers to use. Usually, I dread this type of experience but I was surprised at how easy it was here. Much better customer service than I ever got with Sprint.

Rob went out of his way to make sure to help me get the phone I wanted. Great service

It was very hot in there and they had no place to sit while you wait to either be waited on or have your information transferred to a new phone.

My family got a great deal on 5 lines, they also saved 40$ on their bill when we switched over! Highly recommend! Great customer service too!

So glad theres finally a T-mobile store so close!!! Stopped to get a burrito at moes and found this tmobile. Figured I would take a look and thankfully I did because I got $300 trade in for my old phone and walked out with my iPhone X. And Im still saving $17 from what I payed with Verizon. Would definitely recommend T-mobile to anyone now that the service is finally good in the area, the customer service was amazing and the store is beautiful. Thankyou Justin:)
