The store was so well organized and the assistant manager and other staff were very helpful and polite. So rare these days to find Good customer service!

I was trying to relentlessly to no avail change over my phone carrier. I followed all the steps necessary and nothing. I was utterly at a stand still. I walked into Cricket on Route 30, right next to Hibachi, expecting the norm, ( overworked , underpaid, snobby, young kids who were working just to get the newest kicks out) yes I ultimately prejudged my experience. To say I was treated like royalty or at least a socialite is the astounding understatement , I was met with a great smile and a wealth of knowledge, I met a young lady by the name, and please forgive me if I botched this sweets “ Mariah “ she was so understanding of little ole me who missed one or two steps in my process to switching over. She had grace and tact, she maneuvered through my phone like a Ninja 🥷 I walked in with an attitude and she met me with grace and a know how attitude. I am very grateful I walked in Cricket on Route 30 and met a good person who can help. Thank you “ Miss Mariah”

I really needed a lot of help after buying a new phone. The manager Shawna couldnt have been more helpful. She had the patience of a saint dealing with a senior like myself!

Came in the store to change Cell providers. Young woman was confusing as to prices on phones. Did not listen to what I was telling her. Giving me bundle prices close to 500 per phone. So confusing and not understanding I ended up leaving the store and did not switch. Sales lady seemed high or drunk. Will not return.

Worst company ever, they take your payment but dont give you the data, plus customer services sucks they give you attitude..and thats the truth

I originally brought my mom in because I knew they would be able to set her phone up for her and if she ran into issues in the future that they could help her. Angel took such great care of her and did everything I thought they would and more to get her new phone in good working order for her. They were so good that I went back a couple of days later and switched from Virgin Mobile and bought a new phone. Angel is an angel. He helped me choose the phone that was best for me and I just couldnt be happier. I now tell everyone to switch to Cricket.

I have cricket love it theres one employee that will go over and beyond your needs great guy . Employees are all gd .I wish I could remember his name hes that gd. But is always clean and they are very polite.

I went to this store for something that should have taken 5 min. I ended up there for over a half an hour, staff left me standing there while he took care of his friends. Guy didnt care one bit very unprofessional.

I work here and I love all of my coworkers. They are always more than helpful. We go above and beyond what we are supposed to do for customers.

Amsterdam,NY 12010, the service from them and the Customer Service Dept are a 5 star service.....you will be very happy with them and a whole lot nicer than Straight Talk ever was if you are coming from them....You will be treated fairly all ways around....I would recommend them 1000%....Thank you....

When my husband signed up he had it set up to do auto pay but shortly after went back to his old phone service provider so no longer needed cricket. I was alerted before my payment was going to come out of the bank and i cancelled auto pay to prevent it from trying to charge my account but even though I cancelled auto pay it still attempted to take the money from me causing an over draft charge to my account. So for a servoce I said I didnt want and cancelled they still tried to take my money from me and got me charged with an overdraft fee and when I asked then about it i was told i was lying and they never tried to take the money. Horrible business wont ever go back and will stick to my straight talk service
