I found a good deal here and Calvin made it happen quickly, despite purchasing in the COVID environment and cross state lines. The guys over at Champion did a fantastic job detailing the ride that it looked brand new when I drove it off the lot. I was hesitant buying a used car but Calvin made me feel comfortable and gave me a fair deal. I would give him my business again.

Calvin was a pleasure to work with, and the techs around the shop were on call for any questions we had. After we bought and drove The truck for a few days a check engine light came on, I pulled the code, called Calvin and they had me drive it to a local dealership. After determining it was the trucks ERG Bypass valve and seeing the estimate for $2100 I was a bit taken back, I had only owned the truck for a short time, but it is a higher mileage truck but not for a diesel. Still, things will break, and I understand this is a used truck, but Calvin spoke with the dealership about the cost and called me back to let me know he was taken care of it. I paid nothing. That was awesome. I believe most other dealerships would have told me to pound sand. This was the best dealership experience I have had. Calvin and his team want the customer to be happy, and are willing to go the extra mile. When we look for another vehicle I will be looking here. I highly recommended going here. It is a smaller with cars and trucks on the higher end of the spectrum. If they have what you want talk to them, they will go the extra mile to help you and no pressure. I bought a Jeep from them and brought it to my friends shop. He found 3 reasons why it shouldnt have passed inspection before selling, one of which was major. They outsource their inspections to a shop that apparently just slaps stickers on anything which Im sure was the goal. I had to replace a steering rack for almost $3000 because of these slimeballs. Theyre also one of those tiny dealerships that somehow feel important enough to say we dont negotiate. The salesman I dealt with was smug and knew nothing about the cars. Stay far, far away.

I was looking for a nice compact car for me. I saw the Toyota Yaris online with so many pictures and some information. I asked if I could set up a time to come test drive it and the guy there named Calvin was awesome. We test drove it and I fell in love so we worked out a deal and now I am the owner of a car that was taken care of by champion motors. I could of not had a better experience.

Was in the market for a mid size truck for my son, did a lot of online price shopping and test drove from a few other places that left me disappointed. These guys tell it like it is in their advertising the truck was what I expected, great condition and fair price. Whole process was super simple, from test drive to sign on the dotted line and drive away with our new to us truck. Couldn’t have been any easier. Bought a jeep here. If it’s not sitting to be fixed it breaks down. Oh and did I mention I called the bank to see if I could do something about my loan only to learn y’all didn’t give me ANYTHING for my previous car and just added it on to my new loan. Sickening.

This place was excellent all around!! We drove over an hour to check on an F150 that was in great shape online and in our price range. The truck was exactly as stated on their website - no doctoring up of pictures or hiding anything! Matt and Calvin were both super honest and straight forward. We came in with our own bank financing and they didnt try to talk us into using their people. No pushiness at all!! We eventually requested to try their financing just to see if they could get us a better rate!! And surprisingly, Matt was able to drop our interest rate over a point and lower our monthly payment with his Credit Union. Again, he never once pushed for his financing - I just asked him to try. It was a nice surprise. These guys did everything they could to prepare all the paperwork ahead of time since we came from so far! They truly went above and beyond to help us! I was recently in a car accident and needed a new car fast. I found what I was looking for online at Champion motors and called to inquire about the car. From the minute I called Calvin was very helpful and we decided to go check it out. Everyone we dealt with once we arrived were very nice and professional. There were a few minor things that needed repair and they agreed to fix it before we decided on the purchase. The financing process was very quick and 2 hours later I drove home in my new car. Calvin even came to my place of employment that following Monday and brought the car back to the shop for the inspection and to make the agreed upon repairs and promptly brought it back. By far the easiest experience buying a car that I have ever had. I purchased a 2010 Rav4 LE in beautiful condition. I noticed some mild vibration during my test drive and they quickly identified the issue and resolved it. The car didn’t have mats so they bought all new mats. I noticed after buying the car that neither of the 12V outlets worked. I called and went in the same day to have the fuse reset. Highly recommend. Truly can’t say enough good things about the service here.

We live in ME and purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Champion Motors in NH. A 2 hour drive that was well worth the trip. They were very helpful and professional with us addressing our questions and offing us a great deal on the car. We had a problem with the navigation system several days after purchase. Matt, the general manager, resolved the issue allowing us to go to a dealership locally having the navigation system replaced at a cost of over $800.00 which they paid for. I would recommend them without hesitation for their integrity and honesty.

Wouldnt come down on price unless I also purchased their extended warranty because of my credit. Bought a better truck from Auto Fair, my credit was good enough to get a truck twice as expensive and at half the interest rate!

I purchased a truck from them. Was told a certain price and agreed to it. Final price was six hundred dollars more.I stated when I was buying the truck that the reason I was buying it was because I was so impressed by the state of the rocker panels. Within a few months their crappy paint job chipped away to reveal rusty rockers. That is kind of a sleazy practice.Within the first month ABS failed and water pump blew a seal. They fixed both of these with no questions asked.Edit:As stated below, I am posting this review 2 years after my purchase, but paint chipped away to reveal rusty rockers after a few car washes within the first couple of months. It is my belief that the dealership painted over the rust rather than properly fixing the problem. I may be wrong.

Purchased a 2012 Subaru WRX from champion, and it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Matt was great and guided me through the process to make it as easy as possible. A week or so after I bought the car, it began having an unknown intake problem. Champion has stayed with me the whole time in helping to fix the problem with the Subaru of Milford dealership despite having to try 3 separate times to repair the issue. Everyone at Champion Motors is very thorough and want to make a good deal.Three months after buying the vehicle, there was an issue with the braking system. Champion motors covered the cost of repair 100% without any problem. I could not believe how easy it was and how they fully paid for the repair. We will never do business again here. We recently purchased a truck from Matt Burroughs, general manager, of this establishment. We were lied to and he was extremely deceitful. 4 lug nuts were missing from the truck after purchasing it, we were only give one key. The spare tire that we were given doesnt even fit the truck and the battery bracket was fixed half hazardously. A title was to be overnighted to us on January 26, but has yet to arrive. On top of all of this, we paid $245 in dealer doc fees for the dealer to register our truck. Except they didnt include the sales tax on the bill of sale that was presented to the bank for the loan. Since they werent included, we are stuck paying the taxes out of pocket rather than in the loan. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since a resolution was not given. We do believe that the owner would like to help but the General Manager, Matt, dominated each phone call and didnt allow either my husband or myself to get a word in. Due to all the the problems, on the initial phone call with the owner, we were able to come up with a solution which involved returning the truck but Matt did not agree to this. DO NOT BUY FROM MATT...FIND ANOTHER SALES PERSON OR DEALER.

Buying used cars is something I absolutely hate doing. You never know what your going to end up getting. I always buy new but I didnt have a hand me down car to give my 17 yr old son at the time he needed a new one. He had been in an accident, so we went looking around. Found a 2012 jeep patriot in good condition and a good price. Matt was good to deal with, not a jerk like some salesman can be. Took the car to my mechanic and he found nothing wrong other than the complaint we had about the directional being weird. Come to find out it needed a new multi function switch (I think it was called). Matt took care of it immediately. Any of the concerns I had Matt addressed them immediately, which was so wonderful!!!!

AMAZING DEALER, AMAZING STAFF. i have had to buy at least 5 or 6 cars now and every time i did i had a bad experience and buyers remorse,NOT WITH CHAMPION, my first Extremely EXCELLENT experience buying a car that i am very happy with, Very friendly staff, that wont just try and sell you a car you cant afford, in fact Matt at champion sat down with me before even looking at cars to see IF and WHAT i could afford if anything (which is how all dealers should do it but they dont ) ,due to my own credit Matt was unable to give me a loan but he did recommend a place and i was back within the hour and able to buy a Beautiful 2011 Audi A4 Avant that i love. Only spent about an hour at the dealership and was able to leave with my car the same day! I had an issue with the headlights so I brought it back and they fixed it for free, I would definitely go here again for my next car

I just bought an Acura MDX from Champion Motors. I was a little nervous not buying from a dealership, but the car I had been looking for (for quite awhile) showed up at Champions and it was a great experience. Noticed something on the test drive which they were already aware of and had already scheduled to fix. After I got the car I noticed a noise, called, and they made arrangements to pick up the car and see what it was. It was something that needed to be fixed and I had an issue with timing because I was leaving on vacation and needed it fixed before I left... Without going into detail I want to say that Matt and Jay went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed before my trip and I was comfortable with the repairs. It’s a leap of faith buying a used car but I highly recommend Champion Motors. It’s not just how they treat you when you buy the car it’s how they handle any issues that may pop up. They take care of their customers and I will be telling everyone they certainly did right by me. Thank you guys!!!
