Amazing, Teresa’s and jayme were amazing. Both went out of there way for me and couldn’t say thank you enough for the help. They are amazing and did all they could to get me in a great car even with not many options they tried their best and succeeded. I’m happy just got to figure out the car and my whereabouts. Can’t wait to see who else they help. They really don’t know how much they just touched my life and put a impact on my heart.

My experience with Byrider was pretty good, the women Teresa was very kind and helpful with communication and being honest about the terms and conditions of my deal. I think the approval process is fairly easy and quick which is nice to be able to have a nice vehicle and work on my credit as well. The only part of my experience that I wish would have went better was the actual decision of which vehicle I wanted. I felt rushed and wanted to really weigh my options such as price, condition of the vehicle, the space in the vehicle and features that each vehicle had. Other than that I don’t have anything negative to say about my personal experience with Byrider.

Bought a car on Thursday was told these cars are completely inspected and up too 2,500 is put into them before they hit the lot called on Saturday passenger seat won’t move forward and sounds like the breaks are grinding come in to look at it on Tuesday well I’m wrong not the breaks needs wheel bearing now I have to either find a ride to work or miss work cuz they lied to me and pay a arm and a leg for a car that’s already causing me to muss work smfh I would definitely not recommend
