AF Collision does great work, fast, at a reasonable price, and is understanding when youre in a bad situation.After a windshield replacement company found major rust problems under where my windshield was affixed, I took my car to AF Collision Repair due to their good online ratings and a recommendation. I was very pleased with their work. I sent photos by email of the rust damage, and then we assessed the rust together once I brought the car to them. They checked it out in person, gave me a general estimate of the types of fixes they could do, and their technician had a great solution that has worked out for me fine in the months since it was repaired. Their solution was not terribly expensive. It seems to have been permanent, or at least is great so far. The rust protection and paint that they applied afterwards looks great! Best of all, once it was done, the windshield company finished their job so I could get my car back.I highly recommend AF Collision Repair for their honest and dependable work, friendly interaction and explanation, and reasonable prices.

First, the staff were super nice and very professional. Also, I believe my experience was atypical, but, I was left dissatisfied.When I went in for my estimate, I pointed out 4 things I wanted fixed. Only two of them were in the estimate. Now Im happy to pay for the services I need, but I thought my estimate included all 4 items.Of the two that made it into the estimate the dent in the door was one was repaired beautifully. However, I was disappointed at how little the buffing of the scratches did. I was expected some very minor remnants of the scratches, but, I couldnt really tell much of a difference. If I had known how little effect there would have been, I wouldnt have had the buffing done.Finally, I was told the truck would be done on Friday and I had to call to check the progress only to be told it would be done on Monday.

My teenage daughter drove our car into a large light pole and created a huge hole in the bumper. In efforts to help the situation she ordered a replacement bumper online and had it mailed to us. Upon inspection Travis informed us that the bumper came damaged and sent pictures. He was able to find us a new one for a reasonable price. Lesson learned... Dont by bumpers online!!!! They had the car back to us quickly and even gave it a bath! Thanks for all your help!

Highly do NOT recommend using them for ANYTHING you dont want broken or returned to you in worse condition! This is our first and LAST experience with AF Collision.Our Toyota Sequoia was backed into from an uninsured driver. He said he would pay cash for damages out-of-pocket so we didnt have to get insurance involved and to let us know where to take it. The other driver had used AF Collision in the past, and recent reviews were positive.They could get us in the soonest (possibly a red flag) and after looking at their reviews online, along with the other shops, (all seemed to have a similar rating) so it seemed like comparable service.During the whole process I had to call into the shop regularly to get any kind of update on things. They never called me once to tell me what was going on.When my wife went in to pick it up the first problem was the car wouldnt even start. They had drained the battery down from leaving the doors open and didnt charge it back up.Even worse, the windshield was completely cracked. My wife noticed a large crack in the windshield running the entire length of it. My wife asked Camille what happened to the windshield and where did the crack come from and Camille stated she didnt even know it was there. WTH!Upon pointing out this wasnt there when we brought it into the shop Camille pulled up the pictures the shop took when we brought it in. The final picture was the car being cleaned and Camille stated there is the crack, at which time my wife pointed out that was a picture from today. She stated this was nothing they would have done in the process of fixing the car and it mustve been from the accident.We had to call and talk to the tow company and they had 12 pictures of the car before and after they had towed it down to the shop. Several of the pictures the tow truck had taken showed the windshield very clearly and that there was no crack at all when we dropped it off.It is clear from the pictures (even though the windshield had snow on half of it) that there wasnt a crack in it when the tow company dropped it off to get fixed. I went in and pulled the pictures up and explained the situation and they agreed to fix it. Camille stated that it mustve been something they caused and that they would have it fixed within a day. I got a call at work around 4:00 later that day from Camille and she said based on what they can tell, it was from a rock chip that caused it so they would not be fixing it.She said I could talk to the owner, Ken Murdock, about it if I wanted to. I said absolutely so she brought him on the line. I explained the situation again and said I have pictures showing there was not a single crack in the windshield before we brought it in. Ken said there was no way his guys would have done that and he is not going to replace the windshield. He said it was from the windshield going from hot to cold while it sat on the lot for the last 4 weeks. Not only that, he said it was my fault for not maintaining my car and getting a rock chip fixed so I was the one being negligent.I again reiterated that I have pictures showing there was not a crack when I brought it in and now there is a massive crack across the entire windshield. I also have a recording of Camille saying it was their responsibility and fault, and that they would get it fixed when I spoke to her that morning. He could have cared less about looking into this further or trying to help. Not only would he not correct the problem he was responsible for, he told me it was my fault. He said the same thing when I told him they drained my battery completely down so it wouldnt start. He again said I was at fault for not maintaining my battery and cleaning it off. He said it was so corroded around the terminals that it would not hold a charge. I have attached images here to show all of the corrosion around the battery.This place will not only break things while trying to fix your car, they will blame you for your negligence and refuse to fix it.

Ive had AF Collision do two separate insurance repairs on my half-ton pickup. One involved substantial body work, the other was to replace the bumper and supporting components. Both repairs were high quality, and both were accompanied by friendly service, plenty of communication, and topped off with interior and exterior detailing.There are larger and more posh shops around town to be sure, but Ive had far better experiences with small businesses that are owned and operated by honest, caring, down-to-earth people in my community. Thats AF Collision. The larger repair extended over the weekend and I needed my truck for some hauling, so the owner let me -- a complete stranger -- borrow his Friday night through Monday AM! Thats what Im talking about.

We had a good experience and my fender bender turned out looking better than it looked previous to the fender bender. Honestly, they werent the cheapest estimate I got (it was close) but I liked them and they got us in pretty quick. They were also understanding when I was an hour late dropping my car off.Id use them again if I needed to.

I had 2 accidents in 2 days. Neither one my fault. They fixed both my vehicles. One car was in a head on collision and they did a great job making it look brand new. They even helped me out dealing with the other drivers insurance company to get the items on my car replaced for which the insurance was pushing back. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for autobody repairs.

The employees were fantastic!! They were courteous and very helpful. The repaired the window on our truck and the child lock which was stuck. The work they did was perfect. It was done quickly and for a modest fee. We will definitely go to them again.

My teenage son borrowed my wifes car to go out to the hot springs. While soaking in the hot water he Claimed that a wild pack of Ninjas jumped out of nowhere and started attacking! Suddenly a flock of huge seagulls (yes, seagulls, not eagles...were in Utah) swooped down and ate the destructive ninjas! And in the chaos the Toyotas front bumper was greatly damaged. Hey, Im just relaying what I was told....anyways, AF Collision had great service all the way through. I was most grateful for their honest communication unlike some crazy story a teenager says to get out of trouble. I strongly recommend AF Collision for any autobody repair needs and most especially for your teenage driver!

Camille is amazing. Fixed absolutely everything I needed fixed and did a very professional job. I am always treated with kindness and the work is incredible. I have used them twice now and each time the amount of time they quoted me was exactly what I expected. Also got quotes from two other shops for exactly the same work and it was double the price! Value is unbeatable.

I am so impressed by this company and the kindness that was extended towards me. I believe it was the manager who personally assisted me in estimating the damage to my car. He was very clear and honest about the process. He even cleaned up the side of my car free of charge. (I had previously blown a tire prior to my accident, and there was black markings all over the side of my car. He simply cleaned it up out of the goodness of his heart). The employees there were all genuine and welcoming. I would definitely do business here again.

They worked well with me cause it took me almost a year in June to get my car fixed. I was able to use the quote they gave me last year, they allowed me to leave my car with them for a few days even though they weren’t quite ready for it. I am very happy with there work.

I am very very picky when it comes to the vehicles that I have. After an incident that left some dents in my beautiful beautiful truckmy truck was taken to AF Collision and not only did they do a good job, they did a better job than the factory. Absolutely fantastic and so are the people that work there.

They did a great job with our car! Our car is brand new so I was really sad when we got in the car accident, but they made our car feel like new again. My only complaint is that it took a long time. I know there was a lot to fix on our car though and it had to go back and forth to the dealership a few times. Also, we have been “quarantined” anyways so we only needed one car.

AF Collision Repair fixed my car great. The bumper was done in four days even though we had to add on the absorber.

I just got my van back. They fixed the bumper for slightly under their quote, and it looks brand new. They were super nice and even washed and vacuumed my car. I was so impressed with their service!

Ive been to them twice this year. The first time, I tried acquiring the repair part myself and then I just had them paint it to match and install it. The second time I let them take care of it all. They charged the same for the part as it would have cost me to get it.I found them to be very honest, easy to work with and very friendly.I should add the repairs were great and you cant tell anything is different.

Went to take my car in to see about getting my fender liner fixed and they said they could probably just put a couple screws in it and it would fix it. They didnt charge me a thing and it has proven to be a good solution for now and when the time comes to actually change it I will definitely go back to these guys.

Blended paint had runs and pockmarks Held truck hostage even though they had a 2600 check prior and Insurance told them to release it they will get paid ( during a conference call,). Take it to Maaco instead half the price probably better quality. All they care about is making money surprised they are still in business with all these bad reviews. left trash in the back of the truck. Had to finish some of the repairs myself because they were done half ass. Will never go there again or recommend anyone to them.

They told me 4-5 days for repair had it for 7 then wouldnt give my truck back because someone there filed a supplement for $107 too late because they werent doing their job in the office, so I had to pay it so I could get it back for the weekend. I was friends with them, Id hate to see what they would do to people they dont know. I only took it there so someone I knew could make some money Instead of a random shop didnt know they would also be making money out of my pocket. I plan to sue if it dont get refunded after the insurance company squares up with them. I will not recommend going there.

They took over a week longer then they said to fix my car. They were highly unprofessional, they did not communicate any issues or delays. The office smells like cigarettes and has 2 annoying dogs but it smells like there should be more hiding in there somewhere. The owner is kind but he has some dodos running the place.
