Kyle and Brice came by today to install a new pump head that had been on backorder for months, Due to no vault of hot tub doctor (covid back order backlog). To our surprise, we were told there is no charge for the part and installation due to the time it took to get the part. In todays environment, it is heartwarming to find a business with high moral and ethical standards that go above and beyond to take care of their customers even when its not their vault. Consider us customers for life with standards and employees like this!

I have worked with the Hot Tub Doctor for years. Their staff is absolutely wonderful. The owner, Steve, has always taken great care to provide excellent and quality service. I recently had to replace my aging hot tub. I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff worked extremely hard to get the spa that I wanted and were able to cut the delivery time by 3 to 4 months. It is a shame you cant score higher than 5 stars because this company would definitely rate a 10. I highly recommend them. The best part is they are locally owned and it shows.

These guys definitely earned my business for any future hot tub purchases and servicing! They were all very professional and helpful. Kyle went out of his way to help me diagnose and troubleshoot my old, off-brand hot tub motor when nobody else in Amarillo would touch it. This is a top notch business!

Our summer travel plans were cancelled due to Covid-19, and my husband and I were looking for a great anniversary gift for each other. The kids had been begging for a pool, and with everything going on we couldnt find one. Finally a light went off, why dont we buy a hot tub. I started looking, and then I found out that hot tubs were also in short supply. I went to Hot Tub Doctor afraid they wouldnt have much selection, but their show room was stocked full. Jared was so very helpful in finding us the right hot tub for 2 adults and 4 kids. He was knowledgable and didnt try to sell me something that was too much for us. Ashley helped get the sale finalized, and she has been in contact with us several times over the last week to just keep us updated. She has been kind and very proactive. Yesterday Kyle and Brice came to deliver and set up our hot tub. If I hadnt already been convinced that I wanted to always do business with Hot Tub Doctors, Kyle and Brice absolutely sealed that deal. They went above and beyond to get our tub set up. They were efficient, but also very personable. Once the tub was set up, they went through maintenance. They were super knowledgeable, and I LOVED the fact that they encourage using as few chemicals as possible in the tub. Hot Tub Doctors will be our go to for hot tub supplies and service. The Hot Tub Doctor is the ONLY place I would by a hot tub. Steve not only has years amd years experience but he created a machine long ago that purified the hot water so that it does not leave the nasty film and is good for your health and skin.He has a stable and trustworthy crew that will service your hot tub regularly. They have true passion for what they do. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a new Hot Tub and received a fair Trade In value on my old Tub. Delivery and installation was done in a timely and professional manner. Area was left orderly and clean, all old equipment hauled away and my fence panel put back up. I definitely recommend doing business with this company!

Researched every tub from every store. Their tubs were by far the best bang for the buck. Sales and installation team was awesome. They responded to every question and text we had. Overall the other dealers felt slimy where the hot tub doctors were just right. Let the product speak for itself. Installation went smooth and what hickups happend were over came. Thanks you again

Excellent customer service. Speedy. Great prices. Youve got to check them out. I appreciate Steve and the entire staff for their continued support with my hot tub and pool needs. Chemistry, parts, repairs, cleaning. They do it all.

Update:The owner called and worked out a fair solution to a misunderstanding. That is all I ask for is fair Treatment! Thank you for working with us!We were told when we signed the contract if we were going to be gone and we gave them at least 24 hr notice we wouldnt be charged for that month. We paid $162. A month for them to clean and keep our hot tub working. We called them on December 14th, 2018 and let them know we wouldnt be here for their scheduled day on the 27th of December. They billed our card anyway and when we called them about it they said we have to pay weather they come or not because it is pro-rated. That is not on the contract and is not how it was explained to us. Just lost a customer by lying! You dont get paid for services not rendered!! My Husband is a disabled veteran! We should all take note of companies that treat our people veterans or not this way!! Lie to your customers and loose them!
