I absolutely LOVE this place!! Been shopping here for over 17 years! As a family of 5 I am able to shop for everyone in a one stop shop! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

I enjoy shopping here for myself as well as my whole family. Great clothes at a great price. I love it when people say where did you find your outfit, I want one.... I get to say, Clothez Exchange in Amarillo. I drive from Lubbock just to shop here. Keep up the good work and perhaps open one up here in Lubbock!?!?! 😁

Was BUSY, but didnt wait to long in line considering there was 30 people in front of me.. The line was moving.. was on lunch..will have to go back after work!!

Since the new ownership, I would really only classify this as a glorified thrift store. It’s a great place for clothing donations but as far as their programs go for members, I wouldn’t say it’s worth much. After dropping off an entire bucket of shoes, and looking around multiple times, I saw almost all of my shoes on the floor and sold. In my account? $6. Most of them where brand new and never worn. All shoes between $50 and $120 new. When I asked about it today she said it was marked down that the majority of the shoes where donated for toe marks. Which feels very untrue as all but maybe 2 pairs where new and I saw them on the racks. As for the clothes, it’s a nice place to buy used but it’s not my favorite. I would give the store/clothes 5 stars and the membership/program maybe 2 stars.

I love this place! I have come my whole life! You have to go in with an open mind but the items you find are literally a steal! Cheap clothes and a great friendly atmosphere!

DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS HERE!Let me preface this with how disappointed and saddened I am to be writing this review as I have been shopping and consigning items here for at least 8 years and have never had a problem until the last couple of months.Over the past 2 months I have brought in a Kate Spade purse, a Coach purse that was brand new with tags, and a Fossil purse that I carried for a month, along with clothing each time. When I brought in my last donation I asked how much was on my account and received the shocking answer of $11. When I inquired about how that could be and stated just the quality of the purses I had brought in alone I was told that the Fossil purse had been marked as dirty and had trash in it, and that the employee couldnt see the other purses but would have the owner contact me. I have yet to hear from the owner. All three purses were in like new and one brand new condition. I even have pictures of one as proof of condition of my items because I considered selling it online but I liked shopping here and wanted to support a local business even though I knew I wouldnt make what I could from selling it online but with thrifting Ive always believed you have to give the good stuff to find the good stuff but DO NOT do that here as you will be ripped off.At this point, it makes me think that employees that are recieving items are marking higher end items as unconsignable for bogus reasons and taking them for themselves.

Since the new ownership, the store has really taken a turn for the worse. I will not be doing business here anymore, which really sucks because I use to love the place.

We love this place because it is clean and well organized. We look mostly for kids clothes and there is a variety of things. We do not leave without at least 3 outfits a piece. The clothes look great on our grandchildren too

Very disappointed with exchange protocols. Staff was highly critical of and refused to take items brought for exchange; will likely not bring items to exchange in the future. Clothing on racks being sold had worse infarctions than what was pointed out in items brought in and rejected for exchange. First visit was impressive and this second visit was not so impressive. Owner was not on site during this second visit.😔

I LOVE this place! I was starting a new job but didnt have a big budget but was able to buy 10 pairs of slacks and 4 pairs of shoes for $76 dollars! And two were brand news pants and everything else looked brand new! Name brand too! If you want excellent service and dont want to blow alot of money but still want to dress in style this is the place to be!

This is my go to place for all my families clothes. Its super affordable and you can find everything with ease and name brands.

Okay here is the thing. They are over priced. We are getting last seasons styles. So you can go online and push the sale or clearance tab on any web site and get the same shirt, shoes, or pants etc for the same price as what Clothezs Exchange is pricing thier clothing to sale to us. I know for a fact you can get it cheaper and **NEW** online.

They have a large selection of clothes to choose from. Very clean and organized they have a variety of styles and sizes. Very affordable.

A lot of consignment stores will have nice clothes, but not the selection, brands or competitive prices that Clothez Exchange has. **If youre interested, you can sign up to be a consignor and earn money when your items sale.**Clothez Exchange has a lot of baby/toddler gear, carriers and slings, backpacks, purses, and all kinds of clothing items (including a great selection of shoes) from Newborn to adult in all sizes. Fantastic used clothing shop. You can find something for the whole family. Lots of children clothes. They have discounts on different colored tags in the clothes. Ive gotten some very nice name brand pieces here.

This is a great used clothes store. The prices are reasonable and the staff friendly. The quality of clothes is on par for used clothes. And occasionally you can find new clothes with the tags still on them.My favorite aspect of this store is that they offer specially marked clothes from size 0-24 months 3 for $1. Theres a reasonable selection and we nearly always find what were looking for!

The clothes are amazingly priced and every worker that we talked to was do helpful and sweet. They gave us saving tips, told us about the huge sale coming up, and were so unbelievably nice and efficient. I will absolutely come back. 100% the best shopping experience in Amarillo.

This is a great place to shop with great prices. The lady that helped me I do believe her name was Haydee was just absolutely amazing. She was very very very helpful and just all around wonderful. Id love to see her when I go in there. She was a blessing for me when I went in to get some scrub pants the I had to have for the next day. Thank you so much for the help.

You can find really nice items for pretty inexpensive. Every section is sorted by size and color so that is awesome. Clean store, too

I loved this place due to there extremely good prices for everything from jewelry to clothes.

Great finds for cheap. I come at least once a month to consign clothes, as well as to buy them. The only thing I dont like is the arrangement of clothes. I feel they should be arranged by style rather than color. If Im looking for something specific I have to set quite a bit of time aside to come dig through items. Staff is super friendly as well.

Loved the store. Had plenty of changing rooms and a large selection of clothing. I did find the prices a bit steep for used but still doable and they have sales often it seems. Ill definitely look here first for outfits for the kiddos

This is a great place to take your used or unwanted clothing items shoes to wear baby clothes just about anything you name it they take it and youre allowed one basket of womens clothes youre allowed one basket of mens clothes but the childrens clothes are unlimited and if the clothes arent up to Snuff you can tell them to just donate it strictly from there so its like a One-Stop drop its a great place and it helps the local community and you can actually make some money once your clothes sell after its been put on consignment and someone buys it.

Place is okay, found alot of good stuff last winter, and some good stuff this year for my daughter, not a lot for my son tho, some of the stuff is worn out and for the price you mine as well go to Walmart and get new, tried to donate a pair of shoes but the woman said they cant take them because one of the shoes had a scuff, but Ive seen the shoes they sell they look bad so i wont bother donating here, its just like once upon a child.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been a member since 2015 and have had no problems until my last drop off. A worker taking drop off told me that I had two different accounts and that there was a restriction on my account since 2015. This was certainly untrue. I have been dropping off several baskets of childrens name brand clothing almost monthly since 2015. I use the extra income for gas money to go to college as I do not live in Amarillo. I told the workers this and she was rude and acted like I was lying. I asked one of the workers for the owner to call me in order to clear up any account mixups that may have happened. She did call me and explained that I had marks on my account and also that the last time I dropped off clothes that they could not take certain things and gave them back to me such purses etc. This was not true. They never gave me anything back and never told me that I was on restriction, never restricted me on what I brought in. I have always been careful as to what I brought in as far as stains go because I was trying to earn money. If I had ever brought anything in they could not use I was told along time ago by one of the workers that it would just be donated. I told her someone was lying and it wasnt me. She then proceeded to tell me that she marked my account as no drop off and that I couldnt drop off anymore. She was very rude, cut me off and wouldnt let me talk and hung up on me. Believe it or not I was really hurt by this and felt victimized in this situation. I know that if I was an owner to a business that I would not treat my customers in this manner. I see that there are a lot of great reviews on here. I have never had any problems up until this month.

I love coming here! They always have a great selection or gently used or even brand new clothing in all sizes. We buy the majority of our clothing here. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

Best store for your Im low on cash but need new cloths days. They certainly keep my shopping addiction appeased without costing me too much . Love love the store , staff is nice enough. My only complaint is that Everytime I shop they hover and watch me they stay on me like a fly . I understand theft prevention, but I have regularly shopped there awhile and I feel they should back up a little . Either way I wont stop shopping there because I love the selection cleanliness and prices. Also the went bagless which I love also .

Store is getting really cheap on their side and charging more for clothes. I have been shopping here for years and it seems like the childrens clothes are going up in price. The air conditioner is never ran so its ridiculously hot in there. They have you fill up a card and ONLY offer $5 discount, that means youve spent well over a hundred dollars. They dont use plastic bags anymore and want you to buy one of theirs...I dont think its being eco-friendly, I just think its another way to cut costs. Customer Service people there arent friendly as they used to be. I used to love this store but now it seems like its just ran by some very greedy people.

I was able to find good quality gently used clothes for a fraction of the price. If you have growing children this is a good place to stop by. They also carry clothes for adults too.

Went in searching for something in particular and was very disappointed with the prices. I went to another store that carries used clothing and found what I wanted for less than half the price. Im sad about this as Clothes Exchange is so close to my house.

Big place and lots to choose from. Good quality clothes for the money, need a couple of hours to get what your looking for and to check it if its free of stains.

Great place to find a good deal on clothes. I always find name brand clothes with tags still attached or newer clothes for a great deal.

Love the prices and the organization of the store however the customer service is lacking in a major way and needs either an update or new training on what customer service actually is. In not sure if there was ever training in that area to begin with but if that wasnt an issue this would be a perfect establishment.

The staff here are so superr sweet and incredibly helpful, the store is very organized and theres always plenty of merchandise to choose from! I love to get my 6 yr old some of her clothes her because the prices are amazing and she goes through clothes lik e crazy both because she is growing like a weed and because shes hard on clothes, she loves to play outside and plays soccer, etc. So Clothes Exchange is a perfect solution for us!
