Looking for a mattress and I stopped here first. After weeks of online research, they had EXACTLY what I wanted and at a great price. I had my new mattress at home and set up an hour later! I cannot recommend Shorty and his team enough! Great service and excellent shopping experience!

I went in to look at recliners , very limited selection But I found on that fit what I was looking for. The guy that helped me was extremely nice and helpful. I paid for the chair & told him I’d be back in 2 days to pick it up. When I returned they had sold my chair, he forgot to put a sold sign on it. Not a big deal. What was bad was the guy that refunded my money to my card was NOT NICE. Didn’t say 2 words to me. Never said sorry, that shouldn’t have happened, glad we could serve you. Ordered a sleeper-sofa sectional in February, 2021. As of April 22, 2021 item is still not in. New estimated arrival date is June 15. I was given no reason for delay. If I had not called, I would still be expecting sofa on original date of 4/26. MInd you, full payment was expected upon order date in February. Unless you have months to wait for delivery for your purchase, I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I spent the last two days visiting many furniture stores in Amarillo. I ended up landing at Amarillo Furniture Exchange and I’m telling you their service was awesome and pricing was at least 25% less than anybody else’s that I found. I bought a new complete bedroom suite. Go check them out!

This place is amazing!!! We bought very high quality dining tables, formal living room, and living room sets. Great quality leather and wood about 2 years ago. Spent $10,000 for quality that would have cost probably $16,000 anywhere else. We went in again today and had to buy our kids sectional upstairs. Nothing fancy but Calvin has great customer service and found us exactly what we were looking for. Again saved us around $1,000 compared to others. Highly recommend them.

Manager Toni is extremely rude and the opposite of personable. The guy helped us calculate the amount to put down in order to buy out the furniture in 90 days interest free, but never told us we were LEASING the furniture and forgot to add tax in so now I’m paying 1250 for a 600 dollar bed, because the furniture was not paid off by 29 dollars before the 90 days. Called to speak to someone about my options and the miscommunication and she kept saying, “Well you should have read your contract.” Mind you I did not sign any contract or receive a contract at the time of purchase besides a receipt to pick up the furniture. Unfortunately, we will never buy from this store again. Since it could have been fixed easily without attitude.

Aaron at the warehouse was so kind and helpful when we picked up our bed frame this afternoon. It was pouring rain, and he helped us wrap tarps around the boxes and load them into our truck. We appreciate him going above and beyond to help us. Thanks Aaron!

Great furniture at a great price. We were in the store to find a recliner for my handicapped father. They first told us where the recliners were, then let us browse on our own for a short while. Once we asked for a sales rep, one was available right away and even pulled down recliners from the upper shelf to let my father sit on them to see if it will work for him. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Once we were ready to purchase, he helped us all the way through the financing, and never made us feel unwelcome or made us feel like applying for financing was a hassle. I will definitely shop there again and I will definitely send my friends and family there for there furniture needs.

I should have known better than to buy from here on my first visit, when no employee appeared to be wearing a mask. I definitely should have known better when I went back and witnessed an employee dismiss a customers attempt to give him an elbow bump in greeting and instead shook the mans hand, saying, Im not worried about all that. So it shouldnt have come as a surprise to me when the delivery men arrived without masks or gloves. Upon calling to talk to someone at the store about that, I was told that I should have let them know I expected masks and that they dont think its necessary for their employees to wear them in the store. I disagree — a good, responsible business would be taking every precaution right now. Those that do take precautions will be getting my business from now on.

We have multiple pieces in our home from AFE and every time we’ve go in the customer service is exceptional. There is so much to be said for being able to purchase a piece of furniture and take it home the same day rather than having to wait 6-8 weeks like the big box stores!

Bought a sectional in about 20 minutes... walked us through financing options and helped us choose the best option for us and cranked out measurements to ensure placement in our home! shopping with kiddos can be stressful but they made it a breeze! I went in looking for a full size mattress and came out with a king because it might have taken 3weeks for a full size to come in. Sales..i get it. I pick up the mattress with the intention of leaving the plastic on the mattress& boxsprings - and mention this to the person- and the warehouse person rips and tears the plastic to the point that I cant leave it on. Too busy on the phone WHILE helping another customer, to pay attention to the CUSTOMERS.Sometime Later, I called and was told there were no frames in the size I needed. I went in same day to see what else might work for me, and was told someone would be with me in a minute. 2 workers: 1 eating (csp1) and one waiting on a custoner(csp2). So I waited...and waited and waited. Finally after stuffing their face with food out on the sales floor, CSP 1 decided they could ask me what I needed. I explained and the attitude from this person that I was disturbing their eating time, was rediculous. They asked csp2 WHILE WITH a customer to go and check on it, do I mind waiting? So I waited...and waited and waited. Finally the eater CSP1 was able to get up and check on the item realizing that this situation was WRONG. Csp2, still with customer decided to, all of a sudden, go and check for me, after telling me they will go in a minute when they get done. When csp2 came back I finally got the item I did not ask for, but better. I tried to use snap credit, that Snap kept sending me 5emails a day about needing to uae what was ALREADY offered, for weeks, since I was still approved and it was available. NO RESTRICTIONS APPLIED. I was told by my name I was not in the system. By SSN and dob, suddenly I was found and not allowed to use it , unless I wanted to FINANCE MORE. was there anything else I would like to get GRIN.I get the item home and a simple simple simple item to put together took me 2HRS because the piece of furniture doesnt lock AT ALL, but keeps falling apart. I wasnt given all the peices I needed and had to find peices at my house to make it work. Tried to put my boxsprings on it made the ENTIRE FRAME fall apart even after adjusting it EXACTLY as the instructions specified MINUS the parts that were non exsistant.Moral of the story, go somewhere else. Its not worth it. Snap has a SUPER FINANCE and payment options, LOVE SNAP, but with A DIFFERENT store. I wont be back. I will buy out of amamrillo before I go here again. 2 visits & both were not good experiences.

I had heard a lot of bad things about this place. But I went in there with a friend of mine. People was super nice and they had a wide selection of inventory. The prices was spectacular. I would give a 10 star if they would let me. The delivery guys was really good and professional. I could not ask for a better experience.

My in laws saw a bed they wanted to get for my son. So we called furniture exchange to make sure they had it in stock. They drove down and saw the bed they wanted but were told they kept all of the actual beds for sale, in a separate warehouse across town. My in laws drive out to the warehouse to pick up the bed, after already paying for it. It couldn’t be delivered to the store because they were supposed to close in an hour. Once they got to the warehouse, they waited for over an out while the gentleman looked around for the bed they had paid for. He called several managers to say he couldn’t find it and was in a hurry because he was supposed to have gone home already. He eventually just told my in laws he couldn’t find it and they had to get their money back, but the store was already closed for the day and they had to wait three business days to get the return, meaning we had to wait that long for our son to get a bed.Full disclosure, your convenience is last, their paycheck is first. Go somewhere else if you have the option.

I originally gave this place a 5 star review and now i wish i could give it NEGATIVE stars. I bought a full queen size bedroom set for a “great deal” but of course a month in and my bed frame breaks….their furniture is not meant for chunky people. The wood that is supposed to go across the bottom of the bed is so small a child could break them. Of course before all of this happened I went back to buy a couch as well. I am just now paying off said couch 2 years later. Which….you guessed it! My couch is broken too 😂 About 2 months after having the couch the electric stopped working in it.Basically, if you want furniture that is going to break after having it for 2 months and if you want to pay at least $1200 for the broken furniture then for sure this place is for you lol 😂

We went in and were immediately helped with getting things settled for our online financing. It worked out wonderfully. The sales manager was efficient even though he seemed super busy. Enjoyed walking through and seeing the reclaimed in with the new. Very interesting and convinced me that all my furniture wants and needswould be met.

I just walked through to look for a few things. Didnt find what I needed (or at the price more fitted to my budget) BUT they did have amazing pieces and the staff was very helpful without being overbearing. I was able to browse in peace. The expensive pieces were beautiful, made with sturdy, real materials and not crap-like materials. I like that but it was over my price range atm. the price was definitely right for what youre getting though. I thought the prices for the used crap furniture (not good materials) was way too high though. Those could probably come down significantly. Otherwise great experience. When were able to attain wonderful pieces I would definitely come here. Nice stuff.***I will say some couches they sell are Ashley Furniture. I dont suggest getting an ashley couch. I had one before and its crap.

Had some nice furniture. Some was really old and should be given away. Gentleman was helpful. But he tried selling me a desk glass table and said it was new, it WAS NOT NEW!!! It had scratches on the top, i didnt like that he lied just to try and sell a desk, and thought i was stupid to believe it was new!!! The desk was $100.00 and he lowered the price $10.00. I looked online and target had the exact table brand new with free delivery for $87.00!!!
