I got a very good deal on a vehicle that I really wanted. I was so excited, and the whole staff was happy with me. They put other dealers to shame.

Hour and a half oil change had them check my transmission and for a service guy to say I need to warm my truck up before I put it in reverse. I have a remote start I am not one to just jump in my vehicle start it up and go. Was not impressed at all

Made an appointment for 12:45 PM for an oil change online. When I drop my car off they instantly give me a quote of over $200. I said no to all of the services they attempted to up-sale me on even though I asked for only an oil change. They asked if I needed a ride and said I didn’t but would be back at 5 PM and they assured me my car would be ready. Came back at 5:10 PM and my car still isn’t ready... what’s the point of an appointment? Upon checking out the lady told me that on top of the coupon I brought in they gave me an extra discount just for my troubles. I thought that was nice, but upon looking at my receipt they didn’t. So I’m not really sure why the lady told me that when I checked out... she either lied to ease my visible annoyance or the office had miscommunicated. Regardless, it doesn’t really make me want to come back. I hate being the person that gives a low rating but I just feel like 4+ hours should be enough time for a simple oil change and that I shouldn’t be told I got a discount when I didn’t.

Excellent service here. Had a rear differential that had went out on my Cadillac. Brought my car in, 24 hours later it’s fixed and driving great now.

This is my 3rd time coming here (employer wants our service done here) for an oil change and a tire rotation and it’s seriously the slowest service ever. They are never even close to what they tell you for rough estimate completion times for the service.

Treated with respect and concern was quickly addressed.
