We won’t be doing Business with them ever. I called them to come out and check our Refrigerator . Called them Thursday they came out Friday said it would take a couple of days to get part . I called them Monday afternoon they had not even ordered the part .I feel they should at least called and informed us they were in the Process . I don’t expect anyone to jump thru hoops but this is ridiculous . I guess if I had not called them no telling how long of a wait we would have !!!

Great experience. We called regarding our Maytag side by side that was freezing up. Tech came the next morning with the control board in hand (he knew from our description over the phone what was going on). He tested the old part to verify it was faulty and put in the new part and then tested it too. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. I felt like the pricing was very fair and appreciate that the part was charged to us at about the same price we could have ordered it online.
