The worst experience ever. Writing this review on behave of my fiancé. He took his truck to get fixed. , get extra work done. First time around ; they had the truck FOR MONTHS! Finally got it back, it broke down less than a week later. We took it back, with promises to fix and repair. It has been nearly a year, and we finally had enough and decided to pick up the truck (fixed or not) and take it somewhere else. They did a terrible job at communicating with us. I felt like they had terrible customer service skills and poor communication. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Knowledgeable, fair and honest. Ive had my 06 truck there several times and have been treated very well. They troubleshoot and pinpoint the issues with no up-selling. they back their work, are professional, work fast, and price very reasonably. Hard to find an honest shop like this now days. They get all my future business.

This is the worst place to ever take a vehicle to have work done. Dean had my truck for a year after promising to fix it. Paid him $5000 and no work was ever done. Nothing but the run around and a bunch of lies. Lies in person and over the phone. Went to his shop several times and one time going there I asked to see my truck. The tech shows me my truck in the field in the back with no motor. So I ask to see my motor and he shows me a dodge motor. Let dean know that I knew it wasn’t my motor and I was tired of the lies. Again more lies. Then he fired the tech. After time went on making payments on my truck that wasn’t even being working on I gave up. The pictures are of my truck buried in the back of his lot that he told me was in the shop for months. Nothing but lies. After getting no where with dean and him stealing my $5000 I finally called the bank and told them to pick it up, I was not paying on it anymore. The pictures of parts in the bed of the truck are what he put in there to send with the tow truck. Wasn’t even my motor. The serial number was way off. He just through what he had in his shop. Dean is nothing but a crook. If you take your truck there he will take a part off your truck to put on another truck then put another used part on your truck. All he does is robs peter to pay Paul. Don’t let dean fool you he does not know what he is doing and he will steal from you in some way. His service manager even wanted to find a way to swap my motor out with a dealerships truck and let there insurance cover it. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of thrives they are I don’t know what will. There are a few dealerships that use them in the area so be careful who you buy your truck from.Don’t let this thief get you like he got me.

I had Sacred Diesel swap a bad 2.5 Turbo Diesel to a 200Tdi in a 1989 Land Rover Defender90 in 2016. It took awhile for them to do it not having touched a Land Rover diesel prior to mine but 4 years later it still runs better than it would had I put it in the Land Rover shop. It was also half the price Land Rover would have charged. This was not a simple swap of the engines. Fabrication had to be done as well as fuel injection tuning. That said, my Defender will do 70MPH while most wont hit 50. Very happy customer and I highly recommend Sacred Diesel.Chris Mitchell

Will never go or recommend anyone to this place. They robbed me 6k never repaired my vehicle, they have done this several times becareful. I just found out they robbed other people. BEWARE.... SCAMMERS... IT WONT LAST LONG ON THEIR JOURNEY TO ROBBING PEOPLE.

I dont know who did all those positive reviews but I can tell you they were lying! Took my truck in because it was cutting off. I thought it was clutch fan but dealer exam the one they took off and nothing was wrong with it. I had completely new tie rod, drag link, etc.. somehow they stated I needed a new drag link the one I had was bad. That was a lie! On a dodge it will do a self diagnostic but after I got my truck back, they had disconnected the device that does that and someone stole 5 of my modules. When I called them they denied it of course but I have pictures to prove before and after. Thought about suing them but it would be more bother than satisfaction but apparently thats what they bank on. I cannot stress this enough. BUYER BEWARE! Dont believe all these false post. Look at the negative ones theyre real people!

Went to Sacred for a second opinion on a blown Head gasket. After a few short hours, I was called by the manager explaining the car wasnt salvageable (the solution was worth more than the car). They also helped me find a vehicle that was reliable within a week of my car being there.

First time bringing my vehicle here. Extremely satisfied with the team of qualified technicians and customer service. I own a 2005 f250 6.0l that was previously bulletproofed from a different shop 2 years ago without any major issues until recently. I’ve been to 3 different shops and spent over 2,500 in the past 3 months just to have people put bandaids on issues that can be permanently fixed by the right person. You have a problem with your deisle, bring it here and get it repaired correctly the first time for a very reasonable price.

I had my truck takin over to alvin March 28 2019 on April 4 they told me my diesel dodge truck needed a new engine !! We looked on line for the engine he said no problem he said he needed a deposit so I gave him what he said 4000.00 a week later he called said they are nearly done if I could come by with some more money 5000.00 ??? Well in November 2019 he said it will be done by the end of the month ??? December 2019 he said they messed up my transmission and now it will take a little longer so hopefully by the end of January?? Here I am in 2021 still no truck and all they have done is lie and stole my money the parts off my truck !!!!!!

Review for Sacred AutomotiveI don’t really do reviews but I felt compelled to post this one. My husband is a distributor for Mrs. Bairds and Bimbo bread. He delivers to grocery stores in the middle of the night to ensure his products are on the shelf by the time the stores open. He works for himself and we are dependent on his vehicle running well do it’s job.Saturday morning the intake downward pipe on this Diesel truck popped off. After several tries to fix at 2 in the morning, the last resort was to rig it and drive 20 mph to each stop hauling his load to avoid it from popping out again.It is Saturday-later in the morning and looking for a repair shop that either carries the kit or clamp needed to do the repair. After 9 hour shift and 20 calls, I get a text and a call back from Robert at Sacred Motor. His business was closed but he offered a lending hand. He offered suggestions, places to buy the part and followed up with us. It was a T Bolt clamp that could be the problem. We didn’t need a full kit. We finally found the part but putting it on was tricky. Robert worked with us over the phone with texting pictures and being on the phone guiding us on the installation. It FINALLY worked!!!!We don’t know Robert, we have never visited his shop, and I am still not sure how or why he helped us.What I can say is from one business owner to another, we are entirely grateful to you for getting us back on the road. Robert didn’t ask for anything from us but I thought what better way to show appreciation than to post our story and promote a man who went above and beyond for complete strangers. Had my 2007 bullet proofed, front end rebuilt, and a lift installed. Josh was very helpful with the work. The quality of their work is outstanding. Communication is on point. Josh let me know the progress every step of the way. If you are looking for a top notch shop in the Houston area, this is it!

If I had the option to leave a zero star rating, then I would. This “business” is the biggest joke I’ve ever come across. They were paid to do a job and it wasn’t done. They have stolen parts off of my truck and replaced it with old used ones or didn’t replace them at all. They took the AC compressor off of the truck leaving the AC not working so we will now have to come out of pocket again to fix that. The truck was brought to a transmission shop to fix what Sacred had damages. The truck is now not able to be driven and is not working because the truck was not building oil pressure and I had flashing on my dash “shut down vehicle. No oil pressure”. Being they had this truck for almost 5 months, and we’ve given them money on top of what insurance paid them, there is no reason for this and I’m just blown away. My truck had to be towed to another shop where I will have to pay to fix the motor and any other damage Sacred done. A new motor shouldn’t make it 20 miles down the road before messing up again. They wouldn’t ever give us invoices so we honestly aren’t sure what was done. I highly suggest to stay away from this shop, especially if you want your truck to run right again. They are crooks and out to take full advantage of people and their money.

Brought our 2011 truck to them for front end suspension work, transmission and differential service. They were great. They were reasonably priced and got the job done quick. Dean and his crew were very knowledgeable and kept me informed through out the process. They have won a life time customer from my family!

Chris went above and beyond to get my truck going again when I had to be in Odessa, TX the following Monday. These guys are knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to get you back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about this shop! I went in yesterday to find out what caused my check engine light to come on so I could get my truck inspected and registered. The guys there were extremely fast in getting my truck fixed, and fixed right, so I could make it over to the tax office before closing. While waiting for the part to come in, they even replaced some fuses I didn’t know were bad at no charge. This will honestly be my go to shop from now on. Great pricing and they don’t try to up sell you on stuff you don’t need!! Thanks guys!

I will always take my F250 and Yukon to Sacred Automotive. Robert being the Ford guy to go to, had my truck in the shop as soon as there was an available spot and was able to tell me i had 3 injectors that had been bad and needed to be replaced. Knowing i needed it back soon they had ordered warren diesel injectors and had my truck running within a few days. They were so polite and helped me understand the engine better and all out great.Then a month ago my lifters in my Yukon went out, had messed up a piston and was having some other issues i made known that didnt know were very serious. Dean had his best GM tech on the job, he contacted me about delayed parts when it was an issue on getting it and always kept me up to date. I had my truck within a week and half of being in shop.These guys work hard, they are always on top of things and getting the jobs done in a timely manner.Employees are so polite, Sacred has a great team and very knowledgeable at what they do.If you need your Diesel worked on and a good understanding on what issues are what, this is the place to go.Thank you Dean and Robert

Took my family vehicle in for at least one injector that I knew for sure was bad, turns out I had a few others that were on their way out , not only did Chris and his team replace the injectors but also pointed out to me in person where my injector harness was fried on some of the ends . Not only did he replace the injectors but he also helped to get the injectors at a great price. Thank you sacred diesel

I brought a 2010 diesel 4x4 to sacred. They had extensive knowledge in rebuilding the motor, and installing all the performance parts desired for this build. Both Dean and Chris are great to work with. I Would recommend to anyone looking for a good diesel mechanic.

Sacred Diesel is the ONLY shop that will touch my f250 ever again! Dean got my 6.4 running better, more power, fuel efficient than when i bought it. He troubleshoots issues instead of just reading a code and changing parts. It was worth every penny i spent hands down!

Really good place to get work done. Excellent work and super nice guys. They can tell you whats wrong with your truck before they even work on them. Finding an honest mechanic for a diesel can be challenging. Recently I was experiencing some issues with my 2016 F250. I reached out to a long time family friend, Brandon, at Brads Muffler in Alvin Texas. While the owners there are not my family, they have taken care of all my exhaust needs for the last 30 years, treating me like family. Brandon suggested Sacred Diesel in Alvin. I called Sacred Diesel and spoke to Robert, turns out he’s one of the owners. Right away he eased my mind concerning the CP4 pump and fuel issues I was having. I made an appointment for diagnostics. Upon arriving the next day, I have to admit I was skeptical, not of Sacred Diesel, but of what I would be told. Those of you having an issue with your diesel know about the dreaded CP4 issues. Sacred Diesel performed the diagnostics and determined a starting point, turns out two sensors were out and once they were replaced, no more issues! I got to meet Dean, one of the other owners, yes he and Robert were both there and working along side their mechanics. After further diagnostics on my truck, it was determined that my torque converter was failing, forgot to mention that issue was pre-existing as well. Upon removal of the transmission pan it was determined that the transmission was possibly filled, or at least contained a foreign liquid, oil, yes possibly oil. The transmission fluid was black and while it didn’t smell burnt, it clearly wasn’t transmission fluid. After some investigation into the contents, metal and brass shavings, of the pan I decided to have the transmission replaced. Sacred Diesel handled everything from start to finish, and even delivered my F250 to my door step upon completion. I don’t know if this is done for everyone, but due to my schedule conflicts, they made it happen. All in all, I got the feeling of a long time friendship from Robert and Dean and their mechanics, they are all good ole boys trying to make a living turning wrenches.

This place is awesome. These guys are honest and take care of the customers. My car is 100% now and they really went out of his way to make sure that the guests needs have been wowed! If you want honest and good work done for a good price come here.

Dean and Chris are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had 2 sticking injectors on the same side. Chris suggested replacing all 4 on that side. Normally I would have said NO just replace the ones that need it. After explaining about balance and that with the stiction issue, with both being on the same side could be a problem in the not to distant future for the other 2, I begrudgingly said OK to the extra expense. I am so glad I did, the truck runs like brand new. Dropped it off in the next morning, had it back before they closed for the day. Come to find out I also had a Glow plug command module that was not communicating properly. They cleared the code and could not get it to return. Chris explained that to me before I left with my truck. The engine light came on, I took it back the next day, Chris changed it out personally, while I waited, and only charged me for the part. These guys are fair, upstanding mechanics, very hard to find these days. If you are reasonable, so are they.

Not only did these guys get me out of a jam while I was traveling they were extremely fair as well. I was 1200 miles from home and a perfect candidate to be raked over the coals so to speak. They told me the cost upfront and how long it would take, I was back on the road in no time. They well exceeded my expectations and it cost exactly what they quoted. No surprises here!! Highly recommend these guys!!

Thank you for replacing my turbo and exhaust manifold. Most of all for taking to to answer my questions and fixing the o ring problem with the coolant so fast. This is my second time here. Sacred Diesel will be my go to shop for my ram 2500.

I own a 6.0 powerstroke and she mixed water with oil n the minute I called the shop they send a tow truck, and took her to the shop.Well we ended up doing a full bulletproof on it n tuned it well I can say that they did great work ,always had any answers for my questions and they took great care of my vehicle,,,from the owner to the employees is a great place to take youre truck to any service on them, I highly recommend this shop ,thank you very much guys truck turned out 1000 times better than what I expected.

Have had my Ford 7.3 as well as Dodge 6.7 worked on here. Always great service. The owner is not only knowledgable but also has an obvious passion for diesel engineering. Add that to his integrity and its easy to understand why I will never go anywhere else.

Sacred Diesel takes great care of your car! They have some of the best turn around time and are reasonably priced. They are completely professional, it is just like going into the dealership, only more affordable. I always take my car into Sacred Diesel because they really do give you the most professional care for your car.

Dean and Robert worked on my truck if it was their own. Great guys to work with and they know diesels, especially Ford Powerstokes. Truck drives better than knew, and the price was very fair. Most importantly, when you leave they consider you a customer for life and sincerely care how your vehicle performs.

We took 2001 Chevy Duramax in one morning and out that afternoon without an appointment. Had existing chip from prior owner and no reader. They removed it and got truck running good again. Prices are very reasonable.Dean, the owner is very knowledgeable. We will be using Sacred Automotive again.

Updated.......I don’t like dishonesty. So therefore I posted pics of these guys bribing me to take off my review. They’ve been calling me and it has not gotten to a point where dean reached me through my Facebook account 😡......Took my truck to these guys to get it fixed because Dean who I believe its the owner talked really pretty to me on the phone regarding my truck and convinced me to pull my truck from another diesel shop in Houston. Took my truck to them and after “seeing” my truck after a few days they said they would call me back within 2 hours to tell me what was wrong. Day passed by I assumed they got busy and I didn’t want to bother. A week passed by and every time I would call they would tell me the same story. Finally after almost 2 weeks i am told what is wrong with it and was told that it would be $3200 out the door. I agreed and they began working on repairing it. 2 days later i am told that it’s ready and now they tell me that it’s $3700 was told by Chris that Dean always overrides him. I don’t like arguing since its their business, so I paid over the phone and had my wife pick up the truck. When I get home,I see the receipt on the amount of $3800 that was charged on my card. WOW just wow. I asked for a detailed invoice on what exactly I was billed for and labor costs. They just provided an invoice stating what they did with no explanation on charges just a total amount. Never again will I take my truck to them or recommend friends

Cant say enough about Sacred Automotive and its staff, from the mechanic to the manager Chris and the owner Dean! From the first phone call to today they have been more than helpful, Chris is so nice and honest. After we were told it was 1 issue they found another issue once they got in the motor. They didnt just call and tell us, they had my husband come to the shop and showed him everything and explained everything to him. Ripped off a family friend for $9000 when she took her truck there. Has been there for months, its still not fixed & now theyre acting like theres new management so they dont know whats going on. Dont recomend.

I have been to 6 mechanic shops and one dealership to find why the truck was dying in three to four min. I have spent approximately 12,000$ so far. Scared Diesel had my truck for about two hrs. And called and said the first mechanic install my fuel injectors incorrect . This will be the only place my truck will ever go. They do transmissions , high performance. They are very knowledgeable than anybody else I know. I highly recommend them to work on any diesel . Try them u won’t go wrong. Prices are very good also.

Chris at Sacred Diesel saved my bacon!! Called on July 12th as they opened and had the truck back at 3:30 the same day. Fantastic place to go for any diesel needs if I wasn’t heading home they would be my go to shop!!

Please PLEASE do not trust Sacred Diesel of Alvin TX. The employees and management will initially TRY to fix what is wrong with vehicle. Coincidentally they will come across another SUPPOSED found issue on the vehicle and want to ENCOURAGE it to be fixed as well. They will LIE about vehicle diagnostics and their abilities to fix problems in order to gain money and services. I do not recommend at all, seek diesel vehicle services elsewhere.

I had a 2009 Ford F3 50 they did a wonderful job as a little trailer to Dan about a 2012 I’ve got them all a job and I did a complete delete EKG delete on the 2012 I had a very short time and it was perfect and reasonably priced I’ve got a 2016 that I’ll do next and I will be the ones to do it

Worst experience ever my truck still misfiring I was told that they replace the injectors,fuel pump and fuel tank and on I recorded call that I got they stated that they didn’t do it, also my oil filling tube was broken by one of the workers,my ac stop working,my brand new vacuum pump line also was broken by one of them,After all, I request to have my truck backThey gave it to me and a week later I received a certified letter from a title company saying that SACRED DIESEL trying to file a MECHANICAL LIEN on my truck , I call the title company right away to tell them that the receipt doesn’t match the copy I got and also the signature on that receipt was forged by Chris. That part also it’s recorded on a phone conversation i got with them. A civil Lawsuit its in process. Stay away from this shop even their workers said they take parts from other vehicles to put into another.Like I said stay away from this shop look some where else.

Talked to Chris Moen on the phone and he diagnosed my problem over the phone. Went in to let him look at my truck. Same diagnosis, recommended I not drive my truck at all because the injectors were going out. I expressed to him that I run my business out of my truck and I was in a bind. He rushed to get the injectors, had them installed for me by the next day. And to top all of that off loaned me his personal truck to get all my equipment home and do my jobs the next day. I could not be happier at the way Sacred took care of me.I will always recommend them.

Worst place to take your Diesel Truck! Snatching parts off other vehicles and putting them on customers trucks, then turn around and charge the customer for a “NEW” part. Not to mention the owner Dean Lute is incredibly unprofessional when handling customers. Never making a promised dead line, repeatedly lying to customers, Misdiagnosing multiple trucks only to turn around and tell the customer they have another issue with the vehicle that was not there prior to repairs made. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD AND RELIABLE SERVICE OR REPAIRS MADE. The shop is filthy, inside and out, no restroom for women to use. Just all around a horrible shop from the front door to the back. If you have used this shop prior, double check your repairs PLEASE!

Chris and Dean took care of my Ford F-350 with a 7.3 motor. My teenage son wants me to let him drive it to high school...after getting some things installed to increase the power I am amazed at the difference!!! Its a whole different truck(wow). Might have to rethink about my son driving it now...I want it all to myself 😁

I brought my 08 F250 into Sacred Diesel and the guys in the shop treated me very well. They were very straight forward and presented me recommendations based on the issues I had going on when I brought my truck in. The end result was an exhaust and egr delete on a 6.4 powerstroke that hauls ass down the highway with no restriction!! They also wrote a program to tune my F250 to make sure I get the most power and efficiency. I highly recommend these guys to repair/upgrade any diesel that you may be considering getting some work done.

Great service and good people ,these guys got me out of bind on Friday evening when no one else would touch my truck till the next Monday. I won’t use anyone else the owner is top notch.

Excellent work Honda dealer told me the engine is no good (blown head gasket) and I have a melted radiator etc.. I was very close to replacing the engine - ~$4,000 worth. But They said its only a broken cap on the radiator which was causing the car to overheat - fixed it and now my car runs very well. I wouldnt recommend going to Honda SF for maintenance work and check ups.Just replaced a starter with him as well today as Im very happy with his service and same day turnaround for fixing up my car.

My duromax was going into limp mode pulling trailer in West Texas. Sacred Diesel installed an Airdog II - 4G on my 2009 2500 HD. Problem solved. Great service and they explained what was going on with it and why.

This is the 3rd time to revise this review. We bought a truck from Texas Truck Sales in Dickinson just less than three months of purchasing it. The twin turbos blew on it which its an F350 6.4 twin turbo diesel. Hubby spoke to Chris about his research on it possibly being the turbos. Chris told him he believed he was right and gave him a cost on replacing them. The original estimate was more than what they charged us and 30 miles after picking it up, it broke down again.. with hubby, our daughter, son in law and grandbaby in it on 45 going in to Galveston. A friend picked up the kids and they came back with their vehicle while hubby waited for the tow. After Sacred looked it over, they said it was the bearings that went bad. Possibly, this was also a problem when the turbos blew but we didnt get any word on it. We had our tow driver head up there to pick it up and they staled him 20 minutes while Robert called hubby to try and make it right by offering to open the motor and see what happened. Almost two weeks and truck was still sitting in same spot. With a payment to the finance company coming due, we needed to know something pretty quick. No word from them so we moved it since we are worried about past reviews in very slow progress and stealing parts. We should have taken it to PSE to begin with! The whole purchase and repairs on this truck has been a nightmare! Stay away from this place...go to PSE if you can.

My family and I were long time customers of Deans. He even was thought of a a family friend...We had been using Dean since before he even opened Sacred Automotive...but let’s just say he was not the honest upstanding person we thought he was. Shortly after he opened his shop we got a phone call from a lawyer asking us about the work Dean had done for us for multiple vehicles....He was being INVESTIGATED for STEALING, FRAUD and lying about several things associated with the work he has done for his customers and his Bussiness... and pocketing huge amounts of money...I would never use him again if I were you...also his business is NOT accredited by the BBB. STAY AWAY! He is arrogant and rude and not what he seems, and it honestly was so sad for us to learn this about him and his co workers and business.

I cant even begin to express my happiness with these guys. I was stranded 2 hours from home with my truck down after high water rescues for hurricane harvey. Truck was sitting at another shop for 5 days untouched. I reached out to sacred auto and explained my situation to them. They sent a wrecker for my truck and had a diagnosis by end of business. The part came the next morning and I am finally on my way back to Beaumont to help my family deal with harvey aftermath. They put me ahead of standing customers and were so patient with me and my constant checking on my truck. This team is among the few I have ever allowed or will allow again to touch my vehicles. Horrible Diesel Mechanic! Had my husbands truck for a total of over 9 weeks, only to charge us $1, 100 for a job that was NEVER completed! Horrible service, refused to answer our calls & request for an itemized list of the repairs that were supposedly completed. DO NOT take your vehicle here under any circumstances!! Ended up taking his truck to a REAL mechanic who had it fixed in less than a week & who also made us aware of several other things that Sacred did that screwed our truck up even more. Brought my 2016 LML Duramax to these guys for egr delete and tuning and the guys did a great job. It was a complicated/expensive build therefore it took longer than they originally told me. I had a little trouble keeping up to date on their progress but at the end of the day it looks like they took their time and did everything right. Dean stayed true to his word on the original price we agreed upon in the beginning and the truck runs outstanding. Price point for the parts and labor were the best I found between sacred and 3 other shops.

If u wanna get screwed with no lube bring your truck here .Brought my truck in cause of a. Blown turbo they replaced it when i picked. Up truck it had a bad oil leak that it didnt have before bringing it in that ruend my drive way and now truck has a check engine light on dash. THE WORST please save your money taje your truck some where els. THE WORST

2004 Chevy Duramax performance upgrades, injectors, and running strong at 300K + miles with the help of Sacred Automotive!

I was working in the Houston area when my truck wasnt building any boost. The truck was gutless. I looked around and took it to sacred the put a 64mm silver bullet 100horse injector nozzles put a different air intake on and pcv reroute. When I got it back it was like a completely different truck. I went from being passed by grandmas in their 95 Buick to leaving camaros sitting. I live in Missouri and have had work done on several trucks at several different performance shops but none have stood up to sacred and the work they did. I also didnt really know what I wanted to do to the truck but they gave me suggestions and the amount of power they added for a very reasonable price was insane!

Been a while since I updated this review. But before chris left (probably fired by Dean because Chris was trying to help me out) they had agreed to pay me back at least half of what I had to pay for another shop to replace the engine dean rebuilt. Now that Chris is gone what a shock no more phone calls and they act like they didnt ever talk to me about it. Also they still havent returned my STOLEN PROPERTY such as my programmer. Dean Lute is just a thief DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS READ THROUGH ALL THE REVIEWS THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!! I had dean and his guys rebuild my engine on my 2005 5.9. Not only did they keep my truck for almost 4 months and cost me thousands extra in rental car costs but after only 3000 miles the engine failed. Now dean assured me he would make things right and pay to have a shop in my hometown fix it but its been over a year and nothing has happened. Since Chris joined this team he has been telling me they are doing what they can to get the money together but still nothing has happened and its been OVER A YEAR. Now Im going to have to take legal action after I pay another shop over $10,000 to repair what dean should be taking care of since he warranties his work. The biggest mistake Ive ever made in my life is taking my truck to this shop, please learn from my mistakes and stay away from this shop.Also it would be beneficial for anyone considering this shop to know that most of the positive reviews on here and their Facebook are from friends of theirs who havent even had a vehicle worked on by these guys. I mistakenly believed that Chris and dean were stand up guys who would take care of this issue but instead they have decided to block my phone number and screw me over. Thanks a lot Chris and Dean I appreciate the way you guys have screwed me over and only getting to drive my truck 3000 miles after paying you $10,000.00. Also just to update this review. Along with them blocking my number they have also decided to block me from commenting on their Facebook page because they dont want everyone to know what kind of thieves they are. By far the absolute worst shop in the country!

Great prices and fast work, I had a diesel specialist come to my house to diagnose my truck and told me that my high oil pressure pump went out, but then I took my truck to Sacred Diesel and found out that my pump was good, they managed to fix my truck for a great price and it only took them one day I highly recommend this place for anybody else.

Had a no start with my 7.3, Dean and his guys took a look at my truck ran a couple tests and had fixed my truck in no time. I will definitely recommend any needing work, Ill be going back when I need something done on my truck.

Sacred Automotive/Diesel was initially a decent place to get work done on my diesel truck however I didnt need major work at first. The last two times my truck was in the shop the manager Rob literally lied to me telling me he had to perform work already done at this shop before! I spoke with the owner Dean and told him I was not happy being lied to and suddenly my bill went down approx 1k. Unfortunately I had to bring my truck back because of a problem that I was told by the owner was covered under warranty for the work they just performed 2 months prior and it wouldnt cost me any more money, I spent 10k in repairs in about 4 months. When I went to pick up my truck Rob tried to extort another 1k out of me for repairs that was supposed to be warrantied. Again I had to talk to the owner, Dean, who also tried to extort me but quickly relented after he realized they lied, again, about repairs they performed and werent authorized to do. Sacred Automotive/Diesel is a horrible place to get repairs done and they take an abnormally amount of time to perform repairs. Stay far away from this shop, they will lie to you, they wont return your calls or call you with any updates, charge you for repairs they dont need to do or do without your authorization and will then threaten you for standing up to their criminal practices... thankfully I recorded every conversation I had with them after I was lied to and that was my only saving grace.
