Kimberley D is an amazing person! I was trying to change my tail light bulb and the bulb broke off into the light assembly. the guy that helped me gave up so she ran out there and helped me and didn’t give up until it was out. She actually took the whole light off the car and shook it out and put it back on and double checked to make sure everything worked. Kimberley you are amazing and you deserve a raise and a promotion!! We appreciate you so much, thank you for standing out in the heat helping me! talk about customer satisfaction!! Came in this morning with battery problems and let me tell you the employees here are top class. Bryan and Kristian went above and beyond to help me out changing out my battery and getting me back on the road. They were very knowledgeable about the issues I was having and changed the battery in no time. These guys deserve a raise for there excellent customer service. Auto Zone has always been my go-to for any of our vehicles. Today I needed a battery tested and then replaced. Jennifer Strange was extremely helpful and it was very obvious she knows exactly what she is doing. She is such a pleasant lady to work with and I look forward to dealing with her in the future. It is very unfortunate to deal with someone who is not able to understand the customers question regarding the companys policy on how they break down the charges, or be able to explain it at all without looking at a computer screen in order to do it and still failed to do so. Therefore, the employee gets frustrated and becomes rude to the customer for the simple reason that she cannot use her own brain. Taking my business elsewhere.

Im not going to lie, I was actually pleasently surprised by the service by competent and courteous staff. Its something I can do with less of but now days it seems that people are depressingly lacking of initiative and..... Shop here, just saying

The person who helped me was personable and knew her stuff. My new battery was $110 cheaper than a new one from the dealer. My dead battery showed to have another year of warranty (label) but since I got it at another dealership, our local Dodge dealer wouldnt honor the Mopar Warrant without a receipt. Autozone will honor it at any store. The people are a great help.

This manger or whatever she was extremely rude to me and the person helping me because I could not hear her correctly and she had put her mask down just a little so I could hear her clearly. I believe the woman who was yelling name was Anne or Annie. She started yelling and screaming at the woman helping me I felt very distraught about this and the woman got sent home I am very angry about this. Ms. Annie should not be a leader if that is how she acts around customers and workers.

Real good experience trying to find a part that didnt exist. However the associate was so helpful that we were able to find one and let me test it out so that I could see that it would be sufficient. Took a lot of extra time for him to do so but made my day.

The one in Santa Fe Tx is very good. Most clerks are knowledgeable about general auto repair and maintenance.

The 2 guys that are there are so incompetent. ..auto zone Must be scraping the bottom of the barrel.Every time i have gone there they say i have no warranty on my part i ask them nicely to check again. They exhale like they are doing my a favor. ...after running through the motions they say no again.I go out to my vehicle and with the receipt he guy says ohhh here it is. What kind of training do theses guys have? I was helping my mother she is in her 70s and theses guys must hate the elderly. They should all be fired. Lazy asses. Do yourself a favor pretend to Enjoy your job or do something else.So angry.

I usually dont write reviews on places but my experience was horrible at this store. I had found out that a pilot bearing went out in my car and i needed a new one, so i look online and it says that they had one in stock. I ran down there right away and gave one of the employees the item number i printed out and he immediately told me that they dont have it. Me being the hard-ass that i am i went back to the computer and ordered it and went back again. He looked very upset giving me the part. At least i won that battle, lol. dont go here.

This is my Autozone. I have been going here for parts for years. I have seen alot of people come and go working there but for the most part it has stayed the same. Sometimes its cheerful and sometimes its cranky like an old grampa on a Monday morning but always cranks out the deals and parts that I need. Good group of people in there now. They seem to try just a little harder to find the part and communicate well with each other to share their personal knowledge. Always good for a tip or trick too.

The lady was awesome but i went back the next day to pick up my part and the man was rude and wouldnt answer any of my questions. He has no knowledge of cars!

This place is horrible I went in yesterday early around 9:30 am just to get a terminal for my battery. One employee was busy the other 2 where talking to each other. Went over to Oreillys got assistance less than 5 minutes. Will never go to auto zone again.
