I like advance better than the other auto parts the other ones dont seem to care any more.

The Friendly Attendants Always charge my new, but drained battery each time (a handful) I ask them to. (Either trickle charge overnite, or 30 minute) and I buy all my auto needs there because of said....ok, I live right down 1462 from them, but everything I said is true. 😃

They had the part I needed in stock when I called & ready when I arrived there plus gave me my military discount I will do business with them again

Placed an online order on my way back to Alvin, Tx. The advertised Sunday closing time is 8pm. When I arrived at 7:08pm I was greeted by an associate on the other side of the door who could only shrug his shoulders and turn away. Never again will I use Advance.

Staff use to be nice and helpful and gave discounts but lately they dont want to help with discounts or getting correct parts.

Was told my parts would be ordered and at the store by 5pm...arrived to pick up parts and they never arrived after I already paid over $300. Told they will be there by noon tomorrow....We shall see.

I dont always go to these guys first when I do go Im trying to find a part that I havent been able to come up with or something thats a better price. The employees are always very helpful to assist. They are very knowledgeable on all the different variety of items and able to help me.

Almost always have what I need to get a job done. Doesnt have everything every time, but then again, most part stores dont. Military discount keeps me coming back. They also are usually running a sale on oil change supplies. Great place to shop. Staff is easy to work with and return policy is solid and easy.

First of all I want to thank Eddie A. For his help on changing my 2 Optima batterys, on my Dodge diesel truck,very good job,very nice people awesome prices too.

Okay place in a pinch, friendly staff. Would give two stars if not for the staff because the prices are all a bit high. For example, my oil is 7$ at Walmart, same oil is 9.99 here. Same story for many of the parts as well. You can always find cheaper (by up to 40%) online. But if you need the part right then, they can be okay. Just call the other stores first and make sure you cant get it cheaper.

I go to the one in Alvin it is awesome, the staff are so helpful with service and ideas sometimes. .

Yet its just another one of many oh so many big box chain stores that sales stuff for cars.

Alvin advance auto parts the manager Gilbert he was no help called the district manager no help been buying parts from them for some time lots of life time warranty parts on my account it shows Ive spent a few thousand dollars with them but all my purchased parts are not shown they erased my parts file all but a set of shocks the file shows a few thousand dollars Ive spent with them how convenient for them my life time warranty parts have been erased they just erase what they want I will drive out of my way will drive to the next town to buy parts but never again will I set foot in a advance auto parts I have friends that this has happened to them why doesnt the computer slash prices and give deals like thats going to happen they erase parts that have warrantys they say sr if you have a receipt their receipts are a joke its like there written with invisible ink the paper goes blank in a few months if everyone they have done wrong stopped going there they would not have a business it the customers that make a business strong we the customers give them a job so they can earn a pay check I give them no stars I would like to tell them they have lost a customer word of mouth
