Whoever runs the adult beverages department is doing really good work. It is always neat and tidy and well stocked.

There were plenty of people around to help and the shelves were stocked the store was nice and clean but whenever I go to schnucks I dont go there to check myself out I want to be checked out and my stuff bagged for me. I wish more places would go back to regular checkout no self checkouts

I was in the area for a wedding and decided to swing in here for some snacks for my hotel. Store is very nice overall. Has similar aisle configurations to other Schnucks stores I have been in. Produce section looked very well maintained and produce looked fresh. Cashier and bagger were friendly and provided excellent customer service. They had plenty of lanes open too for checkout which was nice. Did not have to wait in line at all. The store seemed to be well stocked of all items. That you would normally find here.

Ive had nothing but good experiences at this location. The workers are friendly, helpful,and all seem dressed well nothing outrageous or attention getting just plain old fashion, well dressed ,well mannered.

This was my first time being here and I really liked the way the store was set up. It was hard to find what I was looking for at first, but I finally found what I was looking for. I didnt spend a lot of time here. I love all the options for the frozen steamed vegetables; it was really hard to choose which ones I wanted! Frozen vegetables are the only thing I came to get at Schnucks.

Its Schnucks. Pretty much the same in every one. They have an amazing staff in the deli and meat department at this location. Not so good in produce but they were helpful. Of course Im a middle aged man and didnt have the halter and short shorts of the blonde I got ignored for. I found my own kale and fresh garlic at a fair price.

I love how neat, quiet, and organized cthe store is. Everything was easy to find. I was doing an instacart order that had 50 items and I only had to call the clerk over twice for clarification of where something was. Im from Missouri so I was a great distance from stores Im more familiar with and this store really gave me a great first impression. Hope I get more orders here for whenever I come back out this way.

IF YOU CANT FIND IT AT THE OTHER STORES, YOU CAN USUALLY FIND IT HERE. WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES.

Schnucks has good quality produce, an excellent deli and bakery, and always friendly folks.

Only place I can find a bag of mini sweet peppers that weigh more than a pound

Lines for the checkout are normally long. However self check is usually free n clear. Generally well stocked besides grilling meats and specialty grilling items in the meat area.

I was very disappointed when I ran in just to get some fried chicken. Tuesday May 18th about 5pm. Found myself 9th in line to check out and only 2 cashiers. Before I finally was checked out the line was back to the courteous desk and still only 2 checkers. I called the store while waiting in line No one answered. I let it ring until I was all the way to my car. Ill go someplace else next time.

Very poor management. Checkers have no idea how to self motivate and clean up a mess. Waited 3o mins for an insignificant spill to be cleaned up, that literally could have been managed with a hand for of paper towles.

I bought some of there jalapeno poppers stuffed with cream cheese and brisket and they are the bomb

This store has the absolute longest check out lines EVER.. godfrey will call the whole store up as a back up to get the line moving. Im in thos store daily.. never have they ever called for backup. They just let it take 30 mins to checkout.

Schnucks carry everything you need with a large array of wine to choose from! No need to go to a liquor store. They have it all!

I wish they had a better meat department. Cashiers and front desk are awesome.

Its always a fun kind of strange to visit your regular shops in a different city or town. Floor plan changes aside, they had almost everything Id come in to buy, at expected prices.

Friendly and very helpful

I still have iffy feelings about giving this location my business. Do to I use to work here. At the time I was a deli worker, we had certain jobs per the deli manager at the time. I was assigned to cold dishes. A customer asked for blood tongue, I didnt know what it was. I went to my deli supervisor at the time and asked her because she was slicing cheese and our deli manager was putting the rostisre chicken in the oven. None of us knew what blood tongue was. We all took care of the customer trying to figure out what blood tongue was. When finally got to it, it ended up being meat loaf with olives. Remind you we had a crowd full of customers but I was the only one that single out when she reported me. It didnt come to our deli manager first it went straight to the store manager. I was never written up or had any bad reports about me, just that one time. Which I am still confused because I felt like all the other customers had more right to complain about their service instead of the lady who ordered blood tongue and none of us deli workers knew what it was. For the store manager to fire me over it and tell me theres no place for my kind. I felt really discriminated against when he said that. Because I have african american blood in my genes, not fully because I have a few more nationalities in my genes. I still wonder why I was the only one who was single out and what did he mean by my kind? I was always on time, I was always professional, I went in on my off days when they needed help, even went in early after I got out of class. But most importantly I helped every customer that came up to deli and if I didnt know I always found someone that may know or guide them into the right direction. When I go here, I just go there for exactly what I need and leave out. I dont give them any more than what I went in there for. Thats how much iffy I feel about this location and this is always the last resort place I go. Its never first on my list, its always last. Because if my kind wasnt good enough to work there, then my kind isnt good enough to spend money there.

The carts. The carts are the sole reason I go there. They have the best carts. They glide, they dont make noise... Carts.

Clean, safe environment got a good deal on a pork butt 10pounder getting ready to grill well smoke the pork butt for the super bowl 🍜 go chiefs. Thats my only place I go to shop.

Its a nice store

The store was clean, not terribly crowded, and shelves were stocked. This was a contrast to the Godfrey store, which is usually the star. BONUS: the checkout lanes were efficient, the clerks were super friendly, and I had a decent experience. It was a rememberance of what the Schnuck family was about.I worked at the warehouse offbthe Rock Road in the 80s, and Don always made his presence known.

I really like this grocery store. I don’t live in the area anymore, but when I’m in town, my brother and I stop by. He still lives in Godfrey. (I’m in Denver) Anyway, they have a good selection of food and choices! Some of there prices are high, however, it’s like any other store.. you shop around for the best price. Overall I would recommend it!

I went today looking for something.. I was in the isle I thought it would be in.. couldnt find it. I ended up asking someone in a mask that I thought worked there (covid).. It turns out it was the store manager. And rather than telling me where to go. She personally walked me to what I was looking for.. it was such a great experience.

I had to stand in a long line and wait to check out. How can Schnucks consider this social distancing? There were at least 7 lanes open. But, they made everyone stand in a single line. I only had a six pack of tea. I could have been through the express lane in less than a minute if I would of had the opportunity.

The cashier was just amazing and so much help.

Depending on the Schuncks store you go to...its has more of a welcome feeling and the food in the deli is more fresher, also Ive notice that they do not all carry the same products nor produce so I like going to certain ones better, all in all I think the prices are the same with each. Oh yes...some of them seem more up graded so you feel a bit more uppity if you will. 😊

Store and bathrooms were spotless! Theyve done an amazing job of rearranging the store layout for maximum social distancing, but they dont require masks so I question the effectiveness of all their other precautions.

Has a lot of younger employees who were friendily directly towards customers, but in the presence of myself and other customers were making a lot of very inappropriate or adult like jokes or banter between themselves. As well as their produce selection is extremely poor. I would go to Wal-Mart before I ever buy any fruit or other produce from here again. I purchased a whole seedless watermelon which was absolutely flavorless and was filled with seeds. I also purchased some pre-sliced watermelon halves that were prepackaged. Horrible tasteted like they had been soaking in water. Could tell that they were sitting in the food case for some time. I was going to purchase some peaches, I decided against that idea once I saw that 90% of their entire selection of peaches were very badly bruised and beat up.

Older store but well-stocked and fairly clean.

The person who rang me out didnt care about how she handled my food items. She just wanted to hurry up and get my stuff off her belt.

This is a nice grocery store. There are always good deals and a nice selection for all the groceries. There is a large parking lot and the staff is very nice and friendly. The checkout is quick and the visit can be as fast as you make it.

I love this store. They have a real meat counter with a butcher and they have a real seafood counter. They have just about everything you can imagine in their store! Their staff is wonderfully helpful too.

The only thing that hinders the shopping experience is the way the check out is sectioned off but that is because of COVID not the stores fault

Quiet and easy service

They always have my favorite baked goods that I cant find anywhere else. The deli has great food and a nice selection. Every single employee that I have spoken to has been extremely helpful, polite, and very friendly. There is one employee there that stands out amongst the rest because of how helpful and personable he is, hes always stocking shelves, working hard and never hesitates to stop what hes doing and help me find items in any Department. He is very pleasant and humorous which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. He said its an example for all the employees there and I believe employees everywhere need to be more like him.
