I own Bemis Family Chiropractic here in Alton. I had an issue with some of my office chairs that Williams had sold to me. I contacted Amy at Williams and she immediately addressed the issue and communicated with me directly to make sure everything was done right and to my liking. I would highly recommend them!!!
