The experience I had tonight with my 6 year old daughter was truly magical and special and the 2young ladies that helped us along the way were phenomenal!!!

Its Build-A-Bear--whats there not to love? Even just coming by to browse in here is a blast, and the employees are always happy to help out or just chat. The store displays are fun, the shop is well-kept and well-organized, and its just an all-around fun place to be for kids and adults alike. A great stop with family at the end of a busy day, or a great place to take a stroll if youre me and miss going to Build-A-Bear as a child.

Very nice employee. i went to the mall to find that it’s a kiosk and they only had a few options. we left without getting one unfortunately.

Always a fun experience. Ive taken all 3 of my kids individually as small children. This was the last littles turn and she loved it!

Service was excellent!!!! Lucked out and they were having a sale right now $2 for $45 !! Staff is extremely friendly and not pushy when it come to trying to upscale you. Highly recommend this place if you have kids and want to get them their own stuffed animal.

The employees here are so kind, professional and friendly, unlike the Florida mall location. After leaving the Florida mall location with my daughter in tears, on her birthday, we came here and had an amazing experience. The employees at this location have a true gift when it comes to working with kids.

Molly was absolutely wonderful! She was super energetic & loved the kids even when it was close to her shift! Amazing service & super appreciative that she made my daughters first time absolutely great!

It was like a pop up shop in the mall but still held the essence of an in store Build-A-Bear! My 4yo enjoyed it!

From the last time I got a beat (2008) to now 2000 the quality SIGNIFICANTLY WENT DOWN. My bear was a good quality bear, the prototype of the one I got, now is a super cheap $1 store quality, with fur coming out just by touching it.I only do it for the experience and would not pay more then $5.Not to mention that the employee and her employees jumped out on my son like hyenas telling him not to touch a toy unless he wants to buy it! They obviously were the last in line when the brain was given to humans.

Its not a physical location, its in the middle of the open mall, like one of those booths throughout the mall.So if you wanted to record your voice on one of their heart recordings, youll more than likely pick up the background noise of the entire mall.

Really really incredible staff! Super friendly and helpful. This store may only be kiosk-style but the employees bring the full experience to you with their awesome attitudes!

My daughter has fun every time we come here. They usually have a good variety of bears and accessories to choose from. I do wish this location stayed an actual store rather than a kiosk though. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, super helpful and great with kids. I feel its a tad overpriced for all of it, $25-29 for the nicer bears and $13-20 for just one accessory item, but thats a corporate thing not just this location. And there are usually coupons available too.

What an awesome experience ...

This is no longer a store but a kiosk. Seems rushed and there was no one in line but us. I felt almost as if we were interrupting by going by.This Workshop is children centered So I do believe people working should be attentive, friendly, caring and patient and unfortunately that’s not was not our experience. We won’t be returning.

I havent been to Build a Bear since I was a kid. When I found out they had Pikachu and the Light Fury I had to get both! Theyre the perfect size for hugging! Everyone in this store was so sweet and kind. We even had a conversation about the new How To Train Your Dragon movie. It has a very fun atmosphere, and the store is really clean .If youre a fan of the How To Train Your Dragon series Id recommend also getting one of the night lights when you can .They run out of them fast because theyre so cute!

The build-a-bear Workshop is a very unique and accessible way to make a childs stuffed animal a memorable experience in the store and prized possession at home. The moment you walk in you are greeted with the newest stuffed animal types and countless accessories that will have your child begging to go inside everytime you pass by it. The experience itself is friendly and enjoyable regardless of if you are bringing your child to make the stuffed animal or making it yourself for a gift. It is inside of a mall which makes it easy to make a custom stuffed animal shop easy to find. You or your child will pick out a skin and stuff it with the memorable experience of putting in a heart with the help of the friendly staff. Coming to the store is a sure fire way to make your son or daughter or niece or nephew happy.

The only thing I have to complain about is the prices. Not terrible but add up so quickly... its a wonderful experience for all ages although little ones seem to really get invested. The little outfits are what get me. So creative in every genre. Lol to be honest I just went here to buy clothes for my dog.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed the whole experience of bringing her new toy to life. Its a little pricey once you get into the clothes & accessories....but its all part of the fun : )

I went with my 6 year old daughter last night who didnt get to participate in the pay your age day due to the stores canceling it because of the overwhelming demand. We received excellent service from Breelynn. The store was still very low on variety and inventory of bears (selection was VERY limited) due to the the pay your age day. (I guess theyre having issues restocking.) However, she made up for this by helping us find a bear my daughter loves out of those they did have in stock. She then created a fantastic experience for us despite those facts. Kudos to her!

We had an awesome experience and the staff was very nice. They take the time to make your childs experience memorable and meaningful. It is pricey but dont let that discourage you because they always have $20 options available and $5 clothes options.

MAX was absolutely awesome ! She was so sweet to my son and was really helpful and extremely nice ! You could tell she loves her job !! Thank you Max you were an absolute sweetheart!!!!

Yesterday evening I stopped by the Build-a-Bear in the Altamonte Mall. I was walking by and I saw a Porg from Star Wars and needless to say I had to have it. Caley was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. She even allowed me to change my Porg’s name when I changed my mind about it. Hannah and Breelynn were also very sweet. The whole experience was stellar!

Wish I would have known ahead of time this was not an actual store. The experience was mediocre compared to the actual store experience. Not as much variety as the actual store. Only one computer and long wait time. Not what I expected or very exciting at this kiosk.

Fun for the kids! Expensive but for maybe a special occasion its good! One note, if youre going to have a lot of kids there, they should have a rest room! We were reprimanded for taking a 3 year old to the rest room!

This place is a weird waste of money and I loved it. At first I wasnt too keen on this but its really about the experience. You can make a bear of different sizes and then you can customize it. I mean seriously customize it. They have cute little outfits to pick from that range from cartoon characters to Halloween characters. Thwy whole experience is actually pretty cool!

Its of course expensive, its a store that sells stuffed animals in the mall, but its about the experience for your kids and they do a great job at that. Its hard to say no to the upselling when your kid is right by your side, so if you want to say no to things like that, prepare your kid in advance or you may end up having an all around bad experience. I use it as a learning experience for my daughter by giving her the money before going in and helping her with budgeting and wise spending.

I went early on the pay your age day, so I got in before the line shut down. It was busy, but the staff were ON IT!! They were ridiculously efficient and organized! We had a phenomenal experience, especially given the craziness going on right outside.

My daughter and boyfriend had a blast building and outfitting her bunny. Thank you for all your help!! We even got a $10 gc to come back and boy is she itching to spend it. So, you know, theres another trip over there for more fun.

Went for a gift for my mother on her birthday. The Eevee plushie. The women was very pushy about the little dance wish routine thing. I wasnt into it and told her no thanks but she wouldnt really let it go until I did a bit of it. Obviously the plushie is great and my mom loves it but the over all experience was kind of tiresome

I was sad that it didnt have a full store location. However it was the sweet attention to my kids when re-stuffing her 3 build a bears that made this place a great experience.

My princess got a Barbie Bear today and the girl working there really brought the magic experience to daughters world. This is the wonderful store thats been a part of my daughters whole 9 years of life and continues to put a smile on my princess face and mine.

We are in town visiting and decided to get our 2 year old a bear and we got everything done and we were about ready to pay and the employee that helped us was very nice and very sweet until we came to pay using Samsung Pay on the phone in which her response was That wont work and when my husband tried to explain it and the assistant manager EMILY started screaming at him in the middle of the mall in front of our 2 year old daughter. I asked politely if I could explain and the lady who helped said sure and as I was trying my husband also asked for corperates phone number to tell them about how Emily just got down right rude and yelled at him and I had my card in my hand and I was about to pay (almost $60) and I had enough and I picked up my daughter and walked away crying and my daughter asking why she didnt get a bear. We ended up not getting anything cause of this employees disrespect to let us talk when thats all it was we never raised our voice at anyone. I will not buy anything from this location as long as Emily is working here. This was the worst experience with build a bear I have had. I do NOT recommend going here.***UPDATE*** (7/16/19 @6:47)We got ahold of corporate and her manager was spoke with her and she told her that she needed to apologize and we went back and we picked up this stuff along with a gift card sent to our house for two-year-old the only problem that I have an issue with is she apologized but she blamed her yelling on the surrounding area because there in the kiosk in the middle of them all but she did not say please like she claims she did. Either way the situation was resolved regardless if the employee (Emily) wanted to own up to the fact that she was in the wrong or not. My daughter got her bears and shes happy thats all we wanted in the 1st place.

A beary great place to celebrate little ones birthday. My daughter had a great time celebrating her 4th and 5th birthday with her beary best friends. I used to take her to Build A Bear store almost every month whenever she was much younger. Although my daughter is almost a teenager now, she still enjoy coming to Build A Bear.

The staff is wonderful and super friendly. Always have a good stock as well.
