Total Wine & More in Altamonte Springs is a great store. Large selection and many brands that you can not find in other liquor stores. They also have tase test on some weekends. If you get on their mailing list you can get promo and coupons sent over.

They have what you got. Massive store with a massive selection. Can even taste test some stuff if you please. Biggest selection in the city. You need it you come here

I go here all the time when I need to get some spirits for a gathering with my Fraternity Brothers or we are having a function with my colleagues from work.The staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Today, I asked a young man about a product that was out of stock. He made another recommendation that was cheaper and just as good.

Great store with a great staff that seem to love what they do. Who doesn’t like a great wine or a nice drink every now and then. I’ve been here many of times, and the staff have always been helpful. I really have appreciated some of the great wine suggestions I have been given in the past. It’s always nice to expand your knowledge, and horizons. Another great thing I have found over the years with this place are their prices. On many things I buy they seem to have much better prices then other vendors. I just had a very unpleasant experience with an associate named shannon. She was so extremely rude to me. She belittled me. She wasn’t willing to help me in the slightest way and even got an attitude when I asked if she could find someone who could help, since I was obviously such an inconvenience to her. I HANDED her my id, she slams it down on the counter. I have my hand out for my receipt, she puts it in my box. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen her be rude to a customer. I just feel like if you work in a customer service field, the least you can do is have proper skills. I will be reaching out to corporate and I hope Shannon has some updated training courses because this was completely unacceptable!0

The staff at this location has always been helpful.Current issue with importing beer, weve seen a decline in the German/Belgium selections. Hopefully theyll be able to get the stock back up in a few months.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Each employee provided the shortest answers to questions and exhibited an attitude as if we were disturbing. We conversed with five different store associates and each directed us to a different answer just to pick up a keg which had already been ordered online. We ended dealing with the first associate we contacted. What an ordeal! Too many sales associates seen standing around or conversing together. Will go out of my way to another Total or other store instead of using this one.

Really cant beat the selection seriously the best. All types of beer & wine both domestic & imported. You have all you need in 1 stop wine for the wife, beer for my self + tequila for the days off. Great selection.

We have shopped here many times and more so recently due to a competitor (ABC) becoming way more of a generalized beer/wine/liquor store. The staff are always friendly and helpful while the choices are amazing. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped us (added a pic) but he spent a good deal of time giving us a historical tour of bourbons, sake and beer.

Curb side pick up is fast, reliable, and the staff are friendly and professional. Great selection to choose from. Wine and beer bars are great for tastings.

This place seriously had EVERYTHING you could ever need. Plus the staff is supper friendly and we got samples of champagne caviar which was absolutely delicious!!! It has miniatures of almost ever alcohol you could think off plus an entire cigar room. Would highly recommend visiting

The selection here is enormous. The prices are always really competitive and usually cheaper than anywhere else. They even carry Calyssa Creek Whiskey from the distillery in New Smyrna!

Standing in an isle by myself, 26 bottles of wine in my cart. Picking out another dozen. Kyle ( young man) tells me to put my mask on. I have it hanging because I’m alone in the section of the store. I tell Kyle if anyone comes close I put it. He insist that I put it on or I have to leave the store. I left the store. Kyle now has to restock some wine!

Typical Corporate store, over worked employees who dont have enough training or knowledge about anything there, seem to just be working for a paycheck.Prices of bottles are usually $20-30+ higher than I find at local liquor stores. I can get Lagavulin 16 for $89, Total Wine was asking $114.99 today. I noticed this with many other bottles I normally purchase.I even asked about getting a bottle in and was told no, my local shop is getting it in on Friday.

Total Wine & More will call the cops on patrons not wearing a mask.Went in without a mask and Dan the manager called the police and tried to trespass me. I promised to be prompt. I made it out of the store before the cop arrived. I was pulling out when the cop arrived. This is after the FL governor nullified enforcement of mask mandate.It is their right to trespass me. I do not intend to re-visit the store any time soon, and wish to cause no further issues there. I hope to visit again in in the future if they can get their act together.

Store associate asked me to put on a mask or they wouldnt serve me despite the fact I am wearing 99% filtration nasal filters which are higher quality than an N95 mask, well the associate herself was just wearing a plain cotton mask which cant filter a single virus particle. Great job discriminating against your customers based on appearance, its cool Ill just take my business over to ABC instead.

Total wine is big box experience liquor store. Wine, alcohol, beer, cigars. Much better selection than ABC at discount prices. Great selection of rare, hard to find wine and single malt scotch. Worth for the experience alone. Only complaint is cigarsike ABC are not properly humidifier compared to a real tobaconnist.

The level of UNPROFESSIONALISM at this store is horrid. I approached a gentleman named Joseph to seek assistance locating the aisle for Sauvignon Blanc. He refused to provide me and my friend an answer due to the fact that my friend’s mask was falling off meanwhile my mask was completely put on properly since we understand the store’s policy.My friend abided by lifting up his mask where it covers both his nose and mouth. Joseph then continued to give his revolting attitude and unprofessionalism and provided no solution/answer for us. All we simply asked was where the Sauvignon Blanc aisle was! If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would.I truthfully believe Joseph might’ve had a racial concern towards my friend and I. Joseph if you’re reading this, you seem very miserable and unhappy with your job.Maybe you could be miserable some place else and not ruin customer’s day with it, on EASTER DAY at that.

I went to buy a couple of German beers the first time and at the cashier, the lady marked something and the price rised. Yesterday I went to buy the same beers but bigger bottles and I pay the same amount of the first time so realized I was ripped off

They are always so helpful when trying to find specific items. Tasting is awkward when we all have to wear masks, but thats the new way for awhile. Checkout is always quick and parking is plenty. I just wish they had more locations throughout Central FL.

The store is clean, well lighted, and things are generally easy to find among their huge selection. Parking and carts are plentiful. I took off one star for the manager who was inconsiderate, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful on multiple occasions and one star for refusing to honor my tax exempt certificate.

The place offers plenty of safely lit parking places. As you walk in it is big and roomy like one of those big box stores but that is where the similarities end. The employees are eager to help and offer opinions and facts when asked for them. They were very helpful. The variety was very plentiful as well. There is something for all budgets and tastes. I walked away with more knowledge of wine that i did not expect. Nothing personal against the alphabet store but this just seems more family like even though it is a chain as well. This definitely is on the repeat list.

By far the best place to find your favorite wine, beer or spirit. The staff is very knowledgeable and everything is well marked if you just want to browse around. The store is super clean and they have tons of supplemental items to complete the shopping experience. Its the Home Depot but for booze.

Well if you like refreshments then this place has then all. They have all the normal brands and local. There are a ton of choices if you arent sure what to get.

I guess since they know that everyone is going to drink anyway, they can provide poor customer service and be just fine. Multiple kegs that Ive ordered have been stolen. Hard to find knowledgeable help. And its interesting that the prices have gone up during covid on the items that I have been purchasing for the past few years (and well aware of the regular price).
