I dont usually go here without my son. I wanted to surprise him with a game. Anyway, the store rep was super helpful and friendly. He tried his best to recommend games appropriate for my son. I appreciate his help.

We have two boys at home who turned 4 and 6. The little one is a big fan of Sonic and the eldest, a fan of Super Mario. For their birthdays, which are a week apart, one of their gifts was the Sonic & Mario Olympics. We ordered online and it arrived on time.The disappointment on their faces when we loaded the game and it didnt work was hard to contend with.I stopped by a local store and explained the situation. Amanda searched high and low for another copy. Having one shipped to the store all the way from Texas in record time. This is what I call excellent customer service.My family is so grateful. This store was very clean and busy. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. The associate was helping multiple customers and still answering the phone on top of all this. I would shop here again based off of my first visit experience. Keep up the great work.

I went in looking to trade in a Gear watch and what I thought would be a simple process turned into almost an hour of work. At the end of the day Danielle was literally the most helpful person Ive ever experienced at any retail store. It wasnt easy, it was a learning process, yet she got it and I ended up leaving a very happy customer. She deserves all the praise anyone could muster. Thank you so much Danielle.

Back in December i went to this store to trade in a couple of games and buy other stuff in the store for Christmas gifts, one of those games that i was going to trade in was Mario Tennis Aces, which i bought in this same store, full 60$ price on release date and used it ONCE, so it was in perfect condition.Well the short haired lady staff there said that she couldnt give me full price because it had a scratch in the game cart so it was defective, i examined it multiple times and there was no scratch at all, it was in mint condition, she insisted that she could give me less than half of the trade in value which was a stupid amount like 8$, when full value was 38$. even her manager said the same thing, that it was defective and she takes a risk trading it in, an almost brand new game cart used ONCE defective, took my games and went out in disbelief.GUESS WHAT, a day after went to the Gamestop store in Sanford, and they took all my games no problem, MUCH more friendly staff, even full Trade-In Value for Mario Tennis, game that was DEFECTIVE according to this store in Altamonte, the staff at Sanford even told me that i took good care of them, that they were in perfect condition.Sad because this store is close to my house but never coming back, shady business. if i could give 0 stars i would.

This Gamestop is fine. The sales pressure here is pretty intense but I think thats their business model now. They have good inventory but they push you pretty hard to buy the membership even if youre just dropping in to pay $10 for a $.25 micro USB cable for a PS3. Check online first but if they have the games or accessories you need then just deal with the staff and just say no thanks.

Great little store. It has an impressive selection for such a small store. It’s very neat and organized, and I got great customer service even though they were pretty busy.

This particular GameStop was extremely helpful and the manager went over and above helping my son figure out what game to get and very helpful on trading in his old games this is always a great spot for me and my son we love GameStop

I have been going to this GameStop since I moved to Florida and it is amazing never had a problem the staff is absolutely amazing there is a older gentleman I cant think of his name but he is very knowledgeable and very nice and an amazing manager and also Danielle absolutely amazing every time I go in she remembers me and always talks about Kingdom Hearts because she knows I love it LOL definitely the only GameStop Ill ever go to as long as I live around here

Went in today because my wife and I both purchased the same game for our son. I wanted to swap out the one I bought for another one. No issues at all with the exchange and in spite of the busy holiday season the service was with a smile.

The gentlemen who helped me was beyond nice and EXTREMELY informative. sucks the Pokemon switch set is no longer exists for game stop but I am now thankful to not have invested in the game switch.

TL;DR: This is my favorite GameStop to go to, the staff and especially Deleniz truly made it feel like my home GameStop!I lived in Altamonte Springs for a year before starting traveling nursing! I enjoy going to GameStop not only to buy, and browse but to strike up a conversation here and there with people who know about video games as much as I do! It’s a hit or miss depending on what GameStop you go to, but the GameStop in Altamonte was always a hit for me! The staff members were always extremely friendly and awesome to talk to! I was in there so often some even knew me by name! This treatment wasn’t limited to me, but to those around me! I went to some midnight releases and events at that GameStop and they were always incredible! The most honorable mention is Deleniz who went from being my favorite staff member to my straight up friend! She always made my wife and I feel extremely welcomed and we would personally look for her every time we walked in! She always gave great insight on games, and was a straight pleasure to talk to even when I wouldn’t buy anything! As stated I have since moved from Altamonte and have been to about a dozen GameStop’s since, but I’ll tell you, there is no better GameStop in the 8+ states I have traveled to, and I miss this GameStop dearly!

Great selection of games both old and new. Ryan was especially helpful and knowledgeable about new releases and gave great suggestions for games I might like.

Customer service was pretty good, and you can get some good games there, but there are some flaws like the fact that the store is really small, and that it doesnt carry a large variety of stuff for gaming.

So I wanted to trade in my iPod nano 7 for $35 and the iPod had a small dent in the back so I called them and asked them if they would take the iPod and I explained to them that there was a dent in the back and they told me that with the dent they would give me $20 and I came in the next day and I tried to trade it in for $20 and they said they cant take it due to the dent even after the employee on the phone told me they would take it..... from now on I get my games from Walmart.

They have a grate selection of games to choose from and the employees are helpful with any questions you have.

I went there because i need to buy the cables playstation 3 they took the time to test it before i bought the cables they where nice friendly and helpful
