I believe it was James and the manager on duty then next day James and Oscar also helped.Both days I went in all 3 of the gentleman were amazing and worked to get what I needed done even though it was a hassle and time consuming.Very happy and impressed! Just was at the AT&T here in Altamonte Springs Store and Olivia helped me tremendously! She had the sweetest attitude in helping me get my email back up!!!!! I’m 70 years old and I’m not very phone literal on knowing how to figure out a problem!!! Olivia knew exactly what to do to help me with my situation!!! The salesmen either lied to me or deliberately withheld information from me. I upgraded to a new phone and was told it would arrive in 2 business days. I called to inquire about my order and was told that the phone is on backorder until January 7th, 2022. I would have never purchased the phone had I known this information. I immediately canceled my order. It felt like he only cared about the sale and had no regard for business ethics

I am a technology idiot. Somehow my phone got wet & lost touch sensitivity. Went to the AT & T store nearby. This nice young lady, Olivia, warmly greeted me at the door. I’ve been going to this location in Altamonte Springs for years and I’ve always received great service. Olivia helped me today with the set up of my new iPad which came in early. She was absolutely awesome. I also purchased the Apple Pencil and a screen protector. Olivia took the time to help me with putting the screen protector on the new iPad. She did such an amazing job. Olivia also showed me the Magic Keyboard for the iPad. That is an accessory that really complement the iPad well and one that I will be purchasing next. Elvin showed me some of the amazing features of the keyboard as well while Olivia was checking to see if they had any in store foe me. This location is hands down my favorite AT&T store location. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable. They really have a fantastic team over there. Thank you Altamonte Springs ( 275 E Altamonte Dr, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701) team. Thank you for all your help today Olivia.

After making the fatal mistake of purchasing 4 phones and AT&T service from a contracted vendor in a large warehouse club, we had a problem with one of the phones not being delivered. The hassle, the runaround, the time spent on the phone for 1.5 months was futile and I was at the end of my rope. I went into this store and poor Xavier drew the short straw and waited on me. He patiently waited for me to vent and then went to work. It took 2 hours, but in the end, he got the job done and every issue I had was resolved. He was patient and helped us get the best plans and phones possible. Never again warehouse club! Go see Xavier if you need any help at all!

Virtually all ART store reps are no longer interested in being of any real assistance. Most seem staffed by young people looking for another gig. They used to help you with your phone. That was yesterday. If they dont have what you need, they seem incapable of pointing you in the right direction. If I were a manager at any of the locations I would do a complete clean and sweep and hire reps that at least pretend to care. Absolutely horrid experience at every ATT store Ive been to in the last 2 years

Came in for a replacement SIM card. Manager greeted us and said it would be one second. 15 minutes later I walked up and asked if he could please help us with a new SIM card so we can be on our way. He told me I need to chill his reps are busy ATM. As he proceeded to sit and text on his phone. As the manager of the store maybe help the customers out instead of texting, no wonder the staff was leaning against the wall why helping others. Very terrible customer service and I’ll be leaving AT&T.

I’m a bit of a troglodyte when it comes to tech and was at my wits end trying to figure out an issue with my phone. Stopped by here and Junior Rodriguez greeted me professionally and took his time to explain and fix the issue. I was there just over an hour and though the phone just needed to do it’s own thing, he could have let me sit there while potentially getting a sale with another customer but spent his time showing me features I never knew about. She was able to satisfy my needs for going into the store plus she educated me in use of a product not sold by this corporate store, but rather sold by a competing franchised store where my near closing time arrival licensed the β€œassistant manager” to sell me a new iPhone 11, but give me no instruction in its use and did not apply my screensaver or case, β€œ... it’s real easy, you can do it in like two minutes...”. Therefore, still in the packaging at home five months later. Estefania offered genuinely to assemble those phone protections if I choose to bring them to her for assembly. Personable, engaged and invested in customer service, Estefania at the SR 436, Altamonte Springs store between Denny’s and Steak and Shake.

I just got off the phone with a service representative working at this location and had one of the worst customer service experiences in quite some time. He did not provide his name, and when we concluded our call and I said thank you he said yaaa in a half dead tone and hung up. I understand that there is no requirement to be nice to other people, or treat them with respect, but to seemingly inconvenience someone with a very easy question seems ridiculous. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store. In the past, when upgrading phones, the service representative did a mediocre job of explaining the process and how it would affect our plan, and forgot to put the SIM card into the phone, basically making the whole trip pointless. HOWEVER, I will say that I did speak to a manager who was very understanding and professional and was a pleasure to talk to. Not all representatives have been bad, but we have had several negative experience.TL;DR: Customer service is lacking. Some representatives are decent. Very hit or miss. Ask for a better rep if you dont like the one helping you and hope for the best.

I came in and asked the person who approached me if they had a green iPhone 11 in stock and he went to go look. After he walked in the back I realized I meant the iPhone 11 pro and he went back to check, but he didn’t have the iPhone 11 anyway so he was going back anyway. I stood by the nearest table and waited. He came back out, started talking to another employee and starting helping him for a while. I waited 10 minutes and kept looking at him and he just ignored my presence. I waited until the 10 min was up and walked out because I have things to do. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication skills he had being a salesman. Hopefully I can come back but get helped by someone who is interested in making a sale.When I had gone back I was again approached by the same man who recognized me and had read my above review. He apologized for the poor service and explained what was going on well enough for me to want to come back to this post and give them a better review. He ended up being very helpful and I was helped and on my way within an hour. Thank you.

What a surprise, what a PLEASANT surprise (after my last two not very satisfactory visits) from the moment I walked in. Without an appointment. Danny walked towards the door and the first words he spoke were, β€œ What can I help you with?”If you want to be helped by a knowledgeable and skilled Consultant, with great service cheerful imparted, ask for Danny Labrador by name, or book and appointment with him. I am going to do just that on my next visit, before I leave to go overseas.The reason for my visit was to get an eSim, so I have just one phone for my UK and US number. The last time I was here for that purpose, the guy told me, it cannot work with you turning off one number, and both numbers will be active at all times. This time I came armed with the website and information that eSim can in fact use one number at a time if I chose to to that.I came prepared to argue my case, but I needn’t have worried Danny instantly knew what I was talking about and in a matter of minutes has set me up!! Awesomeness! He then showed me how to operate the phone and turn off numbers. He even has it one him phone, which makes sense- know your product and use it too! He made it sound easy and ensured I understood.Amazingly different from my last visit! Thank you Danny Labrador! A box of Chocolates for you! With Halloween around the corner, it’s certainly all treats for Danny and for the customer, if You get lucky and get Danny! I’m just going to ask for him next time. Hope AT&T never lets him go! Other than the fact I had to wait a little over 20 to 25 minutes when they told me that wait was 10 to 15 minutes I had an amazing experience. I was helped by a very sweet and helpful girl named Giselle. She took the time to answer all my questions in order for me to get the best deal to upgrade my phone and also took a personal interest in me as a customer. When she realized they didnt have the phone I was looking for in stock that day she gave me her business card with her personal cell phone number and told me she would text me once the phone came in (which was the next day). I left a very happy customer and would highly recommend you ask for Giselle the next time you visit this location.

Yesterday, I met another exceptional ATT employee at the Altamonte Springs Store location and her name is Olivia. She Is absolutely an amazingly courteous and friendly person. Horrible service. I walked in 5 minutes to closing they sold me a case and screen protector then told me I had to come back the next day for them to put it on because they were now closed. I have my own business and we have to finish up with last customer no matter what. I ask to speak to a manager and he was not helpful so I asked for a refund but they had no drawer so that took a minute and they could of finished my screen protector by then.
