I hate receiving anything via Fedex! They always have your package out for delivery and then without explanation, it will be returned to the station late at night when they couldve very well delivered it! Dont get me started on their lousy number to find out the why! Its simple, lazy! No star deserved!

Mark this location on your maps. Last stop when you need to drop off your shipments. Last shipment accepted at 8 pm. Sufficient time to pack and handover after normal office hours. Staff is very friendly. Carts available for heavy items. Reasonable number if parking bays. Been there at several times, never crowded.

I had an awful experience at this FedEx Center. The junior staff are friendly, but the supposedly senior center manger, Brent Bower, is hostile! I complained that I was waiting there for a long time to print a document and the machine is not working and no one is trying to fix it, and instead of being apologetic and helpful, he started raising his voice on me. I was worried that at any moment he would explode and attack me. I am not going to this FedEx ever again and will make sure that my wife would not go there as I am not sure what this crazy guy may do. When I got home, my wife told me about her experience with this guy. She had similar, although happily not as bad, interacting with this angry man! Please do not ask for the manager at this establishment, no matter what problem you are facing. Just leave!

I have had a package here in customs for weeks now with no explanation. Called and they offer no help. Very rude last time I called. After informing me that customs is there in the office said I couldnt talk to them, that he wouldnt ask why the delay so we could resolve it and that they arent to be bothered. Pathetic service. If the package sits any longer it gets sent back to the sender in nepal. Costing me more to send it back again and weeks more of time.

Had a package overnighted and paid $$$ for it only to not receive the package. Called customer service and the lady just said “oh there was probably some truck issue but I can offer a refund and the the package can be delivered at the requested time tomorrow at 6am”they open at 9am- they won’t see your message until then...and then she hangs up because she didn’t even have her facts straight.Call back and speak to someone else and they tell me sorry but it will be delivered between 8-9am.Too late!

Terrible staff who rarely deliver to the correct house. This branch is incompetent and everyone should be replaced, especially the management. Im using UPS or some other carrier when I can. I advise you to do the same.

The manager Alicia is rude inconsiderate and creates her own rules. I ship FedEx almost every day and for some reason when I came to this location I wasn’t able to ship. I just find it petty when new employees create problems for existing/returning customers and push them away from wanting to do business with a company that is expected to give the best experience in customer service.

Overall great experience. I have only had one hiccup in the few years I have shipped items out, which is nothing to really note or take anything away from my experiences.Our company frequently utilizes this particular site and never have any issues getting shipments out and we receive our packages when we need them! I hope to continue doing excellent business with the staff of this facility.

I have been trying to get update to release COD for paychecks that I had paid already. I called the payroll service many times and they said they contacted FedEx already at 9:45 am and updated to release COD to our checks. But FedEx has not yet updated their system by far 3:00 pm and they still havent received any update from the shipper. Later on, the shipper said FedEx has to create another label, then the delivery man has to come back to their facility. Is there any better system than FedEx in the US? I will go for their system. Common, we are living digital era FedEx....What those small scanners do when the FedEx staff bring each time... I hope someone should figure it out. I am paying decent amount to get overnight delivery. Guess what if there are whole bunch of overnight envelops in a trailer with $35 each envelope, how much FedEx is making with just a trailer? But look at the service and the system. Well they are doing business too long without decent competition in the US. Please serve people as well not only $$$$$ FedEx.

It amazes me that dropping off $10 worth of stuff FedEx manages to drive through my flower bed and destroy a $20 light. Seriously? You can see in the photos my drive has plenty of space to turn around properly. Just sad. Maybe FedEx should give their money too USPS to try and save the lesser of the two evils?

Not exactly this locations problem, but FedEx website provides incorrect information thats completely misleading. When you call to confirm, the phone system doesnt allow an option to speak to an operator. Youre stuck with the wrong info to hope for the best. My experience was maddening.

All employees in this Morrison ship center are very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thanks and to credit Phyllis Crenshaw services. She is very knowledgeable, patience and willing to help. She took all her time to figured out the best way to ship our packages. She is wonderful and excellent. She deserves a promotion or a recognition for her best customer services👍👍

This is the best FedEx Ive ever been! We need to ship international at eligible discounted rate. Phyllis was so helpful and patient with us trying to figure out the correct (and cheapest) rate. She even took initiative to call FedEx main number to verify and found ways to make our shipment possible. She almost gave up all of her break time to help us. Big THANKS to Phyllis! You are the BEST!

I just dont understand why I cannot pick up my package that is confirmed to be at the facility on Saturday because it is scheduled to be delivered on monday. Seems to me that it would be nice to have my parts to do the work I need to on the weekend and the driver have just one place else he would have to go on monday. Not that the counter person was anything other than polite but the policy is just plain dumb

This company should be history now. Their Drivers dont have enough common sense to blow their noses! They leave a notice with a Door Tag number, yet when you call this place and feed in that number their automated voice says it doesnt understand or that number is not in their system. Idiots inc.!

Worst service ever. Anytime I am notified that something is gonna be shipped to me through FEDEX is a headache for me. Such a bad experience all the time, they never knock the door, Im at home and they leave me notes saying they ATTEMPTED to deliver the package. I hate this company, worst company in the U.S.

I use Fed Ex all the time, and have never had the experience I had a couple of weeks ago. I was expecting a rushed shipment in the mail that was going to require my signature. I received a text letting me know that there was a package needing to be signed (text update that the package is here and needs a signature). I stayed home the entire day waiting for it, so when I received the text, I went outside and nobody was there. There was not a package in my mailbox, nor was there a note (the sticker they leave letting you know when they will be back) on my door. I was sitting on the couch for a while regardless, and nobody knocked on the door, before or after the text update. I continued to check the tracking for more updates, and nothing! I had no idea what was going on, and then I get a call from someone at this location telling me I need to come get a package because of the numerous failed attempts for Fed Ex to bring me my package. I live near Dawsonville, so this is like a 40 minute drive for me. I told her that I had text updates that the package was here when it wasnt, and that there was not a single notice on my door. She ignored everything I said, and told me I needed to pick it up. I drove down there, and I dealt with another lady who was very nice. She asked me about it, and I told her the story as well. She then told me after searching that it must have been sent to the wrong address because they were putting notices on a door. Mind you, the package was a CARD FROM MY BANK. I will try to avoid using Fed Ex in the future, and already sent a message to the corporate office which has still not made any attempt to contact me back (as the email I received claims that they will).

Was waiting all day for a very important package that was supposed to be delivered by 3:00. They attempted to deliver it at 4:07 when our receiving department was already closed and then told me there was absolutely no way to send the driver back when I called TEN minutes later. They also made no attempt to call when no one was here to receive the package even though I gave them my number earlier in the day. They wouldnt even let me pick it up because even though the driver could ABSOLUTELY not come back 10 minutes later, he wouldnt be back at the Fedex facility until after they closed.Horrible customer service with absolutely no attempt to right a wrong that THEY made. Will avoid using them at all costs.

Ive been in FedEx HELL for the past 3 days. A very important envelop was mailed overnight express to be delivered the following morning. My envelop ended up at the Memphis sort facility and never was processed. I called and was told I would receive it the following morning. Nothing arrived! I called again and was told it missed being processed AGAIN! I pleaded with the person on the phone and even asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor came on the phone and basically lied to me several times. She even told me she would call me back on two separate occasions and never called. Im now being told, three days later, that they cant tell me when my package will arrive, but it is with the driver. FEDEX has the worst customer service and follow-up. Not one person that I spoke with acted as if they cared about the issue and even as though they were doing me a favor. I will never use this company again!

Horrible. This location has a final official pick-up time of 5:30pm for packages. I get there at 5:15, 5:20, etc, and they driver has already picked up and left. Corporate says they arent supposed to do that, and it has majorly affected the tight deadlines that I have to meet with my clients. They are supposed to stick with those pick-up times.

This is the second time a FedEx driver leaves a note on the door without even attempting to knock or ring the door bell. After receiving the exception notice, and calling FedEx, I requested to have the driver return to actually deliver the package. I was also given the option to Pick it Up, but told Shenise (Cust. Rep.) that we pay for a DELIVERYand not for an office further away from my home to hold our package for ME to then take time out to personally pick it up. I just received yet another notice stating that my package is scheduled for the next day.... Calling FedEx again, so much for express service.

Did not show until 2:16PM NOT AM and no one was upstairs but we were down stairs.Called for them to access turck driver to bring back and they would not.
