Avoid this spot. Like the other reviews, they’re clearly just trying to sell boxes and bubble wrap. I watched them disassemble a persons perfectly fine wrapped box and determine they had to pay more than $20 for a return. When they told me my box wouldn’t work, I went to another store and they accepted it no problem

Brought in a prepaid return. They say they cant ship a box with a void. I ask for paper trash to fill void. They can sell it to me for $3.99... otherwise they can sell me a different box. I suggest taking out the shoe box, taping, and shipping it directly. Nope. Not an approved box. But dont worry, theyll sell you one.

The lady working there today is crabby and my husband says she is always like that all the time. I think her name is Carolina. She was dealing with an issue with a customer and I dropped off some boxes. I am waiting for her to scan my box so I can get a receipt. And I’m fine to wait. And she was making phone calls and typing. Finally, she said I should come back if I want a receipt. I waited for 15 minutes or so and she wants me to drive back for a minute of her just scanning and printing the receipt. There was no other customers there. She can easily go back to what she was doing but she is just a negative person who will pass her bad moodiness to you.

Carol was extremely helpful with printing my son’s birthday invitations as well as entertaining him while I was cutting the invitations with their industrial paper cutter.

Horrible customer service. I had called a different fedex to check the price of copying a large quantity. So when I walked in I asked about the quantity and said I had called the other fedex and they said it was cheapest for self serve. She acted put out because I was making so many copies and said, “and you couldn’t go there?” I said , “well I’m here.” I had to ask her to make sure there was enough paper in the machine before I began. When I left she said nothing. No thank you for spending $60 here or anything. I will drive to Windward next time I need Fedex.

I gave them a 1 star because the Manager Lizzette is rude and obnoxious. I was there a few years ago and complained about her rude behavior and she is still employed.My mother just came back from there with a similar experience. First it seemed inconvenient for Liz to get off her bum to come help my mom, then the packaging wasnt correct according to her and she squawked saying they had boxes and it just couldnt be sent that way. OK, no problem but her tone is like nails on a chalkboard and you are being scolded.A manager should be an example and act professional at all times. She continues to act like a brat. My mom left and we are going to the post office.All of the other employees Ive dealt with are professional and courteous. Its a shame. Ive been in there before and she is usually rude to whom ever she serves....

Absolute rip off. I just shipped back some shoes I ordered online. The shipping should have been prepaid and I brought the box with all the original packaging however the guy working at the store said it wasn’t up to his standards and charged me $5 additional to ship.

This location is always slow and backed up. They need to cross train current employees or hire more.

Terrible absolutely terrible accomplishing a simple task like ordering business cards is something the employees at this store can not seem to do. I had to go out of my way to get the employees to do what i needed and it still would take more then once for them to get it right with a end result of me just telling them to forget it and to refund my money. Terrible representation of Fedex i would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Generally very good service, but occasionally there is a bit of officiousness. I sent a laptop to my company the other day, using the very same box that it was shipped to me in, via FedEx. The employee refused to take it and insisted in repackaging it (at my expense, of course), in a special laptop box. I acquiesced, but after he had repackaged it, told me it wouldnt fit into his special laptop box, and he put it in a (bigger) regular box.I understand the need for rules and to protect themselves against hastily packaged (which this was not) expensive items getting damaged, but to tell me rules required a special box, and then not use it? Cmon.Ill be trying another local place next time.
