Ive been to my fair share of jewelry stores in my time. This one is truly the best Ive been to.Their customer service is very unique and best Ive seen. They dont care what you need or can afford, they will always provide the best service.Their selection is top notch and have a very wide selection of jewelry and they know every piece they have.This being family owned is probably the greatest quality of them all. I started out just browsing as I was visiting from NYC and Daniel greeted me and was warm, engaging and so resourceful! He is helping my boyfriend and I design my engagement ring. My fiancé and I had the best experience working with Daniel at Solomon brothers to design my dream engagement ring! We were passed down my late grandmothers engagement ring and wanted to reset the center diamond into a new setting. I wanted it to be simple and classic for everyday wear but unique. Daniel worked with me twice in the store, while I tried on a variety of rings and picked out my favorite components of each to customize my personal dream ring. He sent me CAD drawings of the ring after it was perfected by the designer at Solomon brothers and made sure I approved it before moving forward. Once I approved it I told him to keep me out of the loop so my fiancé could pick it up and still have a little element of surprise to our engagement :) It’s been 4 months since he proposed and I still can’t stop staring at my ring every day. Lori Mathis at Solomon Brothers Alpharetta made the process of making a custom three stone engagement ring smooth and dare I even say easy, and we could NOT be any happier with the results!!! From the beginning, she was available to answer any questions I had and would respond very quickly by text message or email. She even texted me pictures of the ring as we made it and was ready to explain anything I didn’t quite understand with example pictures to demonstrate! This was especially handy with my questions when the CAD was received. We asked for two side stones, and the ones that came in were a little too big, so she ordered smaller round as well as an oval option for us to see side-by-side to the center stone we chose! Lori was upfront and realistic about the timeframe to make the ring, and they were incredible about using provided sample photos to put together our favorite parts of other rings all into one! I’ll absolutely be coming back to Solomon Brothers Alpharetta for any future jewelry purchases I may be making!!!

I went to most of the Alpharetta area jewelry stores shopping for an engagement ring. Found a great selection at Solomon Brothers but really wanted something unique and one of a kind. Lori was amazing to work with- she worked as a go between me and the custom jeweler. I gave her quite a workout since I was pretty particular about what I wanted but she remained patient and accommodating and the end result was absolutely perfect. My bride to be is still thrilled with the ring and Im forever grateful to Lori for all she did to make it happen!

I had a Rolex watch band I needed some links added to (had the links, just not the tools to install them). I originally too the watch the Mayors in Avalon since they are a certified Rolex jewler, but - after telling me they should be able to help me over the phone - they said they couldnt do anything to install the links since the band was stretched out. I have no clue how you stretch out a stainless steel link band.After that, I tried this Solomons Brothers on a whim to see if they could help, and not only were they extremely courteous and helpful, but they turned around the repair quickly and cheaply. I dont actually know if they are technically a certified Rolex store or not, but regardless I would take back my watch to them any day of the week over the experience I had at Mayors.
