If you are looking to sell your jewelry look elsewhere. After inquiring about an extremely low quote, I was informed that they were only offering 50% of the value of gold.I was also told that their prices aren’t based on grams, even though they weigh your gold in grams to calculate an offer. If you ask any further questions, they will go into a regurgitated spiel about melting your jewelry down.I easily found another store offering a lot more. I understand that you will not receive 100%, but 50% is insulting.Do your research before coming here.

It was Brian at Iroff & Son that showed me I dont need to settle for a premade ring and created a magnificent custom engagement ring for my now Fiance.Brian was responsive to emails even on vacation. He is a true professional and knows what works and what doesnt. He is quick to make changes and speak frankly about the entire process. On the first day I met him, he created a CAD design in minutes and let me walk out the door with it, and within a few days had a refined design sent to my email.One of his competitors required me to open a store credit card even to get a CAD design, and even then they failed to deliver the design at all, even after I got billed for a diamond I never even bought!After his competition fell behind, it was obvious that I found the right place. After all that, he managed to have the ring ready weeks ahead of schedule. Total turnaround time was LESS than a month, and if I didnt like it, he would have eaten the cost.Guys/Gals, seriously, if you have the opportunity to shop for the one ring and cannot make up your mind, talk to Brian. I have had two great experiences purchasing jewelry from Iroff & Sons. This first was a pair of pearl earrings for my girlfriend (now fiancé). Based on the honest and sincere customer service I received during that purchase, I decided to return when it came time to buy an engagement ring. Brian and the rest of the Iroff staff took great care of us. Brian helped me design the ring, which was fun and easy using the 3D rendering software at their store that allowed me to play around with different designs and visualize exactly what the ring would look like in real-life. Brian selected brilliant diamonds for the ring -my fiancé can’t keep her eyes off it! He also resized the ring for us not once, but twice, and arranged an extremely quick turnaround (a couple of days) so that my fiancé would be able to wear it over the holidays. My fiancé had a lot of questions about the ring (how to care for it, how it’s made, etc.), and Brian answered each of them thoroughly. It was fun learning more about the jewelry-making process. We are both are extremely happy with the engagement ring and the great service Brian provides. My Mom recently passed. She was a collector of all types of jewelry. I saw the ad for IROFF & SON Jewelers in the paper. It sounded perfect and it was. I scheduled an appointment with Brian. He was professional and knowledgeable and the environment very comfortable. Brian looked at everything I brought. He separated those items he would buy; those he would melt down for gold or silver and those garage sell worthy. I believe he made an honest appraisal on each item. He made a difficult experience pleasant.
