She confirmed the day and hour of my appointment and she completed the preliminary exam of my eyes with extreme patience and care. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides a complete ocular health examination with the latest high-quality ophthalmic and medical equipment. During and after my annual eye exam, he presented stunning high-resolution ocular images of my eyes, with quality I can see and patient health information I can trust. Thanks Dr. Spolzino for your expertise!Now, “Brittany”. I’m still amazed at the attentiveness that she offers. She has a wide array of the latest designer spectacles and they are more distinct, and unique compared to others. Brittany’s suggestions are superb and accurate especially with the difficult decision of what frame to choose from. She knows what’s fitting based on the shape of your face and personality enabling you to absolutely make the appropriate choice. What means the most to me as a client, Brittany relates as one who is sincere in her wish to assist in making the best possible spectacle choice for you but not as one who wishes to make a sale. Dealing with such an authentic person made a remarkable difference in my experience of choosing and purchasing spectacles. The ladies up front were super nice and knowledgeable. Their customer service was top notch. The doctor was really patient with me, and answered all of my questions. The selection of high end frames is huge. They assisted me in finding the perfect frames for my face shape. I highly recommend it!

I chose this shop during Covid because I wanted SALT frames. It’s a long story and totally my fault, but I’m not happy with the lenses. I went several months beyond the 90 day policy, yet, I live an hour away and feel that an exception should be made. I went in last week and explained that I found a way to correct the problem, but I’m out of the policy period.

I dont leave many reviews but felt that b.spectacled deserves this one. I purchased a new pair of prescription glasses from b.spectacled a short time ago. The lenses were progressives to address distance and reading requirements. After deciding that I didnt like the progressive lens, I dropped by the store to see if theyd be willing to make the adjustments to the lenses (to remove the reading correction). I was past the normal amount of time that they give customers to bring glasses back for such adjustments. But without hesitation, they said they would do it for me, and a couple of days later I had my glasses back. Now I love them. This is just one example of how great they were, but they were really great through the entire process - including the eye exam. I would highly recommend going to b.spectacled for all of your eye glasses needs.

My overall experience at B.Spectacled was spectacular! The optometrist (Dr. Pucci) and the entire staff was very professional and efficient during both my exam and pickup! I’m excited that I chose such an awesome team to care for my eyes. Thank you all so much for everything!

Excellent experience. After a mediocre visit to a local larger eye group, I popped into b.spectacled to compare. The inside was pristine, clean, and beautifully decorated. Val was kind and tremendously helpful. She asked great questions and listened to what I was looking for and brought me a selection of hand picked frame options. I truly loved all of them. SO different from my other experience at larger shops with way too many options, most of which seem low quality. They even had a box of goodies for my young son to play with while I tried on options. Is it fun to pick out new glasses? Not always. Thats where the ladies of b.spectacled come in. They present you with a wonderful selection of glasses and listen to your feedback, easily eliminating those glasses that are just not for you. Their honest opinions on the different frames and helpful suggestions for frames you may not have considered, help you find the perfect pair for you. Or maybe two - I came in to buy new frames and also prescription sun glasses. They came in quickly and I picked them up today. Loved both! My husband came with me and we all helped him pick out his new frames for his appointment tomorrow. Very low pressure and lots of laughter.

I just picked up my new Tory Burch glasses at b.spectacled, and I love them. Val is really great to work with! Be specific about your budget if you want to keep it under a certain price, as there are many choices, but some are EXTREMELY pricey, though beautiful. The selection of designer frames is extensive from Chanel to Tory Burch to Tom Ford to Ray Ban and on. Sunglasses are available as well.The store is gorgeous and a nice addition to the Alpharetta area. The actual glasses I got are so clear and better than my normal less expensive choice. I will be back.

Mine arrived within a week and the staff noticed right away when there was a crack in my frames. They assured me when I came to pick them up that they had already ordered new ones from France but gave me the cracked pair to use carefully until the new frames arrived. I used to be a Thomas Eye Group customer until my girlfriend brought me to B.Spectacled and now I have contact lenses, work glasses and great “going out” glasses. Fashionable! Not a place with eyewear catered to one group like my old provider. Brittany and her staff are attentive, polite and prompt as soon as my orders are in! I don’t t wait two weeks or longer for appointments or my new products! The doctor is very thorough and on point. Great overall environment! Not stuffy like a doctors office. Very impressed with b.spectacled. I had trouble finding a good eye care place that would take my insurance, but b.spectacled in Alpharetta worked very well. Dr. Woo is very thorough and took the time to explain what she was doing and what I needed. Val was extremely helpful with selection of glasses, made some very good suggestions, did the right adjustments, and made the whole experience very pleasant. The only problem was that parking was hard to find - leave plenty of time to find a space.

I had a wonderful eyeglass experience here. It began after found a pair of eyeglasses on the West Coast that I wanted to purchase locally, and the web led me to b.spectacled after searching for shops that carry the Mykita brand. During my initial visit, they told they would gladly order the frames I wanted. I had an an AMAZING eye exam with Dr. Woo. I felt like I could see through walls after she zeroed-in on my prescription using the latest technology. And then Valerie made sure I got not only the frames I wanted but the polarized clip-on sunshades from a brand (ClipHouse) I prefer also. Overall, it was a very pleasing and relaxing experience. You should definitely check them out if youre in the market for a new pair of eyeglasses.
