This was a great experience from start to finish! Clayton in the store was very knowledgable, helpful and patient. The purchase and delivery went very smoothly, in our case two days later. Delivery guys did a great job, on time and efficient. The followup from the company was a nice touch. And its a great mattress at a good price too! All around great, Id do it again!

This is our third purchase at OMF at Mansell. Louis has helped us each time and answers all our questions, as well as providing information we didnt know we needed! There is no pressure - you are encouraged to try out each mattress. We were able to purchase our new mattress with extra firm coils around the edge to prevent sagging and at no extra cost. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

They had exactly what we needed for our bed frame. Salesman, Louis, was excellent. We went to the big box store for their Labor Day sale and their was very limited choices for our bed frame. Also we to M firm and what they had for us was a lower quality then my dogs bed. Wish we had come here first

My husband and I have been putting off shopping for a mattress because of past experiences with the sales person. We went to the Alpharetta location on a Sunday and were so pleased with Louis. The only place I know of in Atlanta to buy a traditional mattress. We bought one six years ago and it sleeps perfectly. It is like new since it can be flipped one side to the other. It replaced an almost new expensive name brand one-sided mattress that soon developed a hole where I slept which was worse than no back support. Brothers Bedding in Knoxville offers similar quality traditional two-sided mattresses and we also have one of theirs in our home there. Avoid the junk one-sided mattresses that probably cost more than a quality traditional two-sided mattresses. This is our second mattress from Mattress Factory as we upgrade our guest room down here.

Such a great experience! We had just come from another mattress store (rhymes with shmattress shfirm) where we basically had a gun held to our head by the high pressure salesman who was sweating profusely. We made our escape to The Original Mattress Factory. The comparison was NIGHTand DAY!!! Almost like we had accidently been sent to hell, then whisked away to Heaven. Our salesman Kameron was polite, calm and explained everything about the beds. We were beyond impressed by the quality and integrity of this company and decided to make the purchase of our new bed!
