Let me tell you, there are many things that I hold dear in my life. A comfortable mattress is darn near at the top of that list. I went to several stores around Atlanta but this is where I found the mattress that was right for me. The entire experience was painless. The young lady that helped me walked me through a simple process for determining which bed was going to be right for me. And they threw in an adjustable base for half price. The financing helped a lot too. I truly couldnt be happier with my purchase. Id recommend giving them a visit

What a positive experience this was!!! The Purple 3 is by far one of the best purchases I have made!!John was very patient,  proffesional, extremely knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Very hard to find these days.I have to say I was very reluctant on spending this kind of money on a mattress, but after my first night of use, the next day is the first in a very long time that I didnt wake up with lower back pain! OMG WHERE DO I START! Trevor Grayson is amazing, I would even go as far to say he’s a saint. When I came into the store on Thursday 01Jul2021 to purchase a mattress and additional accessories he was so helpful. I am 8 months pregnant and he was very patient and informative. He wasn’t pushy and did everything in his power to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied.I forgot to get something when I was there the first time so I called the next morning... (Baby brain is definitely real) I called him the wrong name and he laughed it off and was eager to help. Being that I’m so far in my pregnancy to keep my from having to come back in the store he assisted me over the phone and went above and beyond again to accommodate me and it meant so much.I use to be a Front Office Manager at Embassy Suites and was in the hospitality industry for 9 years and I know personally how hard it is to find good help and customer service. Initially I returned to that location after my first purchase in Sep2020 because I received my finance card from there but I promise from now on I will return because of Trevor. Please support and appreciate his presence as to he is an amazing assessment to the Mattress Firm family. I definitely appreciate him and thank you again Trevor for all you do!

My father requires a very firm mattress and he has an adjustable base which we also bought previously from mattress firm. This as they have preciously they worked with us to help select the best mattress and provided the best service and price! Highly recommend them.

My husband and I had a positive experience at Mattress Firm Mansell. The store manager John spent well over an hour with us discussing our options and helping us land on something we were satisfied with, without pushing or pressuring us. He has over 16 years of experience and it showed. We came in with very little knowledge and left much better informed and with a mattress we know is a great investment that we will both sleep well in. Thanks Mattress Firm, you folks saved my day. I had a bed frame delivered to me today and not once did the topic of a box spring come up at time of purchase and unfortunately it never came to my mind either. So I shot over to the retailers storre who sold me the bed frame but they do not have box springs at their location, they are only available at their warehouse in East Point. Thats when thought of and went to you at North Point, and within in 30 minutes or less I picked up my much needed new box spring from the warehouse less than 5 minutes away.

The last time I shopped for a mattress, it was like shopping for a used car. Not this time—although you could certainly buy a used car for what some mattresses are selling for these days! The salesman was easy going, very informative, and honest as far as I could tell. There was zero sales pressure. It was an enjoyable experience I hope not to have to repeat for another 15-20 years. Recommended.

They carry purple 2,3 and 4 currently ,which are also great. Chris made the online sale easy! Wow,! So off I raced to Morrow clearance location! There Shaquel , patiently and quickly moved 6 mattrees as the purple I wanted was the last one! Then Shaquel and Davon tied it neatly and loaded in my truck bed! When in, there kinda wanting to see the prices and see what they had. The salesman Christopher, was super helpfully and friendly as can be!! Was in and out of the store in less then 30 mintues (which I like) he even offered to haul my bed to my house because it was on hes way. So I was not only lucky for that but he was super professional. 20/10 would highly recommend and will do business again in the future.

We also bought the Purple pillow, the Tempur-adapt cooling pillow, the 5 sided FRIO with firmcare, and the warranty.We have always had terrible mattresses and pillows, which increased my pain. With other mattresses, we have experienced the spring popping out and memory foam sinking in so much, that it creates a dent. If we only buy the best shoes, why not the best bed? I have RLS, pinched nerves, fibromyalgia, migraines, and I checked all of the boxes on the survey. Im excited to see how a great mattress will improve our lives. This is the mattress that we expect to keep for a very long time, instead of spending half of that and needing a new bed every couple of years. To us, it is worth the investment.Thank you Kiana!

Went to Mattress Firm @ Mansell Crossing, North Point in Alpharetta, GA.My sister in Las Vegas suggested I check out Mattress Firm because it has a wide selection of mattresses.Went on 11/24 as Sales Mgr, ACE ABDULLAH, was conducting short tour on how to choose a mattress, with another client. I joined them and he encouraged us to try soft, medium &firm mattresses to determine whichtype of mattress suits our body best.During the whole process, for me over 1.5 hrs, he was very helpful but not intrusive!
