Literally the only mechanic shop I will ever need. They take care of me everytime. They never bs, they never add on extra unnecessary repairs. My cars never have any trouble, Far East keeps them maintained, reliable, and efficient. Really great guys that work here!

Best in Town!My Honda Odyssey had a breakdown due to failed starter, I thought of only one place to get my car fixed and that was this one! Very satisfied with the work done and the prices quoted and charged, I also got my timing belt done absolutely happy to be here in safe hands. They are reasonable and best at what they do in the town!

I highly recommend this place. Zaheer is top notch and very knowledgeable. He doesn’t recommend services that you dont need and at the same time will scan the car thoroughly for other issues that you may not be aware of. I was also impressed by the valuable suggestions I received on car maintenance.

Save yourself some trouble; don’t go to Far East Automotive. Took in my 2005 Toyota Tundra 5 months back because my brake light was on. The mechanic said the front brake pads and rotors were bad, which is why the light was on so I went ahead and replaced them. He then said that the right rear axle seal was leaking and that I should have it replaced, which I did. He also charged me $59.95 because I apparently requested to flush my brake system (I didn’t even know what that was until now). I paid $650 for stuff that was not even necessary. A month later, I took my car in to Christian Brother’s for an inspection and they stated the seal was still leaking and was not properly replaced. I took it back to this mechanic, where he “fixed” the seal again. I then took my truck for an oil change at the Roswell Toyota 2 weeks ago and they stated that the seal was yet again leaking along with the right rear wheel bearing which needed replacement due to this mechanic’s incompetence and lack of experience in replacing my axle seal. The axle seal had caused the rear right wheel bearing to need replacement along with the right brake pad. I proceeded to call him and let him know, but he stated he will NOT replace my axle seal again (mind you, I have paperwork stating that the part I had replaced has a one year or 12,000-mile warranty) and that it is not his fault my truck is having all these problems. He also stated that if I continue to go to different mechanics for an opinion, I might as well get it fixed by them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INEXPERIENCED, FRAUDULENT MECHANIC! HE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR PARTS THAT YOU DON’T EVEN NEED REPLACED AND/OR WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR EVEN MORE.

Had my Honda Odyssey repaired here last week - new alternator, new battery, new battery cables and tune up. Quote for repairs was far less than the dealership. Service was courteous and friendly. Repairs completed before promised time. Pick up was fast. Invoiced emailed for records. Excellent experience. Thank you Far East Automotive.

Worst mechanic shop ever! Zaheer (the mechanic) is a very dishonest guy. Their customer service is also as bad. He seems to have a lot of knowledge about cars but fails to fix them properly. This shop also doesnt honor their warranty, LIES LIES LIES. Save yourself some time and money, dont get your car fixed here

We have been taking both of our cars to Far East Automotive since 2013. My husband and I are not car people so there have been many times we could have been taken advantage of but were not! The owners are so kind and honest and reasonably priced for our area! I cant say enough great things about Far East Auto! Definitely recommend giving them a try!

I didnt believe that mechanics like this existed... I have 3 cars that range in make and model (Hyundai, Dodge and Lexus). I now take all three of our cars to him, my parents take both of their cars to them and two of my coworkers now also take their cars up to them! If you are going to give these guys a shot you really wont be disappointed. Ask for Joe (or anyone actually) and you will be taken care. From their waiting room to their shop, from the front desk to the mechanics - 5 Stars across the board! Great shop and I will be taking them my vehicles as long as I am in within driving distance!

I had a few issues with my SUV and it was bad on mileage. Zaheer did a diagnosis and suggested a few parts which were critical and had aged. I requested him to replace them and he made a suggestion that he would love to replace them but with original parts and this makes a lot of difference. He is a genuine human and does a great job. I would recommend him for most of the auto repairs.He has very good experience and is very truthful to his work. He is very clear on his diagnosis and it is worth to have him do this before going to a dealership service center.I highly recommend for his work and the command he has in what he does.

The only words I can use for this shop is HONEST - caring, and different. After my car was repaired by them, they called me to ensure everything was ok. I never had a mechanic call to check on me, not even a major car dealer.The shop was clean, the waiting room inviting and most of all, they were professional. What made my day was the fact that they were willing to drop me home. Shops like these are far and few and if you are having car problems... that alone is stressful in itself. You want a shop that will minimize your stress and this is it.They say men dont show emotions ... but hugs ... high fives and hand shakes to Far East Automotive MY BEST EXPERIENCE ... integrity still exist in mechanics!!

I went here to have a Pre Purchase Inspection for a Honda Odyssey that I found on CL. I got detailed information about the hidden issues (ofcourse few quite visible ones as well). Zaheer is so humble and down to earth personality that not only he provided me with the required information but he also guided to get the right one based on my budget. What moved me most is that in spite his busy scheduled he took out some time to pick & drop me to the desired location as I didnt had any transport means.
