I would like to say I shouldve went to them to begin with got a run around at German master tech, and they couldnt tell what was wrong with my car after 1k and all the insults after going back and fort of dropping it off and picking it up for days, but took it to Justin at eurofed and was amazing at answering my emails, pone calls and text messages and in one day they fixed it with no problems. because of the great service and professionalism I will bring my other car to them. Thanks for being honest and professional.

Friendly, easy to work with service. Car rides like new after some needed repair. Justin did rear brakes, drive belt and replaced front control arms in my 2012 Audi Q5. The work is solid and Justin delivers on time. Steering after the control arm replacement is amazing! Prices are fair and work is excellent.

Best shop ever! I had the best experience at a repair shop I have ever had taking my 3 series to euro Alpharetta for some suspension refresh.The quality of the work is outstanding and these guys are amazing, they go above and beyond for their customers and their cars and you can tell they really care! I own a 2018 Audi A5 2.0t and they applied the APR Stage 1 tune for my car. The shop is very clean and they were very respectful of my time having me out in less than 45 mins!They also do regular car service too which I will probably be going back again real soon!

I have visited Eurofed Automotive before for an oil change and tire rotation and was extremely pleased with the service over all with great price/value and professionalism and speed of service so I booked my current service with them. I had an oil change and brake fluid service and the service was completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely continue too have my vehicle serviced by them.

The whole crew was helpful with ideas. The tune was done in a timely manner and great results. All and all the whole Eurofed team is great and caring.

New to Eurofed thanks to Justin Farrar the new Manager for the Alpharetta location. He worked at another shop that did service on my S8 now I’m entrusting Justin and Eurofed with my Mini Cooper JCW! So far Eurofed is a great shop and looking forward to more services especially tuning! Their service on my F54 Clubman JCW was fast and reasonable.

First off, prior to this last service that Eurofed provided me, it was all well, though I will never ever recommend this place to anyone ever again. I brought my vehicle in over the weekend because I was having some issues with the engine, it was making some kind of knocking noise and it put the car in limp mode. I asked John to do a diagnostic and to call me back once he was done. John diagnosed the vehicle and told me that the knocking was coming from the timing chain and a broken cam cradle. I asked if he was certain that this was the issue, he told me that he couldn’t guarantee that this was the problem but he said he was certain because his technician could recall where the sound was coming from prior to other repairs he had done in that passed. I asked John if there was any way we could do more diagnostics on it to be more certain and he told me that that was not necessary and that this should be the issue to my problem. The repair was $4000.00. I needed to be certain. I told him that I needed this to be what it was or I was just going to get it towed and parked and then go get another vehicle with my 4K. But I trusted his expertise and went forward with the repair. He called me a few days later to tell me that the engine was still knocking in a different area and that he recommended getting a new engine. I know he couldn’t have known that this would have fixed it but I wish he told me that it’d be better to hold off and either save the money or come up with more money just to get a new engine or I at least could have gone a different direction. I tried getting my money back or working out a way to remove the parts to get some of my money back but the labor was 3/4ths the cost of the repair and refused. He left me with no options other than removing the parts he just put on and put it in the new engine. Straight garbage that you could not work something out for me and for being a repetitive customer (there and other locations).

Excellent service, great customer service, and attention to detail. A shop for those who are keen on a comprehensive experience for their vehicles. The care taken on my Panamera S was a much more positive experience than with the Porsche dealership who has been performing my services. In the future they will be performing service on my 911 and BMW 5series as well. Great shop!!!

Replaced windshield cowl on time and on budget. No surprises John in the office and the guys in the shop are great to deal with. I felt like they were completely honest and did exactly what they said they would do.

Eurofed did a great job when my Porsche was having a weird kicking in the rear suspension. Turns out to be a very simple fix and they did not upcharge me on anything. Very friendly, honest, and the do quality work. Will be using them going forward for all maintenance on my Porsche. I always see high end cars on their lot, so I know people get quality service here. Way better than taking the car to the Stealership.... I could have gone to Hennesey and probably been taken for at least twice as much. I appreciate honest, quality, and on-time work.

Had a code for an oil pressure switch failure and needed it fixed before heading out of town. Eurofed - Alpharetta took care of it in time. Will definitely be bringing this and my other Audis to them when needed.

It was the first time bringing in my 2011 VW GTI for an oil change and I received excellent service! The process was quick and easy, employees were very professional. I also really liked the fair price they charged for labor. Will definitely be back to service my GTI here!

Took my Bmw in for maintenance. Usually use their Eurofed Atlanta location for all my Audi repair and service. But since this one is now closer to the house I decided to try them out! Great staff, Andre was very helpful with the entire process. Their pricing is by far better than the dealership. My BMW needed a lot of maintenance and they knocked it out of the park with the time frame and pricing! Definitely will be back for more work.

Best European car repair shop in metro Atlanta! Would not take my car anywhere else in Alpharetta. Jacob is an outstanding certified Audi tech and John is an amazing customer service representative! Moving into a new area is always a frustration trying to find a mechanic close by. John, Petar, Bryan & team gained my trust and were able to answer all of my questions in regards to my car issues. I came in originally for a transmission slippage issue on my 99 Mercedes CLK320. The team made recommendations on retifying the issue. Thanks to the team, their first recommendation of only a flush and filter was required. Will be back when the next issue arises!
