I have been wanting more coffee options in the area and was so happy we got a black rock. This location is probably the nicest most friendly one ever! I have been here at least every week since they opened and I can say that everyone is super sweet, always adhering to all your needs, they work as quick as they can while also making you feel special EVERY day. Love this black rock, dont ever change ❤💕🥺🤍

I was having a terrible day today, and a terrible week. The barista at the window was very nice, asked about my day, and literally made my day. I wish I had caught her name but I was too overwhelmed with her kindness. I hope I see her again so I can thank her in person, but if not I hope you see this and know your kindness really helped me.

Theyre the best & my dig luvs them too!I did literally have six people cut me off because the entrance is a little tricky, however -Pro tip: They have Lots of easily accessible parking & a walk up window facing 122nd!Dont wait in your car, park & walk!

I used to really love stopping by here for my drinks but Ive had some experiences here that have made me no longer want to be a customer. A few weeks ago I was misgendered and called man and when asking to correct my pronouns I was told its ok because we use man as gender neutral then today the cashier was wearing a Jesus loves you shirt. Good for her but I dont need Jesus with my morning coffee and found it pretty offensive. This location is growing in uncomfortableness.

Cant say anything bad about it , except some times my coffee is way to hot , after asking for a warm coffee. thats the only thing I have issues with .

This place is AWESOME. Best coffee best raspberry scones. 10/10 recommend. Give Starbucks a break and try new places!!

I love Black rock coffee! They have a Buy one get one free drink if you give them your phone number. Its a points system or program I suggest this place to Everyone. They also have Medical Mondays if you work in healthcare and show your badge on Mondays you get a free small drink.

My favorite Black Rock. Drink is always 110% and staff is wonderful. They are quick and Im never waiting too long even when theres a long line of cars. Love them!

The baristas are always super friendly and wearing masks. I enjoy the non dairy options for my lattes, the sugar free flavors and the delicious pastries they sell. Try the pop tart!

They are pretty busy but fast, the cold brew nitro is not working but its close to home. The employees are kind!!

I ordered a coffee on doordash. 1 coffee 1 breakfast sandwich. Thats it. The driver came back with two fuel energy drinks. I know it wasnt the doordashers fault because all his job is to pick up my order. Now Im stuck with 2 drinks I didnt really want and I dont want to make the doordasher do it all again because it wasnt his fault. I know mistakes happen but wished places were a bit more careful with giving out the wrong orders.

There was a young man there tonight who was very pleasant. I haven’t had great customer service there before, but tonight it was great.

*please wear masks* employees should be wearing masks- especially with how close you all are working and how closeyou are to the public. Just got a black coffee so nothing amazing to report. Friendly and fast service. Glad to see more options coming into our area. Would have given 4* if the employees were following health & safety guidelines set out by State and County officials.

Waited in line for coffee until I noticed none of the employees were wearing masks, so I went elsewhere. I watched an employee leaning out the window, laughing and joking with customers and even pat a customer on the arm. I’m all for friendly customer service, but not when it jeopardizes the health of everyone they come into contact with.

Gave 4 stars because the coffee is really good, better than the 82nd location. But when the barista was leaning *way* out of the window (closer than 6ft) to shamelessly flirt with my bf while I was sitting right there, the least she couldve done was wear a mask as is mandated by the current pandemic legislation. If youre flirting for tips, at least be an equal opportunity flirter rather than coming off like some scandalous, rude homewrecker. Totally tacky!
