I cant say enough about these people. They went beyond to get me the phones I wanted after mix up. Didnt get all the right phones. But still got us phones on. I was there for hours as they worked out the problem. The whole staff was amazing. I would highly recommend them. Great service.

Made a large purchase mid-March.Alma AT&T store rep did not provide my spouse with the advertised buy two get one free item upon request. Store rep kept my spouses personal iPhone case (a $50 value). Store rep kept the box to my spouses new iPhone case.Next morning, the Alma AT&T shut their doors, and to our knowledge they havent reopened.How can we get our refund? How can we retrieve our personal property? For 3 weeks weve called; ironically this phone store does not have voicemail.Weve called AT&T corporate for help, and they say we must get our refund from the store we purchased at.To the owner of Alma AT&T, your store rep should have warned us the store would close 14 hours later. Now were out $1200+. We asked your store rep about your return policy. That would have been the moment to tell the truth - The store would be closing next day.Well be reporting this to the BBB and the Alma police.

She’s even suggested that to me. If you’re not happy she isn’t either. No pressure or pushy sales. Very comfortable environment. She has helped many times with multiple issues or upgrades and even helped us when I ran into her in town. Highly recommended for any mobile needs hands down. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

This is hands down the best store! I have not had any issues with all of my encounters with Diana. She goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I want and then some. Definitely exceeds the expectations! Happy AT&T customer!!!

The place is small, one employee working the whole store, multiple customers and the poor guy is multitasking like crazy, so the one on one is nonexistent, but I was told that this is unusual so it could be a better customer experience in the future. My phone that I wanted was not in stock but they helped me expedite the shipment which was cool. They guy was very nice and did a really good job given his circumstances. Overall, this AT&T store could be better but its not bad for the small community which it serves.

I had the pleasure of working with Diana (Store Manager) for 5 months at Alma AT&T located on N. Alger Rd. We started our jobs as Sales Representatives at the time a week apart. Diana quickly excelled, achieved all goals she possibly could, and brought in customers who were previously unaware that our store was even located where it was and had them leaving completely satisfied. Her knowledge of wireless devices is wide and her ability to fully satisfy a customer and complete transactions efficiently is impressive. Highly recommend Alma AT&T and Diana!
