I had thought that I would be there all afternoon. I was happily surprised to be wrong. The lady who waited on me was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get a great deal! And I was in and out -with my new phone- in an hour. Verizon is the best!

I had the pleasure to work with Randi when picking out a new phone. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the products I was interested in. Randi made the experience of upgrading my account seem as comfortable as possible. If you want a non pushy salesperson who works with you on your budget and needs then this location is definitely for you!

Friendly staff. Went there on a Sunday because husbands phone completely died. She was very helpful and informative. She took her time with us, answered our questions. Would definitely go back!

Call was a great Verizon employee, Our situation took longer than expected and he worked very hard the whole time. We Were able to have great conversation while waiting, so we didnt have to be bored out of our minds. 4 stars due to the excellence service provided by Randi. Wouldve been 5 if they would have had more merchandise in stock. No black galaxy watches, no otter box defender case for galaxy note 10, only liquid glass for screen protection and lastly no galaxy ear buds.

A bunch of mask Nazis. Told them I didnt need to wear a mask because I couldnt breathe. And then when I was walking out because they refused me service. The manager makes a snide comment of have a good day. Will not be doing business here ever again. Was getting ready to pay my bill and buy a new phone.

The people are really nice

Long waits. Upfront costs on new phones is crazy. Told us our phones were phasing out. Just paid them off in January. They want $280 up front to get both of us a phone and then $30 to monthly bill. We are on Social Security and cannot afford.

Alma Verizon is slowest ever, they have 3 customer service desk n 1 or 2 employees working n ppl waiting over half hour to get help. Get more help n make sure their are 3 every day especially Thursday to Sundays

Very great service! I came in years after I bought my phone to ask why it was going straight to voicemail and they fixed it under 5 minutes and were pleased to help me. Great service!

This is my 3rd time here. I waited well over a hour each time and was not waited on.... as they were short staffed...Both other times it has been so cramped in this tiny building that there is barely room to move. This business is always short staffed.. I ordered my new phone online,in order to save Russell Cellular staff time. So here I am -again today - to try to get waited on. This is poor management of a business.. there are 9 people a head of me this morning. And only ONE girl running her head off,trying to do it all :(Everyone feels sorry for her.

Helped us with everything we needed help with. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We will always go back here when ever we need help or upgrades or anything else. Its been a long time since we have had service this good.
