2019 Chevy truck throws check engine code at exactly 4K miles not even in a 90 day window of purchase. Called service and after the third time they finally answered. Anyways told them the code identification and they essentially told me “well you didn’t buy a warranty,” tough luck, take it to a Chevy dealer.” I mean where is the honesty and integrity nowadays…. This place is in shambles and I buy vehicles from all over the country…

Went with a friend of mine to look at some trucks at Wally Armour Ford Meda felsman Daniel was his name he was quite informative about what they had what they didnt have for sale after being there for a little while I decided to leave I went to two other dealerships I went to Fred Martin and I went to Halls Auto well let me tell you something the best deal and the best situation that I could find Armour Chrysler Plymouth the salesman we went back and talked to him and he showed me a couple of trucks I like the one that he showed me the last one and I think he did a real great job of selling it he didnt oversell it he did know where sell me just did a good job what I recommend anybody else to go to Wally Armour of course I would the guy in the the come in and talk to me before to do that to do the final paperwork not to finance department but the other guy cant think of his name Im sorry but I seen him and then I took we took the paperwork up to the finance department and it was a great everything went smooth just the way it should have but I think the best part of the deal with the young salesman he did a great job

My daughter had a sad experience at a different Jeep dealer in Norton. Bait and switch tactics, poor emails, dragging her along. So we tried Alliance as we lived near enough. Wow! Kody with a K walked her around the lot, spent tons of time with her. He is a father of 7. He listened to everything she said and never judged her. He kindly let her leave to talk to her Dad. She worked so hard and sacrificed a lot at 3 jobs to buy her first car. She LOVES it! Thank you Kody for giving her a safe, comfortable, black jeep Cherokee that she loves! I was talking with one of the salesman there through email. We came to a price agreement on a truck that I wanted, filled out the credit app and everything was going wonderful. I was pretty excited to get this truck from here. Then the salesman calls me and says that they just sold the truck. They sent me another one that had none of the features that the one I originally wanted had. So since I did the credit app my credit score dropped for something I didn’t even get and they sold the truck right out from under me. In my opinion that’s bad business.

I have to say they are nice but miss leading.Let me start from the sales experience...we were told one price downstairs....Got upstairs Got upstairs it was a completely different price .we had been there over five hours and we’re completely overwhelmed.Definitely was not explained everything upstairs in the financing area.We had said that it was extremely important that we had a hitch on our vehicle that we had just gotten the boat and that’s why we wanted a truck.We were told that the hitch was built into the truck.... yes it is but not the part that goes underneath of it to actually towThat part we asked for and we were told NOWithin three weeks of having the truck we figured out that the alarm system did not work and that the back door did not lockWe called the service department and got the runaround that we would have to pay $119 just to have it looked at after having it three weeks.After I talk to the owner and got that fee waived I brought it in and they did waive the fee to install the new part in the door.I was told that I would get a call in a week or so to get the new part installed.After three weeks of not hearing from them I finally called and it was oops the parts here but we didn’t call you and I also had realized that the 12 V plug was not working.And I also figured out why they did not want to install the hitch because it was a $500 hitchSo no I am not a happy camper

I dropped my work truck (Ram 3500) off to do a simple oil change, tire rotation, replace the nox sensor, and fix a bad connection( pinched wire) to the rear taillight. 2 days later as I have been unable to work I walk to the dealer to pick up my truck as I have been told it is fixed. As I arrive i am told that they only drove it once since I left no fuel in the vehicle which was my first indicator as I never let the fuel go below 1/4. As I go to leave I turn the truck on and immediately it says that the brake light is out and the fuel sensor is not reading ( messed up a wire connection when fixing the other). They realized they missed this and say I have to leave it for another day to get it fixed now at 3 days no work. This is not my first run in with problems with this dealership. I will not be returning and will not be buying another Ram truck in the next few months when I need to purchase another vehicle.

Repair to rear brakes and rotors were a lot less than originally quoted. Brad in service is awesome! Thank you again!! 7/12/2021 Front brakes need new rotors. Upon completion of work I noticed some damage done to the driver’s kick plate with no mention of same. I realize that a lot of work gets done at Wally Armour, but it shouldn’t be done hastily. Take the time and do it right!

My experience with this dealership was sudden, unexpected, and phenomenally good.It is important to note that my journey started in Atlanta, GA. I had been searching for the right truck for several months in the Atlanta metro area but was unable to find a truck that checked all the boxes for a reasonable price I could afford. In the south, trucks command as much as a 20% premium over other regions of the country so I had already decided I would likely have to travel north to find the right one.Let me tell you what compelled me to travel to Wally Armour. It wasn’t just the truck. It was a sales associate named Tyler. We all know that when you call a store or a shop that you’re usually not treated the same way as if you were standing there in front of them. Tyler absolutely blew me away with his customer service. He went out of his way to accommodate me even though I was 700 miles away and just asking questions.One of my concerns was how much rust this truck might have due to its geographical location and driving conditions. Tyler went above and beyond on this one. He put the vehicle on a lift and made a short video reveling every nook and cranny of the underside that had any issues. I was blown away. The truck checked out and I bought a plane ticket. That was at 9:45 am. I drove away from the dealer at around 4:45 pm with my new truck.This dealership seemed to have a good culture and it showed.
