Ben and his staff are outstanding!!. I only spoke with Ben and Zach on my visit, I dont want to leave out the fella that put my tires on though, didnt catch his name. He did a great job also. I had a transmission replaced at a Nissan dealership in Boardman in July 2020. Unbeknownst to me..Im no auto expert..they rushed the job. 6 months later the front end instantly feels like its going to fall off on my way to the grocery store. I pull into tire choice, as it was the nearest. Ben and his crew see that Nissan never completed the job I paid 5500.00 to Nissan!!!. They fixed what the dealer never did for 1/100 the cost of the dealer. I came back the next week to get new tires and Zach was so professional and kept me informed of all procedures and costs. I will never go anywhere but this shop in the future. Thanks fellas for restoring my faith in auto mechanics. Much appreciated!!

Zach at Tire choice in Alliance Ohio is such a pleasant man. I went to see if they could put air in my tires because the self service I usually use was not in working order. He welcomed me and reassured me that I could count on them for this and all services as I have in the past. Im a satisfied customer!

Beyond satisfied with the customer service! Keith went above and beyond to help me with a tire repair, when all other tire shops in the area were closed. He was willing to stay past the shop’s closing time to wait for me to arrive after work, so that he could look at my tire. Not only did he find the problem, but he spent the extra time to service my vehicle right then and there so that I could get back on the road. Keith was so selfless, kind, and efficient...a true example of quality customer service. I am very appreciate of Keith’s outstanding service and I can’t thank him enough. Thanks again Keith!

I recently had work done on my car. Ben was very caring and considerate, and the young man who worked on my car was amazing. Their attention to customer service if things go wrong (which they sometimes do) was above and beyond my expectation. Thank you guys for caring about your customers.

They may have changed their name but its the same people I believe it was Meineke or Midas anyways the company there was there before still the company that is there they just changed their name and I would not recommend their service because they over quoted me over $300 which I could have used to pay off my moms car that she just got glad I went across the street from these people I would not pay anything for their service theyre too expensive and I dont trust people like them

Theyre very good they help you any way they can and they do have the cheapest rates in town for tires and theyre there to help you and not give you what you dont need only what you really have to have.

I would not bring your vehicle here. Save yourself time and money. Brought my vehicle in for an inspection. Even though I explained the issue. I was told they would do something completely different towards the problem. I agreed since they are more knowledgeable in their field. I then get an update from Ben stating everything is good to go. I pick my vehicle up that night and still my car is doing the same exact things. So I wasted 80 dollars for nothing. I’m spending another 120 else where for another diagnosis to be told me. Then they can actually fix the problem.

Was in for new breakpads yesterday and they tried to get me to replace all brakes and rotors all the way around at 720 dollars!! Not to mention this is just Highway robbery but i was only in four break pads why are you aiming to get more money for things i dont need. I will never return to this location!

Was avg price for oil change took 1.5hr to do. Made appointment Friday for Sunday 11am. Sat emailed back and asked if noon was ok? I said yes. Sat evening got another email stating 1pm was good???? So went in at 1230. Was 2pm before was done.. oil change online said 24.99.. free tire rotation included... End price $34 with no tire rotation. Marked 32 point inspection only watched oil change no other service done even though marked on receipt.

Everyone has a different experience at all businesses-for me tire choice is really top dog. I have been getting oil changes, tire repairs, and balance of wheels for about 15 years. I have never been dissatified. This week I made an appointment for my oil change so I would be ready for Florida. Booked online, they were ready for me when I arrived. They called and texted when my car would be ready and I paid ahead of time. Speedy as can be. Side note- this store his been remodeled and it looks amazing. Clean, pretty colors, nice flat screen TV and the staff is excellent. Highly recommend

Great people, and great service. I walked in and they were more than willing to help plug up my tire. I have used them for a bunch of other things like oil changes and breaks over the past couple of months.

These guys are just great, i have been coming here for awhile, and they have always teated me right, they are extremely fair and went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of...Thank you Ben and the rest of the guys!!

Do not take your car there unless you want it to be messed up. My aunt and I both took our cars there and we both had problems. The manager didnt know much about anything and he didnt know how to file a claim after messing up my car

Noticed that my tire kept going low threw out the day and went to drive again and it was low. SotSo I went to Monroe close to closing time hoping Id get in. I pulled up and although they were preparing to close two awesome guys Keith and Zack got me together it was more going on them I thought but they took there time and did an awesome job to get me together They were very professional and kind to me and I appreciate them going the extra mile for me!! Thanks guys 👍🤗🚗🚗 for getting me on the road again🙃

Not the best for price and not sure about the service all I got were two tires which were done the next day other work that needed done but didnt get any information they told me the alignment is for $89 but on the paper it was $109 and said I refused it but they told me they couldnt do my alignment after I left my car there they said I have to take it to another alignment shop because I have a unibody so its confusing because they didnt say anything about it when we talked on phone they told me I needed four new tires instead of two new tires so they can do a proper alignment they never say anything about the unibody and their prices are just way too much.oh and asked for the cheapest tires they had and they charged me an additional $30 guarantee on each tire that I never asked for. 300 bucks for two tires. I feel played and I believe they are not trustworthy people

Good service. Workers are very polite and explain whats wrong and give you a price before repairing your vehicle.

I had to take my car in this evening for a repair and was extremely satisfied with the service! The manager Jonathan and his assistant were great guys who made you feel welcome and explained things perfectly. I just took my car there because I suspected I needed brake repairs and or suspension work.They took my car for a test drive and said. It Drove like a brand new car. They were completely honest and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. I definitely highly recommend them.

I called at 5:30 seeing if they could get me in for an oil change considering they close at 7 I thought the chances were slim. They told me come on in, I got there at 6. I had my car, paid and was out of there by 6:30, which was amazing because I had my toddler with me. John, the guy that helped me was also wonderful. I would Recommend :)

They squeezed us in last minute to do a used car inspection. They were honest and fair. I would definitely work with them in the future!

Great auto shop. Works quickly and is very transparent with what they do. They double check before they do anything and are very understanding. Gave me a good deal and had me in and out in 1 day.

The guys at Monroe are awesome! I took my car in thinking I only had brake issues but it turned out to be more than that. After them looking at it and getting back to me about what the problems were they fixed everything and it drives so much better now. I appreciate the fact that they saw other problems and addressed them with me. I’m much happier knowing that my car is safe to drive on the road. I highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be going back. Huge thank you to the mechanics and John for keeping me updated and doing an outstanding job.

I was so impressed & satisfied by the service that Monro Auto Service & Tire Centers was able to provide for me today! I was super nervous walking in (since I know nothing about cars lol), but John made it easy to understand what Monro could do to help. John and Dylan did an excellent job helping me out in a jiffy and I couldnt be any more thankful for their help. Id highly recommend going to this Monro store in Alliance, OH and I would go back if I ever have any other car troubles/issues while Im at the University of Mount Union! :-)

If I was confused, they were sure to explain the differences in products and point me in the right direction! They were extremely informative and knowledgable on everything I asked about. Noticed a nail in my tire on the way home to North Carolina. It was a Sunday morning and not many places were open. Even though they were busy, they got me in, repaired the flat and I was back on the road in about half an hour. Service was friendly and prompt. I have not seen anyone hustle as much as these guys in a long time. Thank you!

Brandon and Keith at Monroe performed a safety inspection on a car that I purchased. I had to drive 45 minutes from my home to the dealership, I called Brandon while I was driving to the dealership he got me in. I problem was professional and courteous. My experience was excellent.

After work I got to my car and had a flat. No one was open, but Monroe. The shop was getting ready to close, But I called because I was desperate. They helped me without an issue, with it being so close their quitting time. John and Keith took excellent care of my vehicle and tire! They are very friendly and helpful, go here for your car needs!

Litterally the only place in alliance me and my husband will take our car for work to be done. They have been fabulous with us from day one and have yet to do us wrong. They wont work on our car unless they know for sure whats wrong. If we go in and say hey I think this needs fixed cause this is going wrong with the car... They double check to make sure thats whats really wrong. There not money hungry like another place in alliance( wont mention names). So thank you Monroe for being our go to car shop in alliance and being so good to us!

Always great service! Employees are great! I pulled in without a appointment they said that they were full with appointments but would try to squeeze me in. I left them with my car and an hour and a half later they called me to come pick up! They gave my car a complete check over and aired up my tires! And even gave me a discount!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and some preventative maintenance for my vehicle today. Very pleased with the service the manager Jason gave me a print out with exactly what needed done at my mileage. The guys at monro did it in a very timely manner. The manager actually walked to the parts store in the rain to get me an air filter for my vehicle. Awesome service definitely will return!

I came in this morning for a set of tires on my truck. Which I had stopped by and asked about a few days prior. Jason at monro gave me an amazing deal on the tires I wanted along with explaining to me how some different services they offered in the store would benefit my vehicle. Came in today simply to get my car looked at. Had no intention on getting it fixed today as I was short on time. My vehicle was pulled directly in and within 10 ten assistant manager Jason had a price on what my car needed! He assured me that he would have the car finished by the time I needed it done. He did and even had taken 3 other customers in while I was there. Great job by him and mechanic getting me in and out! Jason was a pleasure to work with 10 out of ten I would recommend to anyone!

My exhaust broke so i and stopped in. These guys are soo great! I know nothing about exhaust systems so they could EASILY have said I need a whole new system. Which btw is about a grand. It was only broken in one spot so they gave me a temporary fix and recommended another shop who could fix just that spot!!! The Monro company does not permit them to just repair one area. AND they didnt charge me for the temp fix!. Im DEFINATELY going back to them. I need an oil change soon. So thanks guys. You saved me lots of $!! God bless you!!

Complete rip off! Will NEVER go back! Went in for news tires and they told me that my struts were wore out and needed replaced but I just replaced all four less than a year ago! Complete lie to try to get me to spend more money! How about just do quality work Monro so you get return customers for more work instead of lying to your customers!

We have a business to run.Well damn, I thought I was a customer.Sniffling Jayson either has the worst cold ever... or needs narcotics anonymous for that cocaine addiction, i dont know.I show up, diagnose car start issue, fix car start issue & left. What a waste.
