An overall great experience! John Mac was very helpful guiding us through the process of finding the perfect mattress for my wife and Is new home. He worked with us to stay within our budget and offered us a few options at different price points so we knew exactly what our money was buying us. At different stores it was very hard to tell what the extra sometimes thousands of dollars was going to, but not here!We have not received it yet as our delivery was scheduled a few weeks ahead of time at our request. Will update further to confirm what we are confident will be a great purchase.

Excellent all around. Great customer service and very knowledgeable friendly sales person - John Mac was helpful, considerate, and not pushy. Very happy. The bed match thing was fantastic. AND The bed was delivered the next day and set up on our frame in minutes. 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

As I quickly skimmed the already posted reviews I am not sure if I can offer anything new! Convenient location, exceptional product and pricing but the big difference is the sales team. Trusting when buying is always tricky. After 7 purchases in the last 2 years I assure you they are caring and trust worthy! (I have alot of bedrooms and bought for my daughters new apartment). This place is great. Obviously, the products are amazing. But, the most important of all, the customer service is exceptional. I purchased two store brand twin mattress, covers, and pillows for my parents. The money is worth the comfort and quality.In addition, the salesman, John Mac, was especially helpful and friendly. They have a computer that tells you what mattress is perfect for you based on body weight how you sleep ect. Me and my wife got the Kingsdown matress king size and we love it. The employees are amazing, the have vast knowledge and they are very professional. Amazing experience choosing the right mattress for us. Highly recommend it. My husband and I were assisted by Joey. He was polite, provided clear and insightful information about the mattresses. The store utilizes a technological system that measures ones basic information (gender, age, specific pain if any reported, and sleep style). Based on this information, one is able to lay on the “measuring mattress”. After one is analyzed by the system, the computer provides specific suggestions on the recommended mattress as well as pillow.The system is interesting and apparently costly/high tech (for the store). I’m currently utilizing the pillow as well as one of the mattresses per recommendation and I LOVE IT!I highly recommend the store. Fantastic customer service and one truly obtains quality mattresses!

My husband and I went to buy a mattress after being worked over by mattress firm. This company is by far the best company I have ever worked with. They were attentive, nice, funny and caring. Something you rarely see in a company! They exceeded my expectations!

Joey is a great salesman, he knows his products and very informative. If I had to do over I would not get their reclinable base. There is no convenient method of attaching the headboard as would be with a standard bed frame and box spring.

Ended up being well educated by the importance of a bed its an investment for your health as well. Every 4-5 yrs we end up buying a new mattress. We ended up getting the Kingsdown with the adjustable headrest to help with GERD. Cant wait to get it! John Mac was great and really educated us on the mattress They are like Shoes you want comfort! Just left mattress warehouse and I loved everything about the experience. John started by introducing me to the mattress pairing technology which informed me of what I actually needed based on my body in leu of what I THOUGHT I needed. From the he was the perfect gentleman showing me around the store informing me of the product without being too suggestive like other salesmen. John also kept good social distancing and COVID prevention practices without making me feel like I might be the problem which tends to happen these days.
