Decent store but some shelves were empty which is a recurring issue in this store. Also, the site app is defective and scanning the bar codes very rarely give accurate information, leaving you no option but to drag items up to the register to check pricing.

Mice infestation. Management needs to properly address this. WalMart is just being extremely cheap for a billion dollar company. I wont spend my money here. Front desk gentleman said rooms are non smoking which is good only to enter our room thats partly open to smell cigarette smoke thru out. Later in evening small bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. Worse place to stay. Granddaughter said their small cockroaches.

I hate the whitehall Walmart. Never get any assistance in the make up section when trying to get replacement razors. Also the lines are super long always. And the people who use this Walmart are so rude and disrespectful to everyone. Employees and other shoppers. Store never has what is needed and their clothing selection and underwear selection sucks.

What can I say? I need something quick. I need something later in the day when other stores are closed. Hey, Walmart is there. The quality of the products overall are ok. Even the produce is ok at times. I use the Walmart pharmacy for all my meds and I really like the staff at this location. Kwame is a great pharmacist and very friendly and shows concern.

Its a great store they have everything that you need. That thing said every time I go to that store I am very very angry because they have at least 20 check out lines but only four of them are open. Your option is to go to self check which is fine if you only have a few items. Theres a lot of times I feel like just leaving my basket and walking up the door.

They always manage to not have what I need at this location, East Greenville Walmart is where I have better luck. Dirty store, mice, rude employees (wait... people actually work here?) almost everytime I want to buy something here, I end up putting it down and walking out, who has 2 hours to wait in line to pay for ONE item because there are never checkouts open.

This was the biggest and BEST Walmart ever!!! Clean, organized, friendly and helpful staff...the works!!! All other Walmarts can take notes from this location!!!!! A+

Everyone seemed to love Walmart when they were expanding their reach into every region they could muscle their way into. Now that they have shoved all of the smaller retailers like Kmart out of the picture they are the big dog on the block. If you cant find what you want or get bad service they dont care because there are lots of people coming in every day looking for things they used to get at the smaller friendlier stores that they squeezed out of the marketplace. Support your local businesses, they care about you more than this behemoth.

Bruh its Wal-Mart what do you expect. Shame theyre getting rid of the outdoors gear and firearms.

Every single person in management and loss prevention needs to be fired. My phone was stolen at this Walmart while yes I understand I need to file a police report to see the cameras and see who stole my phone, the fact that I had management laugh in my face and say “oh well” when I reported my phone stolen is unacceptable and disgusting.

Walmart supercenter is really big and its nice and clean and they have about everything that you need there, also the employees at work there are very friendly and will help with everything you need. Im 100% satisfied every time I go there.

I went to Walmart today and didn’t know where a item was. So I asked an employee by the name Aiyanna(Saw her name tag) where it was. She was very rude, rolled her eyes at me, and gave me attitude when she told me where I could find it. I never felt so disrespected in my life. Do better Walmart.

Next time the greater accuses my wife of theft @nd detains her right before never looking in another customers solid blue tote I personally watched being filled with merchandise, I will sue for more than just racial profiling!!! Wasnt the first time this same worker gave me a hard time.

Its a hit or miss. Usually you can find what you need. Lately they are short on products. The fruit I bought last time started going bad the very next day. Smh just be careful what you get I guess as far as food goes.

Large selection of reasonably priced electronics such as pre-paid and unlocked phones as well as tablets and laptops. Some items had huge Walmart exclusive deals as well. The only small issue was a few of the more popular smart phones on select carriers were currently sold out but overall great experience! All of the workers were very friendly and eager to offer assistance as well! 👌

Only two check out lanes open. Must have been 16 people in line. Waited over half an hour to be rung out. I absolutely refuse self check out. Not only this Walmart, but all Walmarts seem to have the same problem. I shop there little as possible. On line shopping is much better!!

Visiting Wal*Mart is always an adventure. Last week Sunday I had to stand in line because all the self-checkout machines were not accepting cash payments. Yesterday was a better experience. Same time, same day if the week, however, there was a very pleasant attendant in the self-checkout area asking card or cash?Way to go Wal*Mart on stepping up.

I go there mainly for convenience. I go on my day off on Friday morning. There is always just one register open! They constantly throw it in your face to self checkout! I said its my day off! I aint about to work! Theres always hiring signs. Hire cashiers!

It would be nice if a customer service representative in ANY department would actually pick up and answer the phone. I can call for daysss trying literally EVERY department, and the phone just rings and rings.Call pharmacy? Theyll answer perhaps the second time you call, but they wont help find you an associate.Pharmacy will tell you they are aware there is a problem with phones going unanswered in every department, but they cant transfer you out. Theyll tell you to keep trying. I literally can keep trying all day, and nobody NOBODY answers.This presents a problem when an item youre trying to purchase is frequently out of stock.

Average Walmart super center. Fairly clean but typical Walmart with tons of pallets of stuff stacked all over the store waiting to be put on shelves. This place has way to many theft deterrents put in place. It makes shopping frustrating because an employee with a key is never near by when you need them.

Made my order online and everything went very smoothly. Probably the 5th time I ordered on line and each time is easier than the last time. I would reccomend trying it.

If there is a Walmart that is cleaner more spacious by all means tag it. By far the cleanest and not so crowded Walmart I’ve ever been too. Everything was stocked, no products on pallets on the isle and all isles were super wide. I actually shopped for 2 hrs here which is unheard of.

So far deplorable,they are not acting to protect me the consumer that ordered a product via Walmart seller who sent wrong product and does not reply to my notification to issue refund or indicate their intentions to correct the failure.

People there are always nice and friendly when we park up there for the night or weekend. We always end up spending way to much money when we shop here. Lol, but the kind friendly staff make it worth it.

This is a really nice Walmart. Its nice and clean and there its a large selection of items. I didnt see a lot of workers but the people I did see seemed professional. Pretty much like every other Walmart but bigger and cleaner.

Working with Walmart delivery is great at some places and not others this location is very organized but wait times are a bit long

Its a Walmart, it gets 2 stars because my average experience, Everytime I go there or order online, is about 2 stars. The pick up or delivery is a nightmare, the online package delivered isnt half bad persay; and as for the in-store experience, well lets just say its an experience. You will definitely experience something. It could be good, it could be bad. You could go there and get a bad case of head lice 🤷 who knows?? But its always an adventure, and a half.

Once again I placed an order for pickup, received an email that it was ready to be picked up, waited in the pick-up space while they tried to find my order then sent a delivery person to my car to let me know that my order had been cancelled. Very disappointed

I never have any problem finishing what I need. However the quality of clean was really slacking, shelves just torn apart pallets parked everywhere without conscious effort of the flow of traffic. Its truthfully not with complaining but inevitable nothing good wilk come of this especially when the thought of convenience becomes contagious.

Store had everything we needed. The only bad part was that there were no cashiers, only self checkout.

New shopper here because a friend recommended- although they shop on line and pick up. My wife and I chose to shop in store early on a Friday afternoon. It took over 40 minutes to get checked out. While they had what we wanted and prices seemed reasonable, this was our first and last visit. I don’t think other customers would appreciate our using self checkout for a 250.00 order. But one service line, a 40 minute waste of time, prices aren’t worth that, This was our first and last visit to this store.

Empty shelves, no selection, no one to help you. If youre going to lock the dressing room doors, then have somebody sitting there to unlock them when they need to be used. Had to walk around and look for a worker, and then they would tell me its not their department. No wonder people shop online. Dont waste your time.

If you live near allentown, its better to head to this walmart then Whitehall because its a bit cleaner and less crowded.

Bought about 10 items and more than half of them ended up being a higher price at checkout than what was on the price tag. Dishonest and completely unacceptable.

This Walmart has the worst customer service. Make sure you have some time to spare when you go there because they will definitely make you wait, and there is a definite guarantee you will not get the answer you would like after waiting so damn long. The only reason they even get a star is because its the only way I can post how wack this Walmart is.
