Have been waiting almost 4 months for a title for a truck I got of them in January. Get the same answer everytime I call to ask about an update. Should not take 5 months to get a title and registration... Definitely do not buy anything here. Will be taking this to court soon if nothing is resolved.

Truly recommend this place, I brought my car here last minute to get the catalytic converter put on and the mechanic who took care of me Rafiely did a great job, I went there with one problem and he took care of 3 different problems I had with my car and didn’t even know about. Keep in mind I dropped my car off around 5pm and this man stood till nearly 12 midnight working on my vehicle I was very pleased with his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Purchased a vehicle here but the loan didnt go through, in which I understand, however I returned the vehicle over a week ago and they still have not returned my $1,500 down payment and Ive been texting and emailing with no response. When I dropped the vehicle off I was threatened that fees would be taken out of my deposit????? Even after having made improvements to the vehicle at my expense. While I briefly had it!!!. I still have not heard a response about my refund!!! I am now seeking other avenues including the authorities..There was no purchase complete to incite any such accusations, and after speaking with the finance company, there can be no buyback fees if the loan was never fundedDO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE.. GO TO THE BBB SITE AND SEE WHAT OTHERS HAD TO DEAL WITH AS WELL

Wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a car from them back in January, I was promised the car would be fixed and drive-able the same week I picked the car. I got the car the same week but they did not bother to clean or fix anything. They had me get an insurance through them that doesnt cover much and they have my vehicle basically on a monthly basis 5-15 days just parked out front waiting for the parts to arrive. They are the most unreliable, lying and unprofessional dealership I have ever been too. Their mechanics have no idea what theyre doing either. Save your money and the headache and go else where. I am stuck with a loan to a car that I rarely have and truthfully is a Lemon.

Since day one we had problems, after driving car off the lot, with the radio shutting on and off the horn does not work correctly, the dome light stopped working the brake rotators are shot, DO NOT BUY HERE, the cars are in terrible condition at this lot. After 3 weeks of owning the car the starter stop working, so we have to pay to get the car towed. We get car back and now all the electrical stuff in the car doesnt work, so apparently the service center also doesnt know what they doing either, buying a car from this lot has been a nightmare.

Nick and Anthony were very nice to speak with. They have really nice cars and if you are in the market for a used car do check them out.

We bought a car from Anthony and let me say, as a person who has been to a couple of different dealers in the area, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! It was crowded for a little while so it took a while to get service but it was well worth it. He was very accommodating with our budget and car feature requests. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the cars he has and makes you feel right at home. Will def be going here from now on!!! If the wait time scares you, I say pop in and put your place in line and head out for a quick bite. Wawa and McDonalds are right there. Trust me it is worth the wait! If Im not mistaken, you can make an appointment as well.

First off can I say they are shady! If I could give zero stars I would! My car broke down 2 times in 3 months! Didnt expect to get a car that would just be another headache like my last car. So many things wrong with it that they refuse to pay for! They did not disclose to me that there was anything wrong with the car when I bought it. Dont recommend buying a car here its a real wonder how the car even passed inspection last month with all that is wrong with it! The radio turn off and on the brake rotators should of been changed they are rusted, the dome lights do not turn on, not to mention my car broke down less then a month of having it and i had to get it towed 3 different times just to get it fixed to then get hit with a deductible. Also i went to pick up the car and its in worst shape that I left it in they refused to fix the horn, and now the clock and seat warmers dont work how is that possible? It worked before I sent it there.Update dec 23 car broke down again I cant believe this place selling cars like this!

Stay or overpriced auction vehicles I have had nothing but problems since day one drove the car off the lot after they had drove it oil pressure sending switch bad could have blown top-end going home no rear brakes all catalytic converters were bad but it had a brand new inspection sticker on it Id like to see how that was possible they list of vehicles by then not by vehicle conditions was listed as four-wheel drive in the four wheel drive does not work still does not work he offered to fix it if I was going to pay for the parts was not offered my hard-earned $3,000 down back go to a reputable dealership the banks they use for people with bad credit Kelly Buick on Lehigh Street uses the same ones I dont have anything special to offer but a headache you can buy an extended warranty was not offered to me go elsewhere 7 months later Im still fixing this car I have about between my down money and when I put into it I probably have about $5,500 and a $6,000 vehicle so the owners response is I did not purchase from that company I will gladly take a picture I want the contract showing who I bought it from and I will put it viral only after I purchased it that I learned that all their cars are bought it auctions so you dont know what youre getting the inspections are phony their licking sticks go to a reputable dealer their secret banks that they use for the same ones that everybody else uses I would have been happier if he would have just gave me my money down and all the extra money I spent repairs after the sale and went somewhere else and bought something reliable Shady operation

Eric upon looking at my truck quoted me $500 for everything then when they sent a quote (mind you we had to bug them for over two weeks to get this) it was for $1000 $500 more than what he told us. I called for about another two weeks asking what is going on to keep being told they will call me back to finally call today and speak with Anthony to be told he didnt think it was a priority wow and this is how you treat your customers? Funny part is we got the truck from the other Car Mart didnt put many miles on it and all the breaks are shot. Dont even bother with this place if u want to be treated like youre not a priority.

Since day 1 the car was giving us problems back bumper fall off, it was glued and they dont want to fixed problems with the acxels thoter body car at 1 point was shotint off 1 months and half with the car and the car spent more time on the shop that park on my house I been seen alot people going back to the dealer with problems on their cars

Bought a car there a month ago. They disclosed to us that there was a hole in the exhaust and it would be repaired. The car wasn’t put through the shop at that point. We bought the car under the promises of Anthony that it would be done and he was going to put this great custom exhaust on it and it would be inspected in the next 2 days. We left without the car, 2 days later it wasn’t done. The next day it wasn’t done. Well we went down and got it for the weekend cuz we needed another car. We were told to bring it back on Monday. Called Monday and was told the parts weren’t there and they would be there Tuesday. Took the car back on Tuesday. Went back on Wednesday and the car was still sitting in the exact spot it was when we dropped it off. Now we were being told the part would be there Thursday. We told him we need a car to drive and he needs to figure it out. He gave us a gas guzzling jeep so ontop of not having the car we bought we were now getting like 18 miles to the gallon in the clunker he gave us to drive. Finally the car was done by Friday. He sent it out for inspection as he doesn’t do inspections at this shop. He sent it to some sketchy garage in easton at 7pm at night. I may be a chick but I know cars. Parts of the tires were completely bald, the rotors were warped, the brake pads were grinding and the wipers were bad. He owed us a passing inspection. It passed alright but because the sketchy garage did a lick and stick. Everything that I could tell was bad with the car was not fixed. When he was told about it he said he would fix the brakes and put new wipers on it. Fine we took it back, he said they were going to put drilled and slotted rotors on it. Got it back and guess what. No drilled and slotted rotors, and the brakes were still vibrating cuz the rotors weren’t replaced at all. A couple weeks later, driving the car down the highway and the motor seased. Got it towed back to his dealership and he gave us a refund on our deposit and canceled our loan. This guy will say whatever he can to make it seem like he’s helping you out but he’s just telling you what you want to hear. He claimed he was putting this great custom exhaust on it and he would’ve had to anyway cuz the only stock after market exhaust part you can get for the car is the catalytic converter. Do not buy a car here. This guy just lies. I get we bought a used car and it could have problems but he let us leave with it without it being safe. I’m thankful we got the money back but the process was ridiculous! We asked for our money back 3 weeks prior to the motor blowing and he said he couldn’t and amazingly when the motor blew it was a completely different story. Go somewhere else to buy a car and save the stress and aggravation this guy will put you through.

I was lied to from the gate i was sold a lemon, i purchase this vehicles in February and it need bearings break pads axle spark plugs and all. What makes me upset is George knew all that was need for this vehicle and while i has warrenty he could of fix the vehicle he had ..the nerve to blame my man and i Called the police on us because we would not sign a document saying we cause the damages. The police did not make ua sign but it was a waiste of time for the police. On top of that he had the nerve to want payments. Dude is grimmy hurting mad families in Allentown PA.
