I had been neglecting the service of my car but at least knew enough to get the oil changed. I was greeted by the usual good service and politeness of the staff and eventually it was explained to me that my car really needed a lot of front end work and tire/rotor maintenance. Presented with a spread-out schedule, I was able to get the service I needed at a price I could afford. Serviceman William was kind enough to put a whole days work into my car so that I could drive aware safely with less road noise and a date for further work. On several occasions he quoted prices with lesser options considering he already had the car disassembled. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube on Catasaqua Rd to anyone needing car service.

I went in for just an oil change but they helped me identify another problem I was having with my brakes. William was extremely helpful in explaining my options and keeping me informed about what was going to happen to my car. I will definitely go back here again.

I pulled up in the parking lot outside and called to see how much the oil change was and if having my own oil and filter changed the price. I WATCHED them hang up on me twice because they were too busy talking. I took my business down the road.

I originally had an appt elsewhere, but when I got there they decided to lie and tell me they called and cancelled our appt. I called Jiffy Lube to see if they could still get my vehicle in sameday. The gentleman who answered ask me how far I was from them, told him roughly 15minutes, and although they were to close in about 35 minutes he would wait. It took me about 30 minutes to get there due to traffic on Rt22, but he kept his word and waited. The 2 guys that stayed, were sooo nice and professional, even held genuine conversation with me from start to finish, and never once showed any indication of being mad or upset that they were working passed closing time.

Associates were very nice and proficient ,service was very good .

Great service team that was super friendly and fast. They offered additional services and were not pushy when I declined them. My only reason for a 3 star rating is at no fault of the particular location, thee cost was a bit pricy for a synthetic oil change with an additional quart of oil being $12. Overall a good place in a pinch when my local shop is to busy but will definitely not use on a regular basis.

I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I got my oil change today at Jiffy Lube and did not have a good experience.Now, USUALLY, I do have a good experience, but it was just today that was bad. First, when I pulled up to the garage entrance behind the store, I was not acknowledged at all, making me a bit anxious as to the possibility that I was waiting for no reason, simply because the staff did not see me. After 30 minutes, I was summoned to pull forward, and that was the first acknowledgement I received.The main gripe I had with my oil change today is that they used an oil extractor rather than simply draining the oil. So, what could and should have been a 10 minute job, tops, was no fewer than 30 minutes, 25 of which were spent waiting for the oil extractor to remove the old oil. I do not know why they didnt simply drain the oil from the bottom of the car.Overall, Ive had quite a few positive experiences with this Jiffy Lube, but todays experience was quite bad. I seriously am considering just changing my own oil from now on, because its so much quicker with no wait and no oil extractor. Just drain, refill, and change the filter.

Stopped by this location for a “simple” headlight bulb change... Well, simple turned into an absolute nightmare for the guys in the shop. My car was manufactured the incorrect way, causing a mess for the technicians to get the old bulb out and a new bulb in. The guy’s stayed past closing time for me and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on and that it was replaced. I definitely appreciate them for their help.

The staff is all professional and accommodating here. Ill preface this with saying I know nothing about cars (like couldnt get the hood to pop level of knowing nothing). I took my car in for what I thought was going to be a routine oil change about 2 hours before I had to be at an appointment. I probably jinxed myself there. Turned out that oil was leaking into where the spark plugs go, and according to Google thats a Big Problem. They let me leave my car for them to fix, and I got a ride to my appointment. When I came back it was all good to go. I definitely got stressed out once I realized how big of a problem my car had, and what the time crunch was, but the staff were all super nice about it.

The guys are great and friendly but too slow. No way it takes an hr and a half to do an oil change. Wasted my time. Plus the hr it took them to finish the others

Managers car is parked inside taking up the bays. Only the left side was being used. Plus, Bill, or Will was very disrespectful towards a nice lady talking about her car degrading her, also treating staff like they dont matter.

This was the greats experience I have experienced since I moved out here in 2006. They did a wonderful job identifying the problem and correcting it. Even tho they didn’t have to. I am filled with so much gratitude, they have a lifer with me.

Great place to get your car stolen. Stopped in for an oil change today because I’m driving to Florida tomorrow. Started out fine, I handed over my keys and went to the front prepared for a wait since there were a number of cars. I decided to stay outside since I had my dog and the waiting room was fairly full.My past experiences with other Jiffy Lubes is someone typically comes and gets you within a few minutes just to get your info and find out what you want done to your car. That didn’t happen here. Approximately 10 minutes after arriving a worker came storming out the front cursing a guy out because he was “ignoring her .”I found that distasteful, but I was only there for an oil change and figured I’d ignore it. 15 minutes later I realize I left my phone in the car so I took a walk back to see if the car was still unlocked. Not only was the car unlocked, but the windows were still wide open and the key that was sitting on the hood, in the rain. So I packed my dog back into the car, grabbed napkins to dry off my keys and left. At no point did any of the workers come to find out what I was doing, ask why I was leaving, or even make sure that I was the owner of the car. With this Jiffy Lube being situated in an extremely busy shopping Center, I am so thankful that I was the one who found my keys and not somebody looking for a joyride. Stay far far away.

Good place for oil change priced fairly

My husband took both our cars to this location and it was ok. We thought the experience was good. Two weeks later the check oil light started coming on his car, we thought maybe they forgot to reset the sensor, so we keep driving. The next day, on his way to work, he starts to hear noise and the light comes on to check the owners manual. So, my husband pulls over, checks manual, checks oil and what do you know there is NO oil in the car. We will never bring our car to this location ever again.

Used to be a good place to go get a quick oil change. Its now takes 2 hours, it is not worth my time or money. People are friendly, but I know other places that are much more efficient so I will not be back.

Went in for an oil change on 9/28/19 - great staff! Very professional, efficient and courteous! I love how they went over everything in detail with me and everything went very smooth. Fair pricing as well.

Went for an oil change and to get a headlight changed. It was really stress free - they didnt pressure me into getting anything I didnt want, and I was in and out quickly. They were very friendly. Reasonably priced, especially with the coupon I used. I will likely be back.
